(It came with Vista and XP, but I chose to stay with the good old XP SP2 + 3), which is usually very reliable.   You should take a look at the Knowledge Base How to set the home pagearticle. Your home page might have been changed by a particular site. Sites like MSN, Yahoo, etc. have been ask to become your homepage.

  There are the steps in this article to reset your preferences on the default home page. I would try everything first to clear all strangeness. If it works, you can try to set your homepage again to your personal preferences.

  If this does not work, you should look at article unsaved Preferences.

  Did you remove all traces of high level in the layers (i.e. "layer-1") Panel?

  When something like you describe is reported, most often the user does not understand the layers of high level exist across all pages and updates on the page of your site. If you delete "Layer 1" you may remove the content of all pages of your site.

  I use my Photosmart 8150 for years - since the first is out - with no real problems. Since then, in particular, web pages will display many pages, when I want to just one or two (and other reasons) I still have the "print preview show" selected. This way I can see what is happening to print on what page, then, if necessary, cancel and adjust pages is printed.

  My problem is that recently I had to reinstall Win 7 and since then, almost everytime I have send something to the printer, the preview window opens, displays the correct number of pages to print, but they are all empty. In fact, once in the past 30-40 print content appears in pages; all the other times, they were empty.

  This is not an isolated print of the web browser, but is the same of any s/w - Word, Photoshop and other programs. Can someone help me?

  It's certainly an issue that you are experiencing.

  I have provided a few more things, we can try,

  Clearly on the record of spooling on the computer. Just follow the steps is this document to Windows 7: Print Spooler Queue - erase and reset.

  Go to start, devices and printers, right click on the printer, left, click printer properties, click the Advanced tab and activate the print features is checked, apply the settings.

  You could always install a generic driver to see if that will help. Please take a look at @Shane_R not

  Firefox should remember your level of zoom on a site-by-site basis. It is not "global browser" as in IE.

  Note: If you zap the history, make sure not to clear the Site preferences.
