Paid and have been charged to Echosign, but when I connect it says "the trial has expirΘ.
I only paid AUD $120 for the subscription to THE annual Echosign. But when I connect to my account Echosign it says trial has expired. Has this happenned to anyone else? Any ideas how to fix?
I tried calling support, but they are really really bad. Talked to 3 different people, which me transferred to 3 other people who finally told me that I need a subscription to creative cloud to use Echosign. Another told me that I need to buy Adobe Acrobat. Laughing out loud
Thank you for wasting an hour of my time - completely useless.
I've used Echosign previously before Adobe purchased and the customer support and the service was amazing, I never had billing issues.
Now it feels like nobody knows anything yet on this product they have acquired and can even help me to buy/use the product.

A subscription to Illustrator today and have been charged. And yet my creative cloud says that I don't have a license for it. When I go to manage my account online, under plans and products it tells me I have no product. Under the order history, I have no history of orders.

I received 5 Lightroom as a gift a few months ago and cannot install it because my new computer doesn't have a CD player. Instead, I downloaded the demo and hoped I could enter a product key, but was never invited. Now, the trial has ended and I still have not been invited, just denied access. What should I do to go on the record as owning this software?

All of the pdf files I've downloaded on my desktop (Windows 7) suddenly "disappeared." I can open and view them, but cannot remove them or move them to another file. When I try to delete, I get a message saying my trial has expired and he wants me to buy which I can't do because I don't have a serial number to put in. You (or someone) downloaded the free demo of Acrobat Pro, a little more than a month. If you use this software $20 / free months instead of drive for a month. If you don't want to buy it, now you must uninstall it and go back to the use of Acrobat Reader.

I recently changed the laptops on my old laptop I downloaded after payment of the annual fee for her photoshop and lightroom. Since the evolution of the laptop when I connect it it says my trial has expired, but I paid and it won't let me download. Lightroom opens just enough to add a watermark and photoshop, not at all. I bought lightroom and need to register my student ID, how do I do that the trial has run out, I have the product code but not the serial number?
If you have purchased a package, then you should have instructions in the box on how to present your credentials. If you have purchased Adobe online, then you should have received instructions in an email. But here is a link that might help you. There is a link under step 2 which will lead you to a place where you can enter the information, I think.

Hi, my trial version of Lightroom 5 has expired recently and I bought now fully. I downloaded the CD on my Mac, but when I open again the Lightroom application, it always says that the trial has expired. Does anyone know how I can update so I can finally use again? Joanne, please remove your current installation of Photoshop Lightroom by using the uninstall program located in the/Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers.
You will then want to download Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 5.7.1 of Adobe - Lightroom: for Macintosh. The update contains the entire application. Photoshop Lightroom cannot be installed through the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop application and still be allowed with a serial number.

I bought adobe acrobat, but every time I try to open it I get a message saying that the trial has expired.
Acrobat successfully downloaded. no problem. but it does not open. don't give me the error message that trial has expired and I want to buy it. I already bought so... I'm stuck. It gives you an option to connect or upgrade this software under license. If yes click identify you / license of this software to go further and turn it on. If it's a perpetual license activate by entering your serial key and connecting and if it is a subscription then just sign in with your Adobe it will activate a said.
