  Assuming you are using Windows XP (you asked this question in a forum of Windows XP), download TweakUI for XP http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows/downloads/windows-xp (left column, third item down).

  Install and run TweakUI.  Click "Desktop", and then select the items you want to have appear on the desktop.  Click OK.

  Photoshop is for images only.  Do not use the actual exported code on web sites.  It will not work in the wild.  Why?  Because the code is not good & the tables are too rigid to contain something other than the image slices.  When you try to change this provision in DW or any HTML editor, it collapses and produces unsightly gaps between the slices.

  The reason why it doesn't seem right in Internet Explorer is because the code is not a valid document on the first line type declaration.  This causes IE to display the page in Quirks Mode.

  Export HTML in Photoshop is really only for quick comps show a customer before starting to build the website with HTML and CSS code.

  I am a Chief technician of this web application, and part of the present application has a Java Applet.  We have recently changed our signed certificates, on our servers, and now when a user that uses Java 1.7 or higher runs the Java Applet, they receive a pop before loading of the Applet that says:

  "The connection to this Web site is not reliable."

  «Note: the certificate is not valid and cannot be used to verify the identity of this Web site.»

  When I click on more information, I get an another pop up that says:

  The certificate that is used to identify the Web site is not approved.  The reasons are listed below.

  Proceed at your own risk.

  The certificate authority that issued the certificate of ths is not approved.

  
  

  (I don't quite have ths.  It's the way it is written in the error message).

  We have a signed certificate, but I think he's complaining that the intermediate cert, namely GlobalSign organization Validation CA - SHA256 - G2 is not certified.
