  I am facing a problem where my iphone 6 randomly shows a black screen with a loading circle in the Center for about 10 seconds and then wakes up to the password lock screen.

  If you lose your device, you can lost Mode and put a number address and/or email phone on the home screen. In addition, if you call the phone, it does not require the unlock code to answer the call. They could answer a call without unlock.   I had a 6 iPhone with IOS 9, never had this problem.  When I was on a call, the screen would dim or go out so close to my ear, but never lock screen.
