  So for now when I run my app in the Simulator, if I want to use printfs to debug something, I connect to the SIM with the JDE.  This used to work fine, but now it's broken as well.

  When the Simulator is running, I opened the JDE, and select Debug, attach to the Simulator.  What follows "trying to connect to the virtual machine" pop-up window is blocked, and when I close I see a popup to Null pointer exception.

  To be clear, it is the application of JDE Swing is throwing the NPE, not my BlackBerry app.

  Someone at - there a work around for this bug?

  When connecting on MacMini after I click on the user, the password field is auto-complete with a myriad of points and is not the right password.

  There suddenly / maybe after the most recent update 2015-008, which I installed it on 8 January 2016.

  I need to delete points, usually I can remove them by double clicking on it and pressing the delete key, but they will not simply remove by clicking in the field and using the delete key, as would be normal. Sometimes it takes a few tries to remove the points, and then I can connect.

  Does my keyboard or a virus, my usb port, the update of security or something else...?

  Hi apdubois, it is useful to know that Flash is the problem but, as you point out, life without Flash is not very interactive.

  It is a standard orientation that addresses the most common reasons for problems of Flash in Firefox. I'm sure you've seen some of it before, but just in case:

  (1) make sure that all recorders/downloaders who interact with Flash media are as up-to-date as possible, or disable them temporarily.

  (2) disable graphics hardware acceleration in Firefox and Flash

  the button Firefox orange (or the Tools menu) > Options > advanced > General > "use hardware acceleration when available.

  I am running Vista Home Premium on a laptop Toshiba Satellite L305.  I ran the system restore due to a problem of "Internet Explorer cannot display the website" (by Microsoft troubleshooting guide for this problem) and selected restore point earlier.  Now the computer asks for a password that I don't remember.  I tried all the possible passwords I can think.   There is only a single user account on this computer.  The administrator account should be disabled, it is not an option when connecting safe mode.  I don't have a system repair disc set.   Is it possible to run the system back restore to select a more recent restore point which does not require a password?  Or y at - it another way to connect to the computer?

  I can tell you that it's really bad situation now. Without correct password, you will not be able to start the new installation of the operating system using the HDD recovery procedure.
