Password requirement: you need to change your iPhone unlock access code within 60 minutes.

Question:

A couple of weeks, after unlocking my iPhone, I received a strange guest on my iPhone 5 (running iOS 9.3.1 not jailbroken) saying that I had to change my password within 60 minutes.

Do not think much of it, I followed the instructions and changed the password via the guest. I didn't question the fact that it gives me options other than to choose a 4-digit password.

After changing, I was again 2 weeks later (2 days ago from the drafting of the present) invited to change my password, except that this time I had 58 minutes to do this.

I found this to be a bit sketchy so I did some research and there was no documentation of apple in this regard, only the forums a lot of other iPhone users who have experienced the same thing and forums have been dated as soon as 2012 (that I've seen in any case, could have been more before too).

I rang apple support, and they were not aware of this problem because it was not a feature for iOS which made this place and recommended I reset my settings immediately (by going to settings > general > reset > reset all settings). This resets all settings, does not erase your data.

It was my personal guess that if it was actually a malware, it can be connected to the operating system in some ways because the first time, I changed my password via the command prompt and it worked. So I made the decision to back up everything I wanted to keep manually and not through iTunes, then manually to get any return. This may have been unnecessary, but it is still I think that all these recent iTunes backups I had had this problem.

If it was in fact malicious, I don't know what kind of access he could have had on my phone, either data or another. I may be a bit paranoid, but wanted to stay on the safe side as pretty much everything, I was put in place and connected to my phone. I went the full length and changed a lot of the settings for the accounts I have. Yet once, probably wasn't necessary, but safely.

So if you feel yourself, just know that it is not created by apple and you at least have to reset your settings.

    I see in your message that your dad's iPhone shows an error saying: requirement of password you need to change your unlock code.  It seems that your father has a managed iPhone, with a profile that is installed on it.  When a device is managed, it can have certain requirements for password as an age of access code.  I suggest your dad gets in touch with his staff, or deletes the profile.

    By default, the authentication of the user code can be defined as a six digit on taking devices PIN supported Touch ID or a PIN digit on all other devices. In iOS, you can choose from a comprehensive set of password policy to meet needs of your security. These access policies may include requirements for:

    • An access code on an iOS device

    • An alphanumeric value

    • Minimum length of password

    • Minimum number of complex characters

    • Maximum password age

    1. Delete the configuration profile provided with the application.
      • Go to settings > general > profile, tap on the configuration of the application profile.
      • Then click on delete the profile. If requested, enter your device password, and then press DELETE.

    CNET is infamous for the grouping of things in its downloads as much a / v programs report as junk (I went through the same thing using eSet NOD32 has / v).  I seem to remember that if you ignore the warning and download the exe file and then use a tool like the free 7-zip to extract only the file necessary to run the program you want, you can work around the problem.

    The lens on the VIXIA HF R60 is not interchangeable.  Also, this model is not compatible with conversion lenses and adapters.

    FWIW, I just see the same message a couple of days, but I remember reading somewhere that some of these messages was an attempt of sites to infestation by malicious software to cause the user to go into panic mode and accept the offer to clean their computer and when you do that, you're actually infect your system ,

    I tried to return to the site, near the site but nothing worked so I did a stop forced and rebooted with no ill effects.

    When restarting my system, I did a full scan and nothing was found.

    So I tried to install windows on a computer 8 portable gateway that has windows 7 ultimate. I have a product key for windows 8, but not an installation disc. I used windows on the site Downloader and need the product key but continues to stop at the blue screen "something happened" and it opens Google chrome and going to another blue screen and it says "you need to add your languages in windows 8" on the right is a button 'confirm', but it does not work. " I went into the Panel of control-> system and security-> windows update-> and I've updated all language packs who was there, who took like 3 days. I also clicked on the restore hidden updates and there was nothing there. I can't get past this problem and any help will be appreciated.

    So I never found on the forums on how to solve this problem, so I contacted Microsoft support online. I told them that I kept getting the message "you need to add languages to Windows 8" and that they have all been added but would not click "confirm". They have tried, and then eventually told me that I have to do a clean install. I have made an installation disc, restarted the laptop and went in the bios and started with the disc. It was a good cause, I had to wipe the old partitions that used space. Installed and it worked. I ended up spending to 8.1 and after downloading I decided to try to get 10 Windows. I couldn't get the icon to show so I googled this problem and found a way to update without the icon. That and now I have Windows 10.     Best approach would be not to use the PayPal widget and instead copy and paste the PayPal code embedded in an object > object to insert the HTML in Muse. This way you can edit the HTML code to embed PayPal code from Muse and without having to modify the exported code.

    You can actually have installed creative cloud and on two computers, signed as long as you don't use it on one at a time. Download and install as you did on the first computer, sign in to your Adobe account on the Adobe using your Adobe ID website, download the desktop app from clouds, then download the software. Sign on a computer that should not be used: log in and log out of the desktop Adobe Creative Cloud application

  • ColdFusion Launcher does not accept the password when you try to change the web server

    I know this will sound stupid as wrong password is a password wrong, right? Well I swear I know my passwords and it's not having it.

    I am running coldfusion 9 and I want to change the default internal server that I put it to the top with the installation on apache server that ships with mac OS x. So I started the coldfusion launcher and clicked the button Web server connection utility to set up, he asks a password to continue, but usually accept it... I tried both of the passwords that I use for stuff course where I was confused which it requested one, but is not having either.

    I tried to change the password for the coldfusion administrator and still no joy. I know that sounds stupid, but I do not understand... How can I get if she does not accept my admin password...     OK, you cannot double-click the wsconfig file, cause, then you are not running it as sudo, so you will not be allowed.  'sudo' is 'Super user' and allows you to run a program, temporarily, as a super user.  If you do that you won't have permission to edit the httpd config file.

    Try the following.

    Launch the Terminal

    type: cd/Applications/ColdFusion9/runtime/lib (change the correct path if it is not the path to your ColdFusion)

    Press enter

    type: sudo java-jar wsconfig.jar

    Press enter

    It should ask you for your password. Enter it and press ENTER again.

    It should launch the configuration tool, this time with the appropriate permissions to modify the file httd.conf.
