Password Toshiba - "incorrect password" message is displayed

I'm pretty sure I remember well my password, but every time I get it, it says "incorrect password". Help, please. I just bought yesterday!

What password do you mean?
The password of the BIOS? If you entered the BIOS password and that you don't remember the password, so it of not possible to remove it yourself.
You will need to contact Toshiba service partner in your country to remove the password.
