  It might help, I had the same problem and by disabling the quick start, it has been resolved. Go to control panel > power options > Control Panel.   I discovered through trial and error.  On mine.

  During startup, press the ESC key, while the three keys on the bottom left of the keyboard:

  CTRL + Alt + {windows key}

  Keep them all down until the guest is reset ALL THE DATA or another option.

  Go with RESET it all THE DATA and it will guide you through other guests to reset to the factory settings.
