Pavilion 15-n207cl: Bluetooth

What would be a map compatible bluetooth for 15-n207cl.  It came only with a wifi card.

Hello

I checked prior to my first answer. Your machine was built before 2015, so the chance to replace/update the wifi card is very thin. But the series supports the following list (with part numbers):

  • Qualcomm Atheros AR9485 802.11 bgn wifi adapter 675794-001
  • RALink RT3290LE 802.11 bgn 1 × 1 Wi - Fi and Bluetooth 4.0 combo adapter 690020-001
  • Realtek RTL8188EE 802.11 bgn wifi adapter 709848-001
  • Intel Wireless-N 7260BN 802.11 bgn 2 x 2 Wi - Fi + adapter combo Bluetooth 4.0 for use with computer models equipped with Intel processors, not supported on Ubuntu Linux 717384-001
  • Realtek RTL8188EE 802.11 bgn wifi adapter 733476-001

Maintenance and Service Guide on the following link shows you how to replace the map (page 44) wireless

    I have a HP Pavilion dm4-1150ea running under Windows 7 64-bit.

I bought a receiver bluetooth audio and paired with the laptop and installed a driver. I was able to listen to audio to the receiver but when I closed the laptop and opened it later, it stopped working.

I looked in Device Manager and the bloetooth radios are no longer there and there is no device under network adapters. They had been there before.

I rebooted several times and it still does not work. I managed to do the work once and it coincided with put the power cable in. However, it did not work for a long time.

HP Wireless Assistant says that Bluetooth is disabled in Device Manager.

I tried to download the latest driver for bluetooth on the HP site, but it won't install because bluetooth is not running.

At one point, I got a message saying that he was not a USB device. I can see a warning about "Unknown device" icon in the Device Manager USB controllers section.

I tried to do a system restore, but that failed because it could not access a file.

Any ideas how I can get blue tooth works again?

  • 17.3 pavilion M1Y48UA #ABA: Bluetooth adapter

    Hello

I just bought this new Pavilion Touch, model M1Y48UA #ABA w/win 10 64 bit, from HSN & was surprised that it doesn't have Bluetooth built in. For the price, it should have. Since I am a newbie in HP & laptops, this is perhaps & I don't know how to turn it on.

If this is not the case, can someone tell me my next step to get the Bluetooth on this laptop as cheap and clean as possible. Y at - it an adapter to buy what maybe plugs into a USB port. OR is there a map to easily install in the computer & can it be bought cheaply on my Amazon card or what I need to come up with the money and buy directly from HP? Instructions for installation? Drivers?

    Thank you

    You are the very welcome.

Yes, it of a purchase not expensive and works very well.

I use all of its features.

I just transfer photos from my phone to the PC from time to time, when I'm too lazy to go look for the usb cable.

Windows 10 must set up automatically for you.

  • HP Pavilion dm4-2070us bluetooth compatibility with Samsung M575

Is there a Bluetooth known compatibility issue between the hp Pavilion dm4 2070us and mobile phone Samsung M575?

Cannot find the other during the attempt of a 'add a device '. I already double checked the basics. Phone is fully powered, not asleep, Bluetooth active and visible. Installed and enabled on the laptop Bluetooth drivers

Windows Mobility Center shows no "integrated wireless devices.

I think we beat that poor horse to death. I'll stick with cable for the passage of the things from the phone on the computers of his life.

Another "Star" of this phone, which is more than the function. It also has "GPS".  Except that it takes so long to find that he is useless of functionaly.  Blue teeth it can have are probably fine for a wedge head "talk to yourself.

    I'm on it.

  • HP Pavilion g series: bluetooth connection

I have a HP Pavilion laptop of series g.  I just had to have a new hard drive mounted.   I'm sure I had Bluetooth conectivity with the original hard drive, but I can't find it now.   Please can you tell me how to get it back, or download a driver, or what I should check for.   Bluetooth is no longer shows on my laptop.  I'd like it back please, if anyone can help me.

I'm pretty good at sorting out things on my laptop and other devices and tried everything that I can think of, but I can't see a bluetooch device driver to download via the help/support of HP and textbooks do not help either.   Thanks a lot for your help.

    @VivvyTivvy,

Hello again.  If you don't have Bluetooth on Board then by downloading a driver bluetooth you won't do any good.  If you buy a USB bluetooth dongle stick will come with the drivers or you point to a link where to download them.

Thanks again and have a great day.

  • HP Pavilion dv6-1210sa: Bluetooth problem

Hello I bought new headphones for bluetooth, and I thought that I could connect to my laptop but I'm not sure now, I thought that perhaps he did not due to not having the driver for it, but still questions

A little fed up now and don't want to lose any more time thinking I am not put in right place and whether actually to him is not not possible in the first place...

I installed HP Wireless Assistant, hoping that would help as details of HP bluetooth also mentions good and yet still nothing when I go to plug my headphones (headset connected to my phone and I have the helmet details to tell I can pair it with two devices).

    I'm wasting my time?

    Help please.

    Hello:

Yes, unfortunately you're wasting your time.

Here is the link to the product for your model.

  • Driver for HP pavilion 15-N09wm Bluetooth not found

I recently bought a HP pavilion 15-N09wm, but no bluetooth driver has been installed. I installed driver Ralink and qualcomm-atheros bluetooth, but non of them worked. Product number is E8A72UAR #ABA. Please, someone should help out me, cause am really become frustrated to have bought this model of HP PC. Thank you because I'm waiting for your favourable response.

The qualcomm-atheros AR9485 802.11b/g/n Wifi adapter is not a card without wireless/bluetooth combination.

If you need to have bluetooth, you can:

    1. buy an external Bluetooth USB adapter.

    2. replace the Atheros wireless card in your laptop with an appearing in the maintenance manual is a card without wireless/bluetooth combination.  See Chapter 5 beginning on page 49.  The supported cards are listed at the top of the page.

    http://h10032.www1.HP.com/CTG/manual/c04439615.PDF

There are also several people who have installed maps are not not in the service manual that also seem to work on new models of HP.

You might want to consider getting a card dual band (2.4/5.0 GHz) with bluetooth, for example a Broadcom BCM943228HMB 802.11abgn 2 x 2 Wi - Fi + BT Combo Adapter 4.0

Because your laptop's hardware AMD, I wouldn't get an Intel wireless card.
