  You can find out if 3D driveguard is installed by going to Device Manager, click to expand the category of peripheral system and then look for the HP Mobile Data Protection sensor.

  If you see the device listed, then you should be fine.

  I zipped and attached to the driver that you are interested in below...

  Download and uncompress the file in its folder.

  Don't do anything with the files in the folder.

  Go to Device Manager and click on the device ACPI\VEN_ASD & DEV_0001 who need the pilot.

  Click the driver tab.  Click on set to update driver.

  Select her browse my computer for driver software option and navigate to the driver folder, that you unzipped.

  Make sure that the include subfolders is selected and the driver should install.

  Restart the PC.

  It looks like all the drivers, specifications and manuals are missing from the pages of support again.

  This happened earlier in the week also.

  Another Member of the forum has reported the problem to administrators forum, which will be in touch tour HP, but since I am not employed by, nor do I represent HP, I don't know how long it will take to restore the missing data to the support pages.

  Whether the weekend will not help much either.

  I bought this laptop HP Pavilion Notebook - 15-p189sa with little window 8.1 64.

  I installed the Realtak you gave me and Bluetooth works properly now.

  Just to let you know that the Synaptics on the repo of hp drivers cause a crash on wind7. I used the drivers on their site here .

  The laptop looks good for today, I'll do some tests of regression during these days.

  On some machines, the pilot for 11 series IMEI has been known to cause that kind of question of the judgment, so it may be worth trying an earlier version.

After restoring the system, my audio device doesn't have the "generic low latency asio driver" option more. I used this driver with many production music applications like FL studio and Ableton Live, with optimal performance. Now, I can only use Direct Sound drivers, very poor indeed.   Problem solved installung Nuendo 4, actually the first audio program I installed when I bought the PC. Generic low latency asio driver has been installed by Nuendo. In my view, remains the best driver asio for integrated audio devices.
