Help, please!
I've had this laptop for two years, and it's already happened; I don't remember how I solved it then. The small orange LED on the button mute (also f6) don't would light up. This happened after I cleaned the computer using CCleaner. I guess I deleted something I shouldn't. Does anyone have an idea how to solve this problem? Thank you.

Try the following.
Download the Realtek Audio Installer on the link below and save it in your downloads folder.
http://ftp.HP.com/pub/SoftPaq/sp72001-72500/sp72139.exe
When finished, press and hold the Windows key and press R.
In the run window, type devmgmt.msc and press ENTER.
In the Device Manager window, expand sound, video and game controllers, right click on the Realtek device and select uninstall - also, you should get a command prompt to delete the current driver, check the box allow this and then proceed to uninstall.
When you are finished, download and reinstall the Chipset driver at the following link.

When the reinstallation of Chipset is finished, stop the laptop.
Disconnect the power adapter and remove the battery. Press and hold the Power button for 30 seconds. Reinsert the battery and plug in the AC adapter.
Robinet tap away at the key esc that you start the computer to launch the Start Menu, and then select f10 to open the bios menu. Press f9 to load the default values (sometimes it is f5, but the menu below indicates the correct key), use the arrow keys to select 'Yes' and press ENTER. Press f10 to save the setting and still use the arrow keys to select 'Yes' and press on enter.
When Windows has reloaded, open your download folder, right-click on the setup of Realtek Audio and select "Run as Administrator" to launch the installation. When this has completed, restart the laptop.

The problem is that, when I dxdiag, then the video ram appears as 931 MB of ram. Even when I go to the bios there is no option regarding the dynamic switching of graphs in the system configuration.
Is it possible that there are no graphics card in my laptop?

I noticed similar problems in which the users had reported that dxdiag showed incorrect information concerning their GPU RAM. After some research, I was able to locate this document. Although the values returned are not those mentioned in the document remains very much the same. You can also find a lot of discussion on the issue on Google. Here is a link to my Google search results. Take a look at the threads listed there if you would like more information. In short, unless you noticed suddenly bad performance out of your graphics card, it is probably a non-issue.

Laptop computer wifi button won't stay not blue at startup.
The wifi button is orange while booting. It turns blue for a second and back to orange. When windows is running, the button is always orange and if I push the button twice will turn on. To remove and reinstall all USB controllers, follow these steps:
a. Click Start, click Run, type sysdm.cpl in the Open box and then click OK.
b. click on the Hardware tab.

d. expand Bus USB controllers.
e. right click on each device under the Bus USB controllers node and then click on uninstall to remove them one at a time.
