Pavilion 15 p084ca: HP has encountered an error when trying to analyze your product.

When the analysis to search for drivers and software updates, I get the above message.

However, I think that my REAL problem is that HP Support Assistant does not work:

When I click on it, it does nothing.

I tried unintalling and re - install with no luck.

When the HPSA says it with success installed was your auditor of virus running or not?

Then, I would try a refresh.  How to update Windows 10. (from tenforums.com)

If you are still experiencing a problem with the HPSA, try to disable the virus checker and install in safe mode again.
