Pavilion 15-p151nr: looking for drivers windows 7 for a HP Pavilion 15-p151nr
Had a customer who wants to get off at Win 7/64 on a HP Pavilion 15 - p151nr. Finds the network, video and audio drivers. Still need chipset (HP 227th mother?), SM Bus, USB and card reader drivers. HP supports only 8 and 8.1 on this model.
You should be able to use all the W7 x 64 drivers and software (except the BIOS and firmware files) of the 15 t-p000.

Hi guys looking for some drivers that work for this conversion to windows 7. The necessary drivers is for usb and sm bus controller. Thanks in advance.
First download and install the amd chipset driver and reboot.
You want the first file on the Web page.
Sometimes usb 3.0 drivers do not settle on some models using the driver above and just install smbus controller.
If this happens to you, just download and install both of these drivers and you should be good to go.
I recently bought a laptop Toshiba A500 - 134 (PSAM3E), I am looking for Windows 7 drivers.

I have a hard enough time looking for some drivers for my laptop toshiba satellite p105-s6227. more important are the sound drivers and video. I'm hoping maybe someone here knows of a location of some compatible drivers for this system. If so, I'd GREATLY appreciate it if they posted this information here.
Thanks in advance!
The hardware configuration of your laptop is not known to me but before you wait here you can check the other topics on the drivers of Windows XP Home edition for the P of Satellite series. You can also consult the manufacturers of hardware support page.
Today I bought a desktop computer HP ENVY Phoenix 810 - 170st CTO (E3W49AV #ABA) and I intend wiping 8 Windows and install my own copy of Windows 7 SP1 64 bit... I DriverMax and as long as I can install a Windows 7 NIC driver and then once I got on the internet then DriverMax should be able to install any other drivers... but I think have drivers HP would be better so I'm curious to know if there is no Windows 7 driver for him? Thank you...
* Update *.
I did dig a little on my computers product number and it looks like the card NETWORK on this computer will be the RTL8171EH-GC and another post on this forum-based Windows 7 driver HP seems to be SP57359.exe...
By my original message, I hope for all the drivers Windows 7 for my new computer but if not, then someone could confirm that the driver of the MAP above will work? Thank you.
Audio can be a problem. I don't quite know HP models with drivers W7 for the IDT Audio Codec 92HD89E.
The rest of the drivers...
Try this audio driver if W7 install an and also try the automatic update of the audio device in Device Manager.
Ethernet: Download and install the driver for the second on the list.
Chipset driver will install the most recent drivers sata ahci.
If your problem is that you can't install W7 as the W7 is looking for disk controller drivers, then proceed as follows:
Download the drivers from this link below (first or second file listed - 32 or 64 bit depending on the case).
Extract the files on a usb flash drive.
With the flash player and the installation of W7 media connected to the computer, boot from the installation of W7 media.
After selecting the install now option, select the training - Advanced menu, Options and select the option load a driver.
You should now see the storage driver files listed.
If you check the box, it only includes the compatible driver.
Follow the prompts and should install W7.
I would be grateful if you could direct me to the drivers Windows XP for HP Pavilion dv4 - 2154ca.

The video controller in your model is not entirely Vista or W7 capable.
Here is a driver that will allow you to change the resolution of the screen and have the graphics acceleration, but you don't have Windows Aero (one of the reasons that the gpu is not quite capable of running W7).
Download and run this graphics driver. You will probably get an error of unsupported operating system.
Conclusion of any windows error.
Go to Device Manager and click on the video controller needing drivers. Click the driver tab. Click on set to update driver.
Select her browse my computer for driver software option and navigate to the folder of the driver that was created when you ran the file.
This file will be located in C:\SWSetup\sp34749. Make sure that the include subfolders is selected, and the driver should install. Then restart.
Audio. Use the support page for your laptop XP driver. You may need to install manually too. I forgot.
Download and unzip the first driver in a folder...
Manually install the driver as you did the graphics driver... just browse the driver folder you have unzipped and the driver should install.
I have a laptop HP Pavilion DV4-2140US AMD Turion II M520. I'm looking for a Windows XP (32-bit) driver for Mobility Radeon HD 4000 series video card. I've upgraded HDD to a 1 TB hard drive and the partition for Windows XP (32 bit) power to a dual-boot between Windows 7 (64 bit) and Windows XP (32 bit).
Please see if it works.
.. .so I can ditch W7 64-bit. processor is amd quad core, who knows who made the motherboard? I looking for the site of the manufacturer of the motherboard, or material component by component, although this is doomed to failure. Another solution is to install linux and virtual box it contains, and then install an XP VM, but that would be slower.
Your PC is not taken in charge by HP for anything other than windows 7.
You will need to get the drivers from the websites of the RMP of the device.
The hardest part for you will be to get XP to install even unless you know either how to get the AMD SATA driver slipstreamed a copy of your XP disc. You can read a guide for this at the link below:
Or if you can change SATA from AHCI to IDE emulation settings, you will be able to install XP but you will paralyze the hard disk performance.
Looking at the hardware on your PC, here are links to the drivers you need.
Chip set. First download listed. This should also contain the AHCI drivers it takes to integrate, but you must check out them of the file using a program like 7-zip.
Once (if) you get installed XP, then re - run the file to load the other drivers of the motherboard.
Video: Simply choose the video card you have and that you use the drop-down menu at the top right to get the XP driver.
Audio: Accept the agreement. Download and install the 7 listed article (a first in green).
Network: Download and install the listed 7th file (XP auto install).
I would be grateful if you could direct me to the drivers Windows XP for HP Pavilion dv4 - 1228ca.

Navigate to the location of machine.inf.
Do it for the rest of the unknown devices.Message edited by Daniel_Potyrala on 12/09/2009 15:53

I need drivers Windows 7 for HP 17-f000sv. Customer does not have the Windows 8, which has been installed on the machine. I partially installed Windows 7, but takes the appropriate drivers to finish the job. Someone on the forum can tell me where to get them? I'd like to install another motherboard to work around the problem. Thanks for any help.
First, install the AMD chipset drivers and restart. You want the first file on the Web page.
To install the smbus and usb 3 controllers.
Graphics... Manually install the graphics driver W8.1. If you need assistance with this, please let me know.
Audio: Accept the agreement. Download and install the driver for the second on the list.
Ethernet: DL and install second driver on the list.
Card reader: DL and install the driver first on the list.
I don't know what model of wireless card that model uses, so please view the ID of the hardware for the network controller and I'll post the link for the driver, there need.
I had a complete picture of software on my old desktop that came with the computer called "Phoenix Firstware Recovery Pro 2004". This program has been fabulous! He saved BOTH OF TIME. It's a hard disk recovery program that you can do a restore point whenever you want, as much as you want. It is similar to the Windows restore, but it affects all of the C drive. If problems occur, it brings back your computer to this day & time in time. Anything after that; is not serious. Viruses, Trojans, Malware, Spyware, lost the wrong files, lost images, messy music files, programs, bad mistakes, window crashes, Etc is not QUESTION. It restarts the computer at this point good & all returns at the point of return. I had my computer that had started not even Windows from the BIOS come right to the top. You can access the program by pressing the key F4 to the BIOS & restore all restore points, you did. NOW, remember that anything after this point is gone for good, (eg. photos, music files, documents, programs, changes to anything.) So, we must remember what has done or changed since restore point & redo them. But it is worth gold to get this computer up without the need to restore to the day you bought your computer & reload everything back in.
I tried retrack Phoenix Firstware & can not find someone who knows what I'm talking about. I do not know if their doing even this GOLD one program similar to Windows 10. What I was looking for is a similar program for my new laptop HP Notebook. Anyone got any useful information the same day or a similar program that works just as well, if not better.
THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING & THE ANSWERS.
@RobertMcD: Sorry no one not returned to you before that...
But, what you need is a third-party imaging/restoration program known as Macrium reflect (MR). This provides a FREE version that can be used to image and restore partitions or drives together.
What I recommend is the following:
(1) download and install Macrium reflect (MR)
(2) run M. and choose the option: "Create an image of the partition (s) required to backup and restore Windows" to write a full backup to an external drive or USB key
(3) use the option to create a CD or a USB startup key
NOW, you have the means to restore a full system that works for the external hard drive or USB key in a few minutes.
I've used this for years, since Acronis True Image failed me when I needed it the most need. I have restored the machines repeatedly with it, and now the free version includes the ability to install a start function of recovery on your hard drive that you can do a restore without having to use DVD or USB.
I recently acquired a Pavilion notebook 15-n013ca. It came pre-installed with Windows 8.
After a few hours of use, I removed Win8 (because honestly, I hate it) and replaced by Windows 7.
With the help of HP Support Assistant, I was able to install drivers for Bluetooh and wireless.
However, I have still a few drivers not installed and I'm looking for drivers, especially the Ethernet one.
You can use all the W7 drivers and software for this model, except the audio.
DO NOT USE ALL DOWNLOADS OF BIOS OR FIRMWARE FROM THIS LINK
You want specifically the installation utility chipset, the driver of IMEI, USB 3.0, Realtek driver wired ethernet adapter and the realtek card reader drivers.
OK, so ive read a lot on the forums and many people have solved their problems by installing the drivers. So here's my problem:
Unable to connect to the internet. My phone cannot able to find available internet connections to connect to the same with the Ethernet cable plugged directly into the laptop, but I look for no direct wireless connectivity. So I read on these forums and some people had the same problem. But here's to add to my problem. The laptop its product key for yourself is for Vista and not XP. So I go to the Hp website and search for the name of the laptop of the product and then find the drivers but these drivers are for windows vista. I try anyway. I need wireless driver to connect to the internet. In any case, the download is not. The installation wizard comes up then I accpet the terms of the contract, then it displays a loading screen and then it says: complete installation and then complete the wizard. but I can always connect to the internet... I am very confused.

I do on your screen turned just enough to see that there is no device to network with some yellow controller? brand like the rest of the devices have.
Given that it is missing and there is no wireless card appears under network adapters Device Manager category and wireless software does not turn the unit (I assume that you have opened the program and tried the 'Activate' button), then your laptop has suffered a disease very common with the motherboard.
The power of the wireless card slot is connected has been cut.
That's why the wireless adapter has "disappeared" from the view.
Just make sure you don't inadvertently slide switch wireless on the left side of the laptop.
The other drivers you need are:
Audio: Install this driver first and then restart.

Unless you are lucky and switched just accidentally off the coast of the wireless card, then if you want to continue using this laptop wireless, you will need to buy an external usb wireless network adapter.
Hi, I need drivers pre installed and installers on my dv4-1430us, im planning to upgrade to windows 7...
Here are all the drivers for 64 bit Vista system your to your model. They must also work under Win7.
If you have installed the official HP Win7 driver wait until October 22. They must be released up to that time.
Alternatively, you can install a driver with Windows update. All the information about it here or just look for drivers on your sites of hardware vendors.
If you have still any help let know us.
