I have a very serious problem about Bluetooth. And it's really frustrating. I don't know exactly what the problem with it, but my problem is as follows
When I connect my mobile phone via Bluetooth for laptop (win 7 ultimate), my system shows the connection. Also, I see my mobile phone listed in the device window. Earlier, when I brought the computer laptop, everything seemed good, at this time, when I use it to open the device (IE to control ); a window would show the option for playing music (there was a lot of option as a 1 ' headset and speaker") and other services supported by the device. but now, suddenly somehow window appears but with in a 2 sec to disappear again. Whenever I try to open the device I get this error. I must say that it is very very frustrating as you try to move your cursor to click on audio playback on this portable display option, the window disappears. Help, please. Now, let me tell you what I tried to solve this problem.
I have laptop Lenovo, which has something like that for bluetooth
Broadcom Bluetooth 4.0 USB
Microsoft Bluetooth enumerator. I have 32 bits of the system, processor i3, win 7 ultimate, one port wifi
In the center of troubleshooting, I tried for the material of scanning that show this Bluetooth device driver not installed (I could see a yellow mark on this device in the Device Manager and a code 28 error).
But windows cannot fix it. I have tried multiple devices but nothing turned up. also I tried the same devices on different laptops and all of them worked very well. I checked online trouble - shooting.but not very useful. Please don't tell me about recovery. I don't know when it happened.
Please help me. Please give me link if there is no download needed

Bluetooth disappears from the Device Manager
Hello I have a HP Envy 13 - x 2 j002dx and I'm having bluetooth associated with is questions is frustrating given the bluetooth keyboard. Every day my bluetooth driver disappears from the Device Manager and the bluetooth settings option does not appear again. I need to reinstall the Intel bluetooth driver (sp68385) every day and even if I can't find the device manager driver he said whenever the driver is already on my computer. Please help I love the computer, but I'm ready to get rid of it because of this problem. I don't have to reinstall a driver every two days or so to use my keyboard.
Another thing to try... restoration/uninstall both drivers WiFi and bluetooth. Especially if you have just updated their. At some point, I updated the driver wifi intel on my asus laptop and the missing of Bluetooth. Took me several hours of research and to play with the drivers to understand a wifi update some how stuck on the bluetooth hardware.

DVD drive icon disappeared from the Device Manager and my computer. I m using window 7. How can I get it back.
Ashwani Hello,
Thanks for posting on Microsoft Community.
There are various reasons why a CD or DVD drive may not be detected. I would like to ask all of the steps in the Microsoft Article describes a troubleshooting and check if they help to resolve the issue.
Your CD-ROM or DVD drive is not recognized by Windows or other programs
Note:
Before editing a registry key or subkey, we recommend that you export, or make a backup copy of the key or the subkey. You can save the backup copy to a location that you specify, for example, a folder on your hard drive or a removable storage device. HP m8120n no Ethernet in the Device Manager and not detected
Hey all:
I have a desktop HP Pavilion Media Center m8120n (product sheet here) and I recently did an installion of installation clean factory, Windows 7 Pro 64 bit with a DVD retail of Windows. I managed to get the drivers for almost everything, but there are some persistent problems.
The most serious of them is Ethernet. I can't find drivers ethernet for this machine, even after the update of Windows running several times, no hardware drivers have been found. The ethernet controller/port is not still appear in Device Manager at all!
I tried to use the driver for this calculation pager on the HP support site, but there is no mention of all the Ethernet/LAN drivers at all.
I read that sometimes it is important to update the chipset first driver in order to get the job of ethernet. Since HP provides no chipset driver, I decided to try updating the chipset 8120n with theutility to update Intel drivers Intel's Support page. I have updated to version 9.4.0.1017, once the Web page has scanned my system. However, even after the update the chipset and Windows restarts, I have still no Ethernet at all.
Depending on the product specifications page, under the section network, the computer uses a controller Ethernet Intel 82566DC. However, after trying to install the driver for the Intel 82566DC since the Intel, the installer website told me that no network controller Intel were present on the system.
What is really worrying, is that not only does the Device Manager does not even see an Ethernet controller, but the Intel drivers update utility didn't recognize it under the section "Wired" after that the latter had analyzed my computer. Ethernet controller also does not appear under system information.
I'm starting to wonder if it is a hardware issue and not a driver problem at all! The Ethernet port may be damaged or does not work for Windows do not install the drivers, or even recognize it.
Does anyone have advice or steps I could take to rule the hardware problem and find a driver that works for my installation of Windows 7 on this computer?
"Violence is the last refuge of the incompetent." -Issac Asimov, from its roman Foundation.Good new! It worked! It was really the BIOS that was causing the problem.
On the Advanced Settings tab, there is an entry called Onboard LAN off, just like the desktop I have to work!
After booting, Windows installed the drivers for it right away, and now I get to enjoy this sweet Gigabit speed on my network!
I'm so happy that it was not a hardware problem, and that it was a simple change to the configuration of the BIOS.
Thanks for all your help!
I'm as resolved marker.

Under Xp (sp3), Device Manager gives me an error for a Walkman NWZ-S545. XP sees it as a MTP device, but it does not start. The Device Manager will give me 2 error messages: device will not start (code 10) not and no driver not found for this device. The walkman works very well with my other machines on the LAN XP but naturally one that I run my media (a all my MP3 etc.) is the one that has the error. All of my PC are almost identical (with the exception of the server, duh). I changed USB ports, uninstalled/reinstalled drivers, called SONY to dozens of times, nothing works. Is a service not started that must be, a driver damaged, what? Thanks for your help in advance.
Hello
I suggest you run the fix that is present in the link below then connect the Walkman on the system and see if the problem is resolved.
Description of errors related to the 10 Code that generates the Device Manager in Windows on computers

I suggest to uninstall the drivers and firmware for the walkman of the system then download it from the Sony site and install it on the system and check if the problem is resolved.

Bluetooth has disappeared from the Device Manager
My computer does not detect bluetooth devices. I went to the bluetooth menu and unchecked and rechecked the boxes 'discovery' and so on. However, when I hit apply, the window became unresponsive and I forced to close. When I tried to repeat this, when you type apply I get a Bluetooth Service error message saying my device is disconnected (my bluetooth adapter is built-in). I went to the Device Manager and disabled the Microsoft Bluetooth Enumerator and generic adapter Microsoft to try to restart them. However, instead of just disabling, the owner made them disappear from the list (even show hidden devices will not bring them back). Now I have no bluetooth, the 'other' device any device and can not use bluetooth. I tried everything I can think and find on the net (reboot), update, etc.. Help, please!

Hi all
I'm trying to configure a USB external (interface audio) on my HP Pavilion DV8 1250ea. The device driver fails to install properly and is unable to detect that the device is connected (even if I hear the Ding-Dong, and he appears in the Manager of devices, but with an exclamation point).
I went to the device manufacturer's support and they advised me that the problem is likely to be caused by my system doesn't support USB2. They also told me how can we test this hypothesis - I looked at the Device Manager and told me I'd see something like:
http://www.native-instruments.com/knowledge/images/General/USB_power.gif
However, mine is:
http://img99.imageshack.us/img99/3236/nousb2.PNG
See, no USB2!
I just checked the section support and chipset installed udates and other things that sounded relevant - still no change. My system really not support USB2 - it has clearly stated in the specifications that the model does support. This seems to be the most likely reason why my audio interface does not work.
Thank you very much!

Latitude E5470 TPM has disappeared from the Device Manager
At my employer, we had several problems with the TPM secure disappears from the Device Manager.
This brings us to not be able to reactivate bit-locker.
We would be the image the device with Windows 7 company.
We had this happen with several machines who did and does not have dealt with windows updates.
Same thing with Dell drivers and BIOS treated and untreated.
I ran tool HWINFO and it lists the TPM with a memory address something like 0000FED4000 but I can't find that in the Device Manager or msinfo32.
I have went to the BIOS and turn off the TPM and it turned on and activated it.
I reloaded the BIOS firmware.
If recreate us the image on laptops the TPM appears in the Manager of devices as planned so I don't think this as a problem with the motherboard.
Curiously, although we had some motherboards replaced and the TPM is displayed.
I feel that replacing the motherboard is the solution to this question we can restore the functionality with a new image or reload the operating system from scratch. But that does not satisfy the risk of the issue and already its appearance again.
I searched for weeks a solution to this problem, but I came up short.
I am sure that others have this problem.
With all the processed drivers and windows updates treatment it does not solve the problem.
Think you I'm missing?
Thank you for taking the time to look into it.
-Jason
HERE IS THE SOLUTION
Power off the laptop and remove the power adapters.
Remove the back cover (screws do not come out entirely).
Remove the SODIMM (s).
Remove the battery (a screw, pull the tab to remove the connector of the card).
Press and hold the power button for 20 seconds (drain the capacitors).
Reinstall the SODIMM (s).
Reconnect the battery and screw him.
Attach the rear cover.
Turn on the laptop, demarrer start in windows, open the Device Manager and check that the TPM is listed under security devices.

Renesas USB3.0 Host Controller disappears from the Device Manager
I recently installed a USB3.0 PCI-E card in my computer (Renesas uPD720200 USB3). The problem I have is that the host controller keeps endangered since the Device Manager, and then I can't use the USB ports. I use Windows 7 64-bit. It disappears usually when I stopped for an evening and then start up the next day and he disappeared. If I just have it reboot normally disappears, but sometimes remains. If I leave the computer and let it go to sleep, when I wake up, the host controller has disappeared. I tried some troubleshooting steps are based on research on google and the answers to this question: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_7-hardware/renesas-usb-30-driver-continuous-uninstalls-from/ac6b1137-1778-e011-8dfc-68b599b31bf5?auth=1&page=2
If I uninstall all controllers USB host and reboot, the host controller reappears, but only temporarily. The next time I start up it went again and I have to repeat the process (uninstall all host controllers and restart).Once or twice I could make it reappear after running the utility of hardware troubleshooting (Panel-> Troubleshooting-> Hardware and Sound-> configure a device), but it is not reliable and I'm usually better off just uninstall all host controllers and reboot. Regardless of if it works, the store always gives me the message "hardware changes may not have been detected", and when I look at the details it says "configured to never install drivers from Windows Update. " There is no question."I've updated the driver. I downloaded the Version 2.1.28.1 of the Intel Download Center (http://downloadcenter.intel.com/confirm.aspx?httpDown=http://downloadmirror.intel.com/19880/eng/USB3.0_allOS_2.1.28.1_PV.exe&lang=eng&Dwnldid=19880). It seemed to install fine, but Device Manager shows the driver version is 2.1.28.0. Repeat the installation produces the same result.I updated the Firmware (http://www.station-drivers.com/page/renesas.htm) and that seems to work very well, but didn't had no bearing on my problem.I would be really grateful for any help or suggestion.Hello
Adding to the valuable suggestion of Josh-H, I also suggest you to run the FIXIT and check.

Bluetooth icon tray disappears after turning off the USB bluetooth adapter in the system tray
You seem to have a problem with your bluetooth icon. If you cannot match something you can try to remove the device and then put it back. I tried it didn't work. Then, you may need to disable bluetooth adapter on the icon. But if you do that you cannot turn it back on because the bluetooth icon status bar disappears when the adapter is disabled. Also it does not appear in "peripheral" that the adapter is turned off. You must go to the C:\Program WIDCOMM software and double-click BTTray.exe to redisplay the icon, and then turn on the adapter. Come on Microsoft, surely it would be easier to just gray exit icon at its stop, then your right click the greyed to activate the adapter turn it back on. Simple really.

RTEOttawa, welcome to the forum.
I suggest to delete and reinstall the wireless card. It can only solve your problem. Sometimes a small problem has occurred which can be fixed by this solution simply. If this does not work, you may need to buy a new card or other wireless adapter.
