  The specs are incorrect. All 4 SATA ports are the same and are SATA2.0 ports. I doesn't really matter which port you are using, but I put the main hard drive on #1, secondary hard drives on #2 and #3 and the CD/DVD on #4.

  Honestly, I have very little knowledge on the computer, so please excuse me if my questions may sound stupid to you.  I am looking for a laptop for the end of the game, and decided instead to buy a new, hopefully update my only current.

  I want to improve my HP Pavilion dv6t - b 6, 00 in terms of memory, hard drive and even CPU processor and graphics (if possible).

  I have read the manual in PDF and have led to several questions.

  1. He is described in the manual that I can improve my memory from 4 GB to 8 GB. But when I opened the top of the laptop, it seems to me that there are 2 slots for memory bars. Does this mean that I can spend a total of 16 GB of memory (2 x 8 GB)? And what type of memory who adapt and increase the performance of my machine?

  I have recently installed the bluetooth module, part number 537921-001, on a Pavilion DV6T-2000, and I can not find the device driver.  It is not automatically install in Windows 8 x 64 and I do not see those who have been made available for Windows 7 x 64 on the support page.

  I also tried to use drivermax and slimdrivers hoping to find it but still no luck.  The device appears in the device as an unknown device manager, but it upward in the BIOS as a device in the System Info screen.

  I understand that the Bluetooth is not installed on your HP Pavilion DV6T-2000 and Windows 8. Windows should pull in the correct driver for the device. I would go into Device Manager and uninstall, then restart the computer with the device in. Here is a link to the drivers.

  Issues related to the:

  The Crucial scan seems to direct me to the memory of better and faster that is listed in the Service Guide. My laptop took advantage of this Crucial memory to operate at faster speeds than the memory, I have now? What latency (CL) cases? I saw sticks to new Egg with CL = 9 instead of this Crucial CL = 11. CL is important? What I have to buy two Crucial 4 GB sticks or I can I keep my original 4 GB stick and add a Crucial 4 GB stick for my 8GB?   I don't think that any card WiFi dual band (5 GHz) will work. The best option for you is Intel 1030. It's the same chip as the 1000 but combo with bluetooth. Reference number: 631956-001. This part number is indicated in the manual as Intel 6230.
