  • Unknown device with location "on system compatible ACPI Microsoft"

I have an unknown device with location "on system compatible ACPI Microsoft". Under the hardware ID, its value reads "ACPI\INT33A0".

I have an ASRock H77 Pro4/MVP, a Zotac GeForce GTX 670, an Intel I7 3770, team Vulcan 16 GB (4 x 4 GB) 240-pin DDR3 1600 SDRAM and a SSD MLC of Mushkin Chronos SATA 3. All the these are listed in the devices, with the exception of the memory manager, of course. In addition, all these should have already installed the drivers, but I could be wrong somehow.
Anyone know what is the device? Where can I get the drivers for it? And what to do?
    Thank you very much!

I zipped and attached to the driver that you are interested in below.

Download and uncompress the file in its folder.

Don't do anything with the files in the folder.

Go to Device Manager and click on the device of the ASD who need the pilot.

    Click the driver tab.

Click on set to update driver.

Select her browse my computer for driver software option and navigate to the driver folder, that you unzipped.

Make sure that the include subfolders is selected, and the driver should install.

    Then restart.

  • HP pavilion dv7-6135dx

Then out of no where, a few hours earlier, my laptop (HP Pavilion dv7-6135dx) started acting... First, it would show my wifi like "no internet, secure... In an attempt to "disconnect' to reconnect - I accidentally hit"turn off"- to which a person has helped me get this back off to disable... I've had the internet for a few minutes - but since my battery was almost dead & I was by my parents home, I decided to wait until I'm home... Now that I'm home, whenever I try to connect to the Internet (using Chrome) nothing will open... On the contrary, he says, "this site is not reachable" as well as "DNS address was not found. Diagnose the problem"and it has a blue 'Reload' button... But then I also noticed that I had to click on the Chrome icon as 6 times after restarting my laptop - when I tried to open Chrome... Furthermore, when I tried to open Avast Antivirus - I had to keep clicking this icon, so... When Avast has finally opened its doors - I tried to do a "Smart Scan" to "Virus scanning" and stopped at 6% & would not move for about 1.5 hours... I don't know what to do... Any help will be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

You are able to perform a System Restore, to define the notebook to its previous working state?  If you're still having problems, then try to check your system for malware.  You can use the tool here to help you, if necessary: Malicious Software Removal Tool

  • HP Pavilion dv7-6135dx: windows 7 resettled after upgrading Windows 10

    Hello

I bought my computer in 2011 at Bestbuy. In this computer factory settings had various applications, HP, HP Recovery manager, etc.

Recently, last week my computer was attacked by malware and therefore, I had to restore my computer by using the recovery HP (Rebecca.exe) Manager. Meanwhile, windows offered to updgrade to 10 Windows. My computer is compatible, and that's why I decided to upgrade. Unfortunately, Windows 10 did not work too well with my computer, and so I contacted Windows Support team. They have reinstalled Windows 10 in my machine and remove the function back to Windows 7.

Support of Windows 10 team could not solve the problems in my computer. I then asked to downgrade to windows 7. With their downgrading to Windows 7, I had to get all the drivers to make my computer function again. However, I do not have original HP and Applications settings my computer had when I first bought the computer.

Is it possible to install all the parameters of HP and Apps? I tried to install HP Recovery Manager, however, when I do, it says "Softpaq does not apply to the system, no installed HP Manager."

Help, please! My computer is running slowly. What should I do?

    ramirez_adolfo

The best way to make your PC work again in Win7 is to do a factory restore using the HP recovery media.

It is a set of DVD and a CD or a USB key, which will erase the hard drive (removing all data, applications and settings, reinstall the original OS, drivers and utilities for HP. In some cases, you will be able to order a USB instead of discs.  You must order at HP; they cannot be downloaded.

It's the HP for your PC product page: http://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/HP-Pavilion-dv7-6100-Entertainment-Notebook-PC-series/5082216/model/5118973

Down near the bottom of the page, you will see an entry for the command Recovery Media-CD/DVD/USB. Click on the symbol '+' to expand this entry and click on order to press for more details.

Don't forget to read through the material in the linked thread before attempting the recovery: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c00707939

    Good luck
