Pavilion Elite m9500z raid driver windows 7

I upgraded my Pavillion Elete m9500z to windows 7. Worked very well. Update of Windows has loaded a new driver for the video card. The pilot hangs the system, the blue screen. I tried to go back to the previous driver and the system still crashes. I tried a system restore point with no luck. Finally, I tried starting problems resolution and makes things worse. System boots to the point just before the login screen. Remains black with the cursor, even in safe mode.

At this point, I amtrying to fix the installation with the windows installation disc. The problem is that the boot drive is a raid drive. The installation disc can not see the drive without the driver. HP drivers are exe only files not the driver files. Motherboard MSI website has no drivers because the jury is the property of HP.

I need the drivers in a format that windows will recognize or a method of extracting files from the installer of HP.

Yet once it shouldn't be this difficult.

Help, please

These drivers failed with the same error. Finally, I converted the RAID drives to AHIC and they have been recognized by windows. The problem with the system was caused by the video card. Windows was unable to complete the repair process and the system is in place again.

Thanks for your help.

Pavilion Elite HPE-180 t, windows 7 64 bit began to stop in the past few weeks.  It seems to happen from the sleep mode.  I leave the computer for more than 20 minutes, and when I come back, it is turned off.  When I start again, I have an error message and be able to start in safe mode.  I start in normal mode and I get an error "windows has recovered from an unexpected shutdown" without solution.  I also see an action center say error - consider sending additional information about a problem with the ATI display driver (graphics card is ATI Radeon HD5450 1 GB).  When I click for the solution, says that this solution could not be downloaded.  I've updated my drivers.  I haven't added a new hardware or software.

    Thanks HardBeatZ (HP).

I did as you suggested and I had to uninstall several times because the device picked up previous ATI vs the generic drivers.  In any case it still stop with the blue screen of death when waking from sleep mode.   Then I went back and installed the latest graphics driver from the HP site for my system. I still had a few stops.

Then I went through all my devices and checked for latest drivers.  All said that the best version is already installed.  Then I noticed that my HP bt500 bluetooth USB 2.0 adapter had only a driver available for windows 7 32 bit (I have installed 64-bit).  I used a keyboard and bluetooth mouse.   So I unplugged the adapter and have resorted to the USB keyboard and mouse and closures of blue screen stopped.  It seems that the network card was originally wake up from its sleep.  I also disabled the reactivation of LAN in the properties of the network adapter device.

  • Webcam on HP Pavilion Desktop, 64-bit driver, Windows 7 works intermittently

My webcam has started gradually and over many months.  I was with Vista.  Took me to upgrade to Windows 7, 64-bit, in the hope that it would solve the problem.  I have run programs troubleshooting and followed the suggestions that initially appear to work and then there is a noise of "Ding-Dong" carried by the computer (sometimes several times) and turns off the webcam.  Now with Windows 7, I get a #43 error signal saying that the device is disabled.  It works well or doesn't work at all.  Sometimes, it works when I turn on the computer, sometimes not.

I get the error message as soon as the webcam is stopped.  (The computer beeped a two part when he does this, if I have open registration page, I can see the webcam icon to a green check mark disappear.)  Sometimes it bounces and off several times before you stay off.  The webcam is often (but not always work when I first boot my computer.)

My computer: HP Pavilion Elite 9517c, now on windows 7, 64 bit but the webcam no longer works when I was using Vista - I was hoping that the upgrade would solve the problem

Webcam: model CNF8215, HP webcam, now in port #0003 Hub_0005 (I tried to change USB locations and even the cable, but none of this makes a difference) provider: Microsoft, the hardware ID: USB\VID_03FO & PID_B116 & REV_6457 & MI_02

I tried the sites above, but the webcam appears not on the lists of programs - this is the frustrating part - when the webcam is not working there is nothing to show problems and then when it stops working it is referred to as a "unknown device does not" and I can not find it or any what prgram/device related to it.  It still appears in the list of devices with a yellow!  I did all the troubleshooting suggestions and also updated the drivers of HP. I have not tried to uninstall the webcam when it works (it's what you're suggesting?)   Could you be a little more specific on how I would reinstall it if that's what you're suggesting.  Thank you very much!

  • Replacement for HP Pavilion Elite e9250t HARD drive

I get an error message saying "A disk in a RAID 0 volume is a failure".

I plan to replace both drives, currently, to 500 discs with a capacity higher than as 2 TB each. The Pavilion Elite e9250t supports 2 TB disks? And can I install them with RAID, so that my data is protected?

    Hello JMHP,

Welcome to the HP Forums, I hope you enjoy your experience! To help you get the most out of the Forums of HP, I would like to draw your attention to the Guide of the Forums HP first time here? Learn how to publish and more.

I understand that you have questions about your desktop PC HP Pavilion Elite e9250t supports 2 TB disks and whether or not it supports RAID. According to HP Pavilion Elite e9250t desktop PC product specifications and configurable Options , your computer supports "2 TB (2 x 1 TB) 7200 RPM SATA 3 G (3.0 Gb/s) ' so the answer to your first question is 'YES', it will support a 2 TB hard. As to your second question as to if she supports RAID, indio motherboard (which is what you have) supports the following:

    • Integrated RAID controller: P55 (same as previously introduced application ICH9r RAID)
    • Steps to configure RAID (internal link to setup for P55, even the steps of configuration for ICH10r and ICH9r)
    • Intel RAID solution is called Intel Matrix Storage Technology (outside link)
    • Only some models indio compatible ship RAID (see datasheet for your model). Compatible RAID means that the system is ready to be configured for RAID 0 or RAID 1.
    • Migration from 1 to 0 is supported by material in the world.
    • RAID modes supported *:
      • RAID 0
      • RAID 1
    • Additional resources:

    * NOTE: three hard disks requires a RAID 5 and RAID 10 four hard drives. While the hardware can support other RAID modes, only RAID 0 and RAID 1 modes are supported on models that include this motherboard.

I hope that I have answered your question to your satisfaction. Thanks for posting on the HP Forums. Have a great day!

  • I have a HP Pavilion Elite i7 Desktop w Windows 7 and I want to add a 3 TB hard. I can?

I have an i7 HP Pavilion Elite Desktop w 2 year, Windows 7 and I want to add a 3 TB hard.  Can I add a 3 TB hard (probably known as the Segate Barracuda XT 3 TB HD) as a secondary disk without changes.  If this is not the case, what should I do?

Short answer is not really. You need UEFI BIOS to do, and your system did not come with it. You could add it, but only 2.2 to be visible as a single drive. Using utilities... etc. of the manufacturer of the HARD drive, you could partition to see the rest, but as hard disks get bigger, the BIOS must change to adapt. They changed, but still yours is the older BIOS inherited, and there is no way to change it to a UEFI version.

  • Upgading A Pavilion Elite HPE hard drive

First off let me thank the guy who responds to this advance. It may be a few days before I have the chance again. Sometimes the unknown Warrior keyboard deserves a bit more then they get lol. So, thank you.

I have a HP Pavilion Elite HPE. I just took my first slap to upgrade certain hardware and now I have a FEVER. I should have noted some things while I was there, but I was a little excited to get it working again. I noticed a few differences in my template to the list for the Pavilion Elite HPE, I found this site, but I should be able to answer your questions with a quick glance to see if it's right. HP presents my motherboard as "MS-7613 (lona-GL8E)" but I'm sure that my Board is a Foxconn version 1.01 Aloe with a 3.0 GHz AMD Phenom II x 4 processor.

Then. Here's my question, can I put my 1 TB harddrive to two 2 TB drives? And you have any recommendations on which hard drive I use? I'm new at this and so I don't know I might miss information on this for you, but I think I can answer your questions on hard/software that I use.

    Thanks, Escar Frazzle.

    You are welcome.

    Hello:

The only suggestion I can offer would be to try the W10 Realtek ethernet controller driver from the link below.

1 driver on the list.  Download, unzip and run the installation application.

Did you get the graphics to work?

If this is not the case, first follow steps 1-4 before trying to install the ethernet driver.  You must install the chipset driver before installing the lan driver.

1 install the Intel chipset driver and restart.

My biology teacher corrupted installation of Vista on his HARD drive and wanted to move to Windows 7, so I helped. I'm having THE HARDEST to find a compatible driver for its Foxconn WLAN Adapter.

The hardware ID is PCI\VEN_168C & DEV_0024 & SUBSYS_2A5F103C & REV_01. I can't find a driver to work anywhere. Any help at all would be sincerely appreciated.

It's the standard drivers should still work, I realized that Vista and 7 share the same core.

    Thank you

    * EDIT: I already had him try the drivers in the main section of the HP Technical Support for its model of office under the Vista operating system. He gets a "Not compatible with the hardware..." type "error.  He's willing to let me access remote so that I can visually see this error message appears, and I can install its driver.

    Hello:

I have compressed upwards and tied the driver applicable under attachments below.

Download and unzip the driver files in the folder.

You will need to manually install the driver because there is no setup.exe file to run.

To manually install the driver, go to Device Manager and click on the device network controller needing drivers.

Click the driver tab.  Click on set to update driver.

Select Browse my computer for driver software option and navigate to the driver folder that you unzipped.

Make sure that the include subfolders is selected and the driver should install.

If all goes well, it will give you extra credit.

  • Windows will not install on the new drive for HP Pavilion Elite m9510f

I have a HP Pavilion Elite m9510f operation with Windows Vista Home Premium 64 - bit SP1 and with a Seagate Barracuda 7200.11 HDD of 750 GB.

The HARD drive broke down a few weeks ago and is unrecoverable.

I bought Seagate 1 TB hard drive to replace the 750Go again and used the HP recovery discs provided by HP to wipe the disk and reinstall Windows on it.

I can run all the recovery discs 3 without problem, the computer goes through its paces to reinstall Windows and all of a sudden, the computer stops and I get the message "installing Windows could not configure Windows to run on a hardware on this computer."

What is happening with this?  I use a HARD drive with recovery disks provided by HP.

HARD drive replacement need to be 750Go like the original?

    Any help would be appreciated

Probably a problem with the hard drive being the new type of AF. Windows 7 with SP1 should work better than Vista... but your Vista key will not work with ISO download linked above.

  • Pavilion Elite e9105z Disc error (BIOHD-8) motherboard is also bad.

I have an e9105z Pavilion Elite 3 years with windows 7. About 6 months ago, I began to have freezing problems. Finally, I ran diagnostics on this issue and found that the hard drive was bad. (BI0HD-8 error code)  I ran the disk check, and it seemed to fix the defective sector. In a few days after that the whole computer just died. I tested the PSU and it was good. By pressing the button start has no effect. When I plug the thing that happens, is that the green light on the power supply turns on. It is now a paperweight.

I understand that HP has been using lower Seagate hard drives and motherboards and shipping them knowing that they were wrong and now I'm stuck with a $600 paperweight. I would like some satisfaction of HP but I can't yet talk to them without charge.

Anyone has had problems similar to mine, and if so have you been able to solve it with HP? I'm little about as upset as anyone can get. I bought several HP products. How to get to someone?  If nothing else, I want to say thank you shipping shit they knew was bad. Any help would be appreciated.

    Please hold me.

The first thing I installed was the following: H - RS880 - Μatx Motherboard BIOS Update

That restarted immediately frozen mouse on a black screen. When I turn on the computer the lights and the fan turns on but the screen remains black. Their is nothing wrong with the monitor, it's light is on, but when turn light it just says: "monitor going to sleep".

I went through these troubleshooting pages: http://support.hp.com/us-en/product/HP-Pavilion-Elite-HPE-Desktop-PC-series/4269972/model/4300925/do...

    without success.

Any other suggestions of what I could do to fix this?

    Hello

Disconnect the PC and press and hold power for 30 seconds. Remove and replace the battery CMOS. It's a $4 item. Now let's see what happens. If no joy, then try the steps above once again.

If your PC support has been changed or modified then put it back in its original state.
