Pavilion g6-1c39ca: wireless adapter disappeared

MEDEL: HP Pavilion 1c39ca g6

Hello.

A days fea, I have format my hard drive.

Before formatting, there is no problem with internet service. (Bote Wifi and cable internet worked well)

After formetting, I installed Windows 7 and downloaded all the drivers from the HP site support.

Except the drivers LAN and Bluetooth, other drivers were instralled, succeefully.

In particular, when I was installing the Atheros Driver Installation program, I saw a pop-up message and it meant «802.11a/b/g/n Wireless Adapter Device Not Found.» "The device may not be present or could have been ejected / disconnected from the system.

I can't make sense because I used wifi service a few hours before formatting my laptop computer and received a message that wifi device has been ejected/disconnected. I opened the cover and the keyboard and do not touch anything, physically.

Can you show me a solution to this problem? or do I have to go to Bestbuy to solve this problem?

Thank you

Hello:

According to the list of parts on the link below, your laptop comes with a PCIe adapter half minicards (HMC) WiFi Realtek 8188GN - 1 x 1 802.11b/g/n wireless card, which explains why the driver for Atheros wireless card does not work.

http://PartSurfer.HP.com/search.aspx?SearchText=A3J85UA

You need the driver for the network without WIRE Realtek 8188GN card...

This package contains the installation package driver for the controller LAN Realtek RTL8188CE wireless in the notebook models and operating systems.

File name: sp53753.exe

If you see not all devices in Device Manager in need of drivers (if the needs of a pilot wireless card, it will appear as a network controller in Device Manager), you may need to install this software, restart the computer and use this software to re - turn on the wireless card.

This package provides the HP connection for laptops Manager running a supported operating system.

File name: sp53394.exe

If none of the above wins the wireless working again, most likely the wireless card is dead on you and needs to be replaced.

In addition, depending on the product specifications page below, your laptop does not come with built in bluetooth network.

If so, this feature would have been listed as well as WLAN 802.11b/g/n wireless connectivity specifications.

  • Satellite L300-1AP - Realtek wireless adapter disappears

I found many problems similar to this forum, but nothing that matches this one. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Occasionally when I start my laptop I can not connect to wireless networks. My internet connection is fine by a cable.

I found that when this happens, my "Realtek RTL8187B Wireless 802. "11b / g 54Mbps USB 2.0 Network Adapter" does not appear in Device Manager, even when I get it to show hidden devices. When I add legacy hardware and install the realtek adapter, it appears in Device Manager but says it cannot start because of "code 10".

I deactivated and reactivated it, but the same problem occurs. I uninstalled and downloaded the driver from the Toshiba website, but the same problem occurs. I updated my BIOS and disabled the function, which is has not always worked WLAN energy saving.

Annoyingly, this always works from time to time if I restart my computer. The map on the Device Manager and my works wireless according to normal. Then when I restart again, it will disappear again.

I use Vista 32 bit and given to restore the system, but until I do, he does what anyone has any suggestions?

I put really know what may be the problem but I can't imagine it's a software related issue. I've never seen something like that.

In my opinion you should backup all of your important data, install the original Toshiba recovery image and test it with clean OS preinstalled and factory settings. Don't install anything, just test it several days to see if the same thing will happen again and again.

If so, I assume that this is material junk.

  • HP Pavilion G series laptop: HP Pavilion G series wireless adapter does not

I had problems with my function wireless on my laptop endangered.  To try to solve this problem, I have reset the phone to factory settings.  When I did the wireless card / feature doesn't work. However, the bluetooth function only.  The laptop will be connect to the interenet when plugged in but need to be wireless for a multitude of reasons.

The product ID is A6Z74UA #ABA

    Windows 7

Any help would be appreciated.  I tried to download a new driver, but the factory reset should solve this.

    Thanks for the help.

    Thanks for the reply.

My solution was this: I had read that the wireless card can have gone wrong for my plan was to replace it.  I opened my laptop down to make sure I bought the right adapter to discover one of the connections to the current adpter was loose.  Once I replaced the wire and restarted the computer, my wireless connection has been restored.

    Hello

HP supports this list, otherwise, you have to go yourself (as pilot, antenna.. .but I think should be very straightforward, I traded a lot, not machine, even not even card than yours):

  • HP Pavilion dv6t-7000: Ralink RT5390R wireless adapter does not connect to 802.11n network

I have a HP Pavilion dv6t-7000, equipped with the Ralink RT5390R wireless adapter.  For the life of me, I can't get it to connect to my home network when implemented as 802.11n.  They connect other devices. If I change my router 802.11 g, but no other change, doe HP connect. But if I return the router to 802.11n, HP sees the network, and it correctly identifies as a 802.11n network, but does not connect.

    The router is a D - Link DIR-615 (N300 2.4 ghz)

    All this experience? All solutions?

    Woo-Hoo.

Found a solution.  Both HP and windows said I had the most current drivers, but this HP forum had a link to a newer driver.  Installed and it worked.

  • Cannot install Wireless Adapter (card NETWORK or USB key) to the Pavilion p6340a Win 7 Home Prem

I removed a work card TP-Link to a Pavilion a1300a XP Home PC network to put in my Pavilion p6340a Win 7 (64-bit) Home Prem PC.

Download and install the current drivers of TP-Link.
Installed everything well and the adapter can be seen in sub "Change adapter settings" in network and sharing Center and shows as working properly in Device Manager, but it is not recognized as a network within the network and sharing Center.

Under "Manage wireless networks'" nothing appears, if I then click on Add"then manually create network profile" "I then get an informative message '" an unexpected error occurred'. "

Suspect a problem with the NETWORK card, I uninstalled it and its drivers and tried to install a USB wireless adapter with the same exact result and the error message. It seems that there must be an OS problem or something stopping the wireless to work. USB adapter both NIC work properly when installed on the former Pavilion a1300a XP Home PC. NETWORK card and USB adapter are the current drivers for Win7.

All the ideas it driving me crazy. A simple 5 minutes on any other PC task turned into many.many hours without solution.

After many hours of uninstall re install & try everything under the Sun in many forums, I finally found a solution. Despite trying with firewall disabled at different times was the final fix

    1. Uninstall NETWORK card and USB drivers and devices.
    2. Then uninstall the AntiVirus (in this case AVG Internet Security)
    3. Reinstall the NETWORK card and drivers
    4. Reinstall AntiVirus

Tried the USB adapter as well so that the antivirus has been uninstalled and installed no. with problems.

    Everything works very well.

I need to buy a wireless adapter for my HP Pavilion Notebook of 15 and I would like to know the company, the model and configuration of the same.

HP has an online store in the United Kingdom where I can purchase this item?

    Details of the laptop:

    Model: HP Pavilion 15

    Processor: AMD 5750 APU A10

    RAM: 8 GB

    Graphics card: AMD Radeon HD 8650 + 8600 M

    HARD DRIVE: 1 TB

    Motherboard: 1983 01.15

    System BIOS: F.33

    Hi @Metal_Head,.

Shows that you are connected to a network that is not identified with limited capabilities.

To troubleshoot the wireless, you will need to remove the Ethernet cable.

If you right click on the Network Center and sharing, disconnect the connection you and connect to your router.

    Thank you.

I did my Lalonde normal and regular cleaning. With the help of the manual I disasembled the phone until I could access the fan/heatsink and clean it with air preasured. After reassembling the laptop, I discovered that the two buttons are not appearing on the cover of the switch. I thought that I must have failed to plug something properly, but after checking twice, I am sure that everything is as it should be. The wireless card works perfectly, so are the speakers. The computer turns on automatically (I'm actually hit him), wifi works perfectly (well, I'm on it) scrolling volume works ok, so media buttons. • Wireless adapter suddenly lost, disappeared from the Device Manager. How to prevent this?

    Hey :)

Ive looked all over the internet, but still nothing quite similar to this...
    -Asus PC V551LB-CJ093H
    -Windows 8
-Wireless network adapter: Intel Dual Band Wireless-N 7260
The problem is: laptop suddenly loses wireless wireless adapter because suddenly friggin disappears from the Device Manager, as did not exist. Only the wired network adapter still works and all things Bluetooth. The only way to resurrect from the dead is to restart my laptop. But I don't like this solution X_x. How can I stop my laptop disconnect my wireless connection?
    What I've tried:
Auto-updated the driver from Device Manager
-' Find the hardware changes' on Device Manager
-Disable "allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" the power of the device management
The only thing that has worked now:
    -Restart the laptop.
Thank you very much for your help :D

Thanks a lot :) I've manually updated the drivers from the manufacturer's website (intel), and the problem ceased to occur. I will you update if anything... Thanks again.
