Pavilion G6 2210us + Windows 7/64: impossible to adjust the screen backlight intensity
I replaced unacceptable Windows 8 on Pavilion G6 computer 2210uS laptop with Windows 7 (64-bit). PROBLEM - I can not adjust the intensity of the backlight display (Fn keys assigned to the change of backlight do not work, they worked in Windows 8). The screen backlight is still full intensity. HP Driver web page does not include some drivers and applications for this laptop, however, I was able to locate the missing drivers on the web sites of chipset of the seller, so the Device Manager shows all devices running and the machine works otherwise OK. What additional pilot program is necessary to enable the keyboard command change the intensity of the backlight screen? Thank you.

Pavilion Notebook with windows 8.1: burning problem of the photos on a CD
On my old computer, it was easy to burn photos to a CD - R. I tried to do it on the Pavilion laptop with windows 8.1 but without success. Try with the office, the message says "windows can't burn to the current disc. Please insert a writable disc in driver E. " But I've been using a disc that worked on the old computer. When I tried it through Media Player, it didn't just start burning once I inserted the disc and no progress has been demonstrated. Downgraded Acer Aspire V3 575 G for windows 7, but impossible to install the wifi driver
Hi, I got a new laptop yesterday, the model is Acer Aspire V3 575 G 73ZZ. I didn't like the 10 preinstalled with windows so I installed a new copy of windows 7 on it. However, once the installation is complete, none of my drivers work. I went looking for the drivers for my model, but they were all for windows 10 and were not compatible with my laptop. I tried to install the drivers wifi during the night, but none of them work on my laptop.
Does anyone know what wifi Drivers to install so it can run on windows 7?

I did a search on acer and discovered that my device is using Win Driver Atheros Wireless LAN (NFA344) 10 64-bit, so I did a search on Google to find the version of Win 7 64 bit for the driver and came across this page: http://support.lenovo.com/sg/en/downloads/ds105865

I tried to open safe restart mode and pressing F8, as suggested on other threads, but which didn't work - I can not go beyond the logging off the screen. How can I solve this?
I had the same problem... This method works.
Turn on the computer and when the screen shows recovery Windows press the space key.
You will be presented with 2 options - either to continue with system resume or to remove the Hibernation file and start with primer system - choose the second option - you're fixed!

The Windows Vista startup disk crashes after the screen "loading files".
I am trying to install Windows Vista on a new computer. The computer recognizes the boot disk and I can go beyond the "Loading files" screen, but when I get to the screen that looks like the standard login screen, the menu to install Windows never appears. The display will be just what it was. Any help would be appreciated.

Player Windows Media displays is not on the screen
My Windows Media Player is played, but it does not appear on the screen... it looks like its current running in the desktop background? Displays tasks on the bar but the screen? I can right click on the far right of my office and the WMP menu appears, but no picture will appear.

It looks like the Windows media player is in Mini Player mode.
Mini Player mode allows you to minimize the player to the Windows task bar, while having access to playback controls and the ability to view visualizations and information about the currently playing item.
In the mini Player, click anywhere in the drive that is not used as a button or volume control. The Player returns to the way it was before.
