  For your model, HP seems to only provide drivers of Windows 8. Most of the Windows 7 driver from the drivers PC laptop HP Pavilion 2123us g6 page should work on your computer from HP g7-2353eo.

  For your specific problem of USB, please download the Chipset AMD drivers. Select the Windows 7 tab and click the link "AMD Chipset Drivers". This driver will install/update the chipset AMD and AHCI SATA/drivers USB 3.0

• I want to add 2 USB3 ports for my Pavilion 9667ea laptop using the available Express/54 slot.

  As the Pavilion dv9667ea laptop computer was bought in 2008, so I suspect that the bus Express/54 is the ExpressCard Gen 1.0, which is the old standard. "StarTech.com" put this out in specification here.

  This means that the flow will be 2.5 GB and not the 5.0 GB for the highest specification of the ExpressCard Gen 2.0 bus. It's a shame that a port USB3 is now not worth.

  I just reinstalled Windows 7 32 bit on a G6-2260so laptop and after some difficulty in finding the right drivers for the network, I am now struggeling to get the correct drivers for the USB3 ports and "SM-busdriver" and also something called just 'PCI-unit' in the Manager computer. I searched and tried drivers for other models, but so far has not come with any one that works with this one.

  The hard drive no longer works so I put in a new drive and the owner wanted to use new Windows 7 because she was not too fond of the updated operating system.

  So, is there drivers for this model that I can use?

  If not 32-bit, perhaps a 64 bit version, I can install that places if necessary.

  My desktop HPE H8 computer - 1280t lost Internet using USB3 and vice versa.  If I disconnect the external drives connected to the USB3 ports then I have Internet back.  If I connect external drives to USB3 ports, then I won't have Internet.

  What is the latest version of the upgrade of the software of the motherboard of desktop HPE H8 - 1280t and how I get it.

  The computer in question is running on Windows OS 8.1 for several months and no other software added recently.

  Problem has been resolved.  Because of several power is needed for 3.0 external drives to work, I replaced the power supply HP 400 watts with a power of 750 Watts.  Now, I have all external hard drives of 3.0 and Internet works perfectly.

  It worked very well. A USB 3.0 port Inateck 4 split easily in the spare PCI x 1 slot, powered by a splitter cable to 'Y '. Took about 3 minutes, which worked immediately, & big parade.

  I just bought this HP Pavilion 15 laptop

  The Core i7 processor is 4th generation 2.2 ghz

  the problem I have is the web HP and HP Support Solution Framework software is not able to recognize my camera...

  the product ID is = E3A75PA #AKL

  series is: [redacted serial number]

  the seller installed all the drivers and gave me the backup. but out of 3 USB ports... only 1 USB port works which is USB 2.0 I think while the rest of the 2 do not work.

  also, in the Device Manager, I checked Bus USB controllers

  There is a yellow sign next to the item "Intel (r) USB 3.0 Root HUB and when I checked its properties it says

  This device cannot start. (Code 10)

  This is the original factory specifications for your computer HP laptop Pavilion 15-e007tx. Based on these specifications, install this model factory with FreeDOS. It seems that a Windows operating system has been installed and some USB ports do not work properly. Please provide the name, version, and the "bit" version of the operating system currently installed.

  If you use Windows 7, please download and install the USB 3.0 driver: controller driver eXtensible host of Intel® USB 3.0 for the family of chipsets Intel® 8 series/C220 to see if that solves your problem. Also provide Windows Device Manager "Hardware ID" for any remaining missing or unknown devices, as shown in the example below.

  Received this laptop a year or two ago, came with w8 yuck!, went on this site and a nice hp technician gave me all the links for the drivers for w7, as hp list only w8 drivers for this laptop! laptop has worked well, got a 1 TB external hd recintly and whenever I plug it works fine but the popup message says will work faster in the usb3 support!, tried all 3 taken even masage, tried drivers usb3 date in manidger of the device, but said got the best driver , hp site I tried and automatically detect and it does not find my computor! , notice in Wizard hp drivers are windows drivers, thay should we not hp or from the creators of chip?, would get usb3 work if possible to help speed up the transfires video moltible (slow!) of ideas?   I just replaced my HARD drive and did install a clean Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit. Everything seems to work so far, with the exception of ports USB 3.0 on the left side. I went to different drivers on the site, but I can't seem to find something compatible and windows update can't find anything. Windows does not what either being connected to USB3 ports, but the right side ports are fully functional. Before the new installation, all the ports were fully functional on both sides. In my device manager there are 3 devices listed under 'other devices '. (With a little yellow "!") Icon next to them.) They are as follows:

  Normally install the AMD directly from AMD chipset drivers will take care of these problems.

  Restart the PC after installing the drivers.

  I managed to fix it with the utility software, I think that it was installing the Replicator 3 USB software.

  I also updated the BIOS.

  Verification of the HP update did not correctly telling me that everything was up to date, when it clearly wasn't.
