Pavilion m6 1019-tx: GTA V on Pavilion m6

Hello. I recently got GTA V for PC. Installed fine and is running. However, I am faced with graphical problems. Remote objects are blackened by the pale blue pixels. Forums in the world are suggesting to install 15. something driver beta of AMD. But HP told me to use the drivers on the site and they are "old". Please help as soon as POSSIBLE because I want to play the game. Thank you.

UPDATE: Leshcat is impressive. Downloaded and installed the latest driver. Correction of all the problems I had. Works like a dream now.

  • Pavilion 15-b196sl Sleekbook: huge drop in fps in all games

    Hello

so my laptop has an integrated gpu, the intel HD 4000 and 630M geforce nvidia card which is the one i use the most when playing video games on my laptop. Suddenly a month ago I turned it on and it started making a noise from the fan and it doesn't stop for the weekend and the FPS has dropped in all my games for example GTA 5 of 40 fps at 10 / 20 fps tera 8 / League legends from 100 fps to 40... I knew it was because of the overheating, I noticed that.

so I took it to the hp customer service and they have changed the fan when I came back the noise stopped they also gave me the old fan and I could see that it was indeed damaged but the problem of fps does not stop then I thought that it was a software problem, I erased all of the nvidia drivers and not reinstalled the latest version again no solution all this time I'd win 10 I did a factory reset my laptop which came to windows 8 I installed the drivers again and still the same problem.

hope you guys can help me and thanks in advance

  • HP Pavilion G6: updated HP Pavilion

Hi, I have a HP Pavilion G6 with and the A6-processor AMD with card chart AMD Radeon HD 6520 G and 4 GB of ram with an open slot, 64 bit running windows 10. I have wat upgrade where I can run GTA V well enough. Ive already know what I'm going to install the RAM. But you guys don't know if I can also pass the CPU and the GPU.

    Care of GTA V recommended:

    CPU:

    Intel Core i5 @ 3.2 GHZ (4 CPUs) 3470 / AMD X 8 FX-8350 @ 4 GHz (8 CPUs)

    Processor speed:

    Info

    RAM:

    8 GB

    OPERATING SYSTEM:

    8.1 Windows 64 bit, 64-bit, 64-bit Service Pack 1 Windows 7 Windows 8

    Video card:

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 2 GB / AMD Radeon HD 7870 2 GB

    Sound card:

    Yes

    Free disk space:

    65 GB

On this model, you can upgrade to a Quad Core A8 - 3520M which will provide you with HD 6620 G graphics and is very slightly better than what you have. I don't think that GTA V will be playable on it in other words. It's a modestly demanding game that will take a game machine, which will cost you at least $1500.

Don't take my word for IT are websites that compare the performance of any two video chips, here's a comparison of the 7870 HD against the 6620 G and it's not even a contest:

  • My video on Pavilion M9150f card replacement

This computer comes with a 8500GT graphics card, which is real shit, and for games like GTA IV, it is as impossible to manage... Due to the fact that the power supply that came with it is only 350W, I can only think of this reclassification of the 9600GT. I don't think he can handle the higher cards...

I want to know if the power supply is ABLE to handle. I know9600GT have a version that draw power (model 59W) PCI slots, so I guess it works. But I can't really find anywhere on the market... and on the support of the bus, he said that he don't support PCI-E 2.0 Do I'm in my PC m9150f Pavilion? that the 8500 runs?

Can someone tell me where I can actually get this card and if this card will work well with the PSU? Also the 9600GT will fit in the Tower? Since the Tower has no many places... and I can't understand how take the 8500GT... he blocked somewhere, but I can't find the lock... >.

If the power supply can handle a better graphics than the 9600GT card, please let me know as well (if it can fit...)

The manual for your Pavilion is located here in pdf format. It shows how to remove the above cards delicate locking mechanism at the rear of the case. It's actually pretty simple. It takes using thumb and index fingers rocking it left and right and then upward.

You can find 9600 here at Newegg.com.  I suggest you go with the PCI-e x 16 version if you can afford to upgrade your power supply as well. PCI graphics cards do not have PCI-e graphics performance. The reason is simple... Bus PCI = less bandwidth.

If you want to upgrade to a better graphics card, you better food.

Your power supply is not quite what it says.  Your power is in fact @285 watt. Disappointing but true. You will need a power supply that has a PCI-e connector 6 on it. Search for ATX12V 2.2 on the specifications of the power SUPPLY you purchase for a replacement. Indicating compliance of specification which includes the PCI-e connector. Corsair makes some nice power supplies and they are reasonably priced as well. You can measure the dimensions of your diet without remove it from the PC speaker. It measures with power off of the .

PCI 3.0 and 2.0 are backward compatible to PCI 1.1. This means that the most recent specifications will be physically fits in your slot PCI-e x 16. The difference between the three specifications is a matter of increased bandwidth capacity. The ability of the ability of your motherboard to use higher bandwidth is determined by the capabilities of your motherboard chipset.

  • Graphics and sound early are nervous on HP Pavilion

Hey, first time posting here and hoping someone can help me with the questions I've had with my laptop. Here is the Basic for my laptop specifications:

    HP Pavilion dv6-3150us

    Windows 7 Enterprise 32-bit Edition *.

    Intel Core i5 CPU 2.53 GHz M 460

4 GB of RAM installed (2.43 GB usable)

    Intel HD Graphics

Video memory up to 1696 MB

TOSHIBA 500 GB hard drive *.

Dolby Advanced Audio with Altec Lansing speakers

At rest approximately 800 MB RAM usage

    * changed after the drive started failing, in other words not original hardware/software

So I got my laptop nearly 3 years ago, things were pretty amazing with my laptop and it is honestly the best (and first and only) laptop that I'm away until now. In any case, after 1 year and 2 months, or so 650 GB hard originally started failing. Coincidentially the year 1 mandate had expired, so obviously the call center of HP did not help me at all. Ultimately I had to get a replacement from the hard drive and get my school technician to do the job of its installation and recovery of my information to recurring. Of course, by doing so the original laptop Windows 7 Home Premium 64 - bit OS drivers and all were lost in the old hard drive, so it has installed its own version of 32-bit in my laptop and did the best he could to download and recover drivers and functions of the laptop. Ultimately all this turned out pretty well with the exception that the wireless is not connect more (in any case it is not the real problem, I am here to ask questions on)

Lately I had problems related mainly to the audio and sound. Everytime I play a video (either from a DVD, hard disk or streaming online) the video begins to become unstable and slower with the time that the video is almost completely stopped. This change in the video also affects the speed at which the laptop running, making it's slower and sometimes I have to either close the video program I use to avoid phone freeze completely.

A similar thing happens whenever I'm playing games. The graphics in the game are slowed down gradually, and the sound is also affected by the whole process, makes them nervous and slower. This product even when I put the games in lower graphics levels there are (by the way, the games in question are GTA San Andreas, the Sims 3 and DC Universe Online) the problem got worse with time and appeared older 3 months back or almost. Also, it happens randomly. Moreover, indeed like laptop computers HP the more out there, mine has always had problems with ventilation and dust in the fans so it is usually very hot and I would not be surprised if it was any problem where the roots of.

So far I have removed the unnecessary startup with the Task Manager process, scanned the laptop together with AVAST and Malwarebytes, removed programs that are unnecessary, / that I don't use, files cleaned and defraged the drive hard, has ran memory diagnostics, updated audio and video players, updated the BIOS and the problem still remains.

My best guess would be that the sound cards and video begin to fail or, even worse, that the motherboard is the one to blame (or simply conflict pilot/codec), but I have tried so many different things and visited so many different forums that I don't really know what it is. I hope someone can help me with determine what is wrong and the steps to resolve this.

    Thanks in advance.

Thanks for your advice and sorry for the late reply. I tried your suggestion of analysis system for missing/conflicting drivers with the HP Wizard, but there was no change, that this is reading once I uninstalled and reinstalled video driver (which would have been the main reason for my question)

In fact, I just got the HP Support help in Twitter, and in the end it turns out that my problem with unstable video is not software related, but it might be in fact that my laptop motherboard reached its peak (due to overheating and eternal ventilation). Thank you nevertheless for the help and advice to get the recovery disc for my computer (should have that before, but now at the end)

    Thank you very much!

  • iTunes does not recognize my iPhone on my HP Pavilion Windows 10 5s, so cannot sync the phone, which has the latest operating system running

iTunes does not recognize my iPhone on my HP Pavilion Windows 10 5s, so cannot sync the phone running. I downloaded the latest OS for the phone and the latest version of iTunes on my PC and have tried all USB ports several times. I also reinstalled drivers USB to the PC.  The phone is recognized on the computer of a friend under Win 7. All shows when I plug it on mine is a page showing the 'Apple iPhone' folder display of storage internal (2.18 GB free of 14.7 GB). Troubleshooting in devices and printers, where the phone displays as "Not specified Apple iPhone" generates a message saying that "Apple iPhone is an older USB device and may not work with USB 3.0 and plug it into a USB 2.0 port." But when I use USB 2.0 (I tried several times using each of the three USB ports on my PC), troubleshooting the error message says "Apple iPhone won't work correctly with USB 3.0." This seems to be a recent problem, since in March 2016, I could spend a few songs from my PC to my phone using iTunes.

I wish I had some ideas of people who have experienced this problem, I find to be a more frustrating one.

Well, you aren't the only one. This just freakin happened to me. I spent the last three hours with apple and Windows supports. Now I'm reinstalling Windows 10 by last resort of Windows support councils. I got the same message USB. In iTunes, under devices something removed my 5s and the iPad. But it remains 6 s wife. I tried my computers 2-(SS) 3.0 ports and 1 port 2.0 ordinary. I tried all four thinners cables I have. I will let you know the result of the Windows reinstall.

  • HP Pavilion dv7: unable to connect to the Internet

I can't access the Internet via ethernet or wireless. It seemed to happen after an update of Windows 10.

Other computer and android phone can access the wireless. When I click on the wireless icon, I see different networks, including mine. However, it is said, "No Internet, secure." I ran a diagnosis, saying that the wireless network adapter and the wired network adapter does not work. I tried to update the drivers, but to no avail.

  • HP Pavilion - 15-ab045sa: a few gestures of precision Touchpad not working not

    Hello

I'm new to the forum, so I hope I posted in the right place.

My product: HP Pavilion Notebook - 15-ab045sa (ENERGY STAR)

I have all the gestures of touchpad usual work (three stroke of finger etc).  However, the recent to THE introduced a new gesture to switch virtual desktops. I was really looking forward to this update, but this gesture does not work! I tried to reinstall the update with erase everything and it still does not work!

I don't understand why it does not work as I have a touchpad of accuracy and all other gestures of work except this new! Also even if some gestures of work (for example three finger swipe), I don't think that win 10 recognizes the touchpad of precision like under settings of the mouse and Trackpad, what it does not say that I have a touchpad of precision and so does me no options to change what are the gestures, as it should.

I have the Synaptics TouchPad of SMBus 19.2.11.38 driver (21/07/2016).

Would really appreciate your help as I was really looking forward to the new gesture switch virtual desktops.

    Thank you.

Just got an update via windows update Synaptics update to version 19.3.11.37 - it finally allowed me to have the film 4 finger to switch virtual desktops!
