I bought this laptop last month.  Wireless driver for this laptop is Realtek RTL8188EE and then I installed the bluetooth driver Qualcomm Atheros QCA9000 series Bluetooth 4.0 + HS Driver for Microsoft Windows .  I have not found driver bluetooth in Device Manager as well as in programs.  What is the reason for this? • T61 and Nokia Pc Suite, bluetooth not found

My T61 has bluetooth installed correctly, but Nokia PC Suite can not found this bluetooth device. I reinstalled the drivers Pc Suite and bt, and I also tried with bt-windows drivers. PC suite gives an error message: "cannot find the type of connection" (translation). And now it gives the same message when I try to connect my phone with the USB cable. I found a few solutions to other thinkpads, but they did not help. Does anyone have this problem with T61?

Can help to install the latest version of Nokia PC Suite. I use the latest version and no problems so far.

  • Bluetooth not found

    Hello

    HP envy m6 1125dx, win8 64bits

I have the pc mentioned above for about a year now and always worked well.

I recently bought a parrot Zik bluetooth headset.

I had never used/looked for bluetooth on the pc before today.

I paired the headset with my phone, no problem at all.

Then, I tried to pair the headset with the pc.

The bluetooth icon is not found... and I don't remember ever having seen...

I go to the control panel > Device Manager > network adapters and I see that there are no installed Bluetooth adapter...

Then I open the service.msn file and I see that the 'Bluetooth Support Service' is running...

How can it work with no driver installed?

    So far I have tried:

    1. a hard reset of the pc (power off, unplug everything, pull battery, press the power button for 20 sec, battery in, pc Tower) did not work, still missing a bluetooth icon and in pc settings > wireless the option to enable or disable the bluetooth is not there.

    2 tried to install the following drivers, sp60480.exe, sp58944.exe, sp59207.exe, sp59021.exe and also www.Thomson-Broadband.com SetupBtwDownloadSE.exe

Once again, no luck. None of the drivers even installed...

Any ideas on what could be wrong?

Should I just get an external usb Bluetooth adapter... ??? If so, any suggestions on which one?

This is a * beep * expensive pair of headphones and I hate not being able to use...

Don't think it's important, but I bought the pc in the United States but I live in Italy.

    Thank you very much

    Hello:

According to the specifications of the product on the link below, your specific model does not come with BT that's why nothing works for you.

If your model comes with BT, then he would have been listed next to the section of wireless connectivity.

    http://support.HP.com/us-en/document/c03489413

You could either buy an external USB BT adapter or look in your owner's manual for a card combo WLAN/BT to buy support.

If you decide to do the latter, you can buy only one of the maps in the manual and it must have the HP part # on it or it won't work.

The end result is so that the o/s says the Bluetooth adapter works, there is no analysis or detection of other Bluetooth devices and a few things greyed out in the settings of my General Bluetooth as 'my computer name' and 'device more will see. "

This is the same as the previous post about this problem

So what is the answer? return under warranty to HP Store?

  • Peripheral Bluetooth not found - Compaq NC6320

For some reason, my Bluetooth device is not found on my NC6320.

I haven't used for awhile, but have made many windows updates for XP Pro SP3 etc and when I got to the buetlooth allows you to transfer data to and from my phone, it isn't here.

I uninstalled the software and re-installed the original package of my CD Widcomm also tried sp36868 and sp45080 with no joy. So assume that the device does not. Device Manager shows no problems. The Bluetooth Bus Enumerator driver is provided by Broadcom version: 5.5.0.7100.

Is there anyway to test the device being good and where is it located.

Or anyone know of software to find.

  • Driver for HP pavilion 15-N09wm Bluetooth not found

I recently bought a HP pavilion 15-N09wm, but no bluetooth driver has been installed. I installed driver Ralink and qualcomm-atheros bluetooth, but non of them worked. Product number is E8A72UAR #ABA. Please, someone should help out me, cause am really become frustrated to have bought this model of HP PC. Thank you because I'm waiting for your favourable response.

The qualcomm-atheros AR9485 802.11b/g/n Wifi adapter is not a card without wireless/bluetooth combination.

If you need to have bluetooth, you can:

    1. buy an external Bluetooth USB adapter.

    2. replace the Atheros wireless card in your laptop with an appearing in the maintenance manual is a card without wireless/bluetooth combination.  See Chapter 5 beginning on page 49.  The supported cards are listed at the top of the page.

    http://h10032.www1.HP.com/CTG/manual/c04439615.PDF

There are also several people who have installed maps are not not in the service manual that also seem to work on new models of HP.

You might want to consider getting a card dual band (2.4/5.0 GHz) with bluetooth, for example a Broadcom BCM943228HMB 802.11abgn 2 x 2 Wi - Fi + BT Combo Adapter 4.0

Because your laptop's hardware AMD, I wouldn't get an Intel wireless card.

Note 2: the labtop is new.

    note 3: I use windows 8 Pro.

    Yes, there is.

I would have thought this earlier...

Here are the two Ralink cards that HP installs in your model series.  See Chapter 3 of the the service manual for the list of cards supported wireless.

    RT3290LE of Ralink 802.11 b/g/n 1 x 1 WiFi and Bluetooth 4.0 Combo Adapter HP part # 690020-001

    RALink RT5390R 802.11 b/g/n 1 × 1 WiFi (some models only) HP Part # 691415-001

You have the 5390R as your previous screen indicated, if your model has certainly not bluetooth.

You can order no doubt supplied with bluetooth to HP for the country that you live on the link below and Exchange on the other card.  Change your country at the top right of the page.

Here is the link to the service manual for your laptop.

Procedures for removal and replacement card WLAN are in Chapter 4.

    Spoiler (Highlight to read)

Don't know - there is not a single "standard" price

Also, if your PC can boot from USB, HP sometimes has the possibility to order a USB instead of DVD.

And if HP stocks are no longer the media, other locations could - and they have different charges.

    I have heard ranges from $ 10 to $ 40.

I use blue Cambridge Silicon Radio, but the device bluetooth device no drivers found it please help me?

I have a new Toshiba Tecra z40 and try to install my bluetooth devices on this machine running Windows 7.

My bluetooth devices are Sony SRS X 3 and Plantronics PLT - M50 - it used to work on my older Dell, who is also running Windows 7, but not run in an error 'Device Bluetooth - no driver found' in the installation of the driver software screen.

Sony and Plantronics did not require the installation of device drivers previously and their sites Web says no s/w needed to be install.

  • SOLVED! -Bluetooth not found after Windows 7 upgrade process - U350 only or other institutions?

Man, I am hoping somone will be able to point me in the right direction...

Anyway, has received Windows 7 Upgrade disks in the mail and decided to install them today because I had little time. Chose to 'upgrade' to the previous version of Vista (don't hate me for not doing a custom installation, 'clean'), and everything seemed fine, until I realized that my Bluetooth is not working (or even found in Device Manager).

Run the separate drive Lenovo sent with the Win7 upgrade disk and made me worry more because the installation of driver told me that he could not find a Bluetooth device (which confirmed the same as Device Manager). Tried to download the drivers manually on the internet without success.

Someone at - it ideas? The only possible 'factor' would be that I usually leave the Bluetooth in Vista, and when I ran the upgrade, Bluetooth was off I would have thought that Win7 would have seen the device anyway (regardless of the situation).

    Thanks to all in advance!

Really should try to do a Forum search next time (instead of just google)...

The answer to this was the Fn + F5 to ACTIVATE the Bluetooth module FIRST, before the system would see the in-camera. Once you actually turn, drivers can be installed according to normal... Thank GOD!

CONGRATULATIONS to all the pioneers who have actually found this in the first place. Hope this was able to help some lost soul who has the same problem a few hours (and installs / uninstalls useless).
