  I would like to split the screen in two "columns", left and right, eah containing among others a listfield, each.

  I tried to play with the horizontal and vertical field managers, but it seems that the list is determind to use the full width.  I also noticed that "getPreferredWidth" is not called.

• macOS Sierra problems with screen sharing

  After update to Sierra in two of my Macs, I can´t use the screen sharing. I used to use my second computer using screen sharing, but now, whenever I connect I see the split screen but active areas for use on as sleep, restart and turn off keep its original position. This means that if I like the closing down of the remote computer, I need to press just left... really strange sleep.

  I'm trying to connect to remote VNC Android and the appearance of the screen split also and with the same problem.

  Anyone has the same problem or an idea how to fix?

  Solved!
  Omission of base: after the descent of the Sierra update on both computers, forgot I manually start the.app after the update to the same date (a few minutes before). This cause the problem.
  I launch the.app server run OK and no problem with screen sharing.
  Maybe not to repeat this mistake, but just in case it's useful, I leave my explanation.

• Function keys not working only not with screen sharing

  Sierra running on all machines. Until the update, I would use on iMac 2014 screen sharing to access a Mac Mini 2011. Everything worked very well. However, after update, function keys no longer work through screen sharing. I confirmed the screen sharing is the problem, as functions correctly with Mini bluetooth keyboard, and also logging since MacBook Air gives the same problem from the iMac. It wasn't a problem during execution of El Capitan or even when I used Sierra Beta on iMac.

  Anyone has any suggestions or has met this themselves?

  Have you tried using fn function keys?

  I use Apple Remote Desktop (see 3.8) to a MacBook Pro 15 of the retina to access an iMAC 27 5 k. I get the following error message

  "Connection failed for 'iMac_5K'.

  The software on the remote computer seems to be incompatible with this version of screen sharing.

  MacBook pro screen resolution is 1920 x 1200

  the iMac 5K resolution is 3200 x 1800

• HP PAVILION DM4-1160US screen is compatible with a HP PAVILION DM4-1164NR?

  I own a HP PAVILION DM4-1164NR and the screen is broken.  I'm looking to replace as well as the best deals/more easily available screens I can find are for a HP PAVILION DM4-1160US screen.  This form is not compatible with my laptop? They both seem to have the same characteristics and everythign online, but I have read that when the screen is connected is where a problem may occur with different types of screens.

  The replacement screens I have seen available to the dm4 uses a 40 led connector pin. the only thing you need to do of course new screen has the same size, resolution and backlight type as your old.

  The screens are not expensive if you shop wisely for a new one with a warranty and the best price.  This online seller is $55-60, 00 USD.

  Its really great that CAA had made it easy for sharing things.

  I found a few examples through which I might be able use all the pods(chat,webcam,filesharing,audio,video) but no where I found the screen sharing pod. Even if I tried to code by using the classes available in afcs.swc unfortunately I found that screensharesubscriber there is no screensharepublisher class.

  Unfortunately, the screen sharing is not currently available in the low-COST airlines, but we are working on that.  I know that people have heard from us before and it took us a long time to get to this function - but we are making progress.

  After upgrading my iPhone 6 with smart box Apple iOS 10, I tried the new feature recognition of person of photo enforcement.

  He asked me to connect the phone to the power outlet and lock the screen. I connected my case smart battery with the iPhone in to the charger and waited at least 10 minutes. IPhone person kept asking me to connect to the socket and lock screen battery icon showing that the phone is charging and the case of the battery to 100%.

  As I withdrew my iPhone from the record, plugged directly into the outlet and locked to the screen, picture began to go in my photos.

  Anyone else with the same problem?

  I'm trying to understand the best way to share my screen with a number of customers all over the world.

  I recently saw that iMessage, now called Messages, can make screen sharing.

  So I try to know if everyone can use Messages in order to screen sharing.

  It seems that Apple throws their weight behind the app and require their products to broadcast Messages.

  Apple offers for sharing screens are very limited and Mac OS or iOS specific.  Instead, you simply use a service like WebEx or GoToMeeting which aims to do exactly what you are wanting to do.

• How to force the screen sharing to use Ethernet 2 port?

  I have 3 MacPros connected in my studio. MP1 is the master and I use screen apart to see MP2 and MP3. Now, I bought a very quick switch to connect these 3 between them via the Ethernet Port 2 MP1 and at the same time have the MP1 connected to the internet and printers, servers and so on with 1 Port Ethernet. But this is not possible, because the screen sharing will prefer to use the port where the internet/router is connected.

  When ONLY Ethernet Port 2 is active, screen sharing using this port and it works perfectly, but when turn on again once, 1 Port Ethernet 2 remote Mac loses connection.

  Is there a way to force the screen sharing to use Port Ethernet 2?

• El Capitan screen sharing does not connect to less than the firewall disabled

  I reinstalled my Mini to El Capitan server and I can not connect via screen sharing. Screen sharing is enabled and the application firewall indicates incoming connections to it are allowed. But the customer never connect unless I turn off the firewall. Sniffing the network says that port 5900 is the problem, but I see no way to specify ports in the application firewall. I do not use the Adaptive firewall, and I don't see anything in the config of pf which would block 5900. This machine is on the public network, I can't throw without a firewall, but I can not understand how to sort goes with her.
