  I use the g6-2006tx Notebook PC Pavilion. I had updated my OS to Windows 7 to 10 times back.

  Due to some problems, I did a reset on Windows. The problem is that I lost a lot of pilots because of it. I have many recover by using Windows Update.

  But I got no driver for Bluetooth. I looked in the official website of HP, but I am unable to find the driver for windows 10, but the only thing I found is to use windows update. I tried check the update, but it doesn't show me no more updates. I'm a little hesitant to use 3rd-party drivers.

  Could someone please help me find driver bluetooth.

  I am able to see Bluetooth devices in the Device Manager when I switch on the Bluetooth, but not under network adapters.

  I understand that you have lost the Bluetooth driver once the system has been improved for Windows 10. I want to help.

  There are 2 things you can try, since there is no official release of the Bluetooth driver for windows 10 of your model.

  First, run the wizard help HP

  Second, you can click the action button on the top of the Device Manager window and select search for hardware changes to let windows find a Bluetooth driver for you.

• Pavilion DV7-4069WM missing on the PartSurfer for parts search

  I'm looking into purchasing to a Pavilion DV7-4069WM, and I was looking at the type of RAM it uses. I used to work for HP, so I am very familiar with HP PartSurfer (via http://partsurfer.hp.com ). I have however questions locate this laptop out there to find the related parts. I tried to get two using search and hierarchy, and I found the part number for the machine using the hierarchy but no result when you click it.

  I also tried the parts through http://h20141.www2.hp.com/hpparts/ store, where once more no results don't come to try to search for the product (tried by product name and product number).

  Does anyone know if there is another way to find which parts are used for the machine in question? Thanks in advance.

  There are two ways.

  The easiest way is to do a search of RAM upgrade.

  I've passed my f - 114 dx, the Intel Core i7-4510u pavilion, the cpu @ 2.00 GHz 2.60 GHz. 6.00gbRam, OS 64 - bit win8 to win7Pro.  Trying to find the drivers section to access the internet, but couldn't find the page?

  In addition, when looking for drivers, there a number of sites offer to tell you what you need, if you download their app. I'm not comfortable with this, as they say often undesirable in your computer. Does anyone know of a reliable site for this?

  The easiest way is to download Microsoft Windows 7 USB\DVD download toolstore. Once you have done this, you will need to download an iso image of the operating system that was originally installed in your sleekbook from there.

  Use the Windows 7 USB\DVD download tool to create a windows usb Installer.

  Connect Windows usb Setup, turn on the sleekbook and immediately press the ESC key. In the start menu, choose boot options, and select Setup from usb as a boot option.

  Select repair your computer.

  

  

  Choose the Startup Repair tool

  

  

  

  After clicking on finish, your laptop will reboot and you should be able to start Windows normally again.

  I highly recommend not to turn on your computer until the fan is replaced.

  Is your PC still under warranty?

  You may not use the original part.

  All you need is to have a CPU for a socket 775 CPU fan (LGA775). I recommend that you choose 90-92mm fan size due to the limitations of the original business space.

  You will also need thermal interface (I recommend Arctic Silver 5 or OCZ Freeze Thermal Interface material)

  I reinstalled a fresh copy of Windows 7 Premium Edition on a HP Pavilion DV6 laptop after changing the hard drive failed. My first attempt at the time. After installing all the drivers I could find on the site of HP, I was up and running, but done Windows Update always looking. I tried all the advice, suggestions and driver downloads, I read it, but nothing works. Windows Update Standalone Installer cycles constantly as well. Almost everything I download to fix this problems requires stand-alone Windows Installer for installation. Coincidentally, Windows Defender does not update either.  Can someone help this newbie?   You probably have two very different questions here - HP upgrades and Windows updates.

  On the first, if you are past this PC to an earlier version of Windows, he probably still has the old version of HP Support Assistant on her.  That being the case, you must use this link to download and install the latest version: HP Support Assistant. HP® Official Site

  Thank you for following up with me.  I finally found the solution to my problem.  I was under the impression that when I got 'Windows 10' that I was also getting the Microsoft software in the package.  It turns out that I have to buy the software from Microsoft.  This is why my "Device" mentioned that Windows information has been activated but I couldn't find the "product key number.

  Times have changed my friend.  It can be when you bought a PC, you have the CD/DVD - more the included desktop software.  I learned a very valuable lesson & maybe now you can tell other clients that they need to buy software, because it is not included.
