Payment done and confirmed more than months ago - still no access to purchased apps. Adobe are unresponsive.

My payment for my order (AD003441536PL) for photographers (Photoshop and Lightroom) Plan - was made and only confirmed in the e-mail from Adobe 8 days ago. So far, I have no access to my subscription. Adobe don't answer on the cat. No e-mail contact is available. I'm frustrated. What can I do? Thanks in advance for any response that may help. Jakub
