You get a bsod?
Please check the event log to see if there are errors, helping to explain what is happening. Also check the c:\windows\minidump folder. Are there files .dmp created here with the dates that it closed? If so please download them on your skydrive so watch us closer.

Offered separately and after other Windows malicious software removal tool updates this month?
As the header says, I was surprised to see THAT MRT for July 2013 offered after that I had installed all updates of updated patch Tuesday and I wouldn't have noticed if I didn't re-run WU. Of course those who probably have to download and install automatically WU would not notice this. I prefer to make my own.
I noticed the same thing in Windows 7 and 8.
Is it a new way of doing things?

I lost some of the folders in the library. They exist in the Explorer solutions, but somehow got removed from the library. I can bring them back in but I'm afraid it will happen again in LR. Please help me understand what happened and how can I prevent the recurrence. I use Win7.
A few possibilities:
1 > you click with the right button on the files and chose to remove them from Lightroom.
2 > you have created a new catalog, and records that are not part of another catalog.
Each of these scenarios seem like they could be a possibility?

Yes that's correct. If the project has been drafted by a story only (free) account holder and then shared with you, you will not be able to access the functions of production. You need create the project to access these features. Unlike those with which share you your project must have Story more to access these features of production.
