• A satellite - PC diagnostic tool does not work

  I bought my Toshiba laptop in May 2009. It came bundled with Vista 32 bit. I tried several times to open diagnostic PC (a utility in the value Pack) but has never been able to do so despite a number of attempts to newly installed the VAP. A week ago, I upgraded to Windows 7 64 bit and downloaded the VAP for Windows 7 64 bit on the Toshiba site. I was like, goody, goody, now I can finally see what this thing. Tried to install and reinstall the VAP but PC diagnosis utility does not run. Or it runs invisibly in the background and I know of another soemthing.

  This is the kind of a rhetorical question that my system works well, but it aroused my curiosity to some extent - you know what can happen. It's like bugging me at this point!

  Has anyone out there actually to run PC diagnose? Is it me?

  Can you please tell us what laptop you have exactly?

  I have Satellite A300 and I can start PC diagnosis correctly but I have never used before. Why do you need it? Alternative, you can use another tool such as Everest or PC Wizard 2009. Check it!

  Please try to start PC diagnosis with the factory settings. I mean the pre-installed Windows version where all the drivers and tools are installed. Normally it should work.

  Are you using Vista or Win XP OS?

  I checked the page European driver of Toshiba and the PC Diagnostic tool has been published only for Win XP.

  I think that might have something to do with your Windows operating system installed.
  All first as you should check if the PC Diagnostic tool is compatible with your operating system and secondly, you must update the OS before install you this tool.

  I read answers to similar questions about the failure of the cutting tool.  I use the tool cutting regularly and I think it's a fantastic tool in Windows. I have Vista Ultimate and all my windows updates have managed: none were not installed correctly, and I did not install new programs or hardware.  It seems that Microsoft knows the snipping tool does not - why can't they simply provide an update patch to correct the problem, rather than make us do all the work.  I don't have to go through hoops of restorations etc to get something it seems work was broken by updates.  I'm about to go to a Mac.

  This should be the final resolution to my problem of Snipping Tool/print screen:

  1. I downloaded and ran the Malwarebytes program as recommended.  And BTW, I don't see this recommendation here.  I'm fairly new participant in Forums, so maybe there's a reason that I see here this recommendation I don't know.  The Malwarebytes has really done his job and even if I run MS Essentials program found Malwarebytes 25 hits of Mal-ware on this PC.  Once I have it fixes these problems, the symptoms of my problem of Snipping Tools became less consistent.

  2 but the final resolution is that it turns out that there is that one Internet site where the tool captures will not work and it is my Bank.  I know that my Bank suggested I run a program called safety report.  It's my theory that is my bank site or report has something programmed into it that prevents screen either with the tool to capture and print screen captures.  If I go into my bank site with Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox, the Snipping Tool will not work.  However, the Snipping Tool works everywhere else.  It's all the other websites and in other programs.

  The Snipping Tool does not work on my banking site (probably because of the REPORT) and maybe it will not work on other sites closely to secure *.

  I had the same problem: you need to select your project in the Project Explorer, and then right-click, select Blackberry--> sign with signature tool...

  Looks like you may have a virus or other malware. Get your updated antivirus program and boot into Safe Mode. Note that some viruses can hide from your normal antivirus program, so you really need to scan in Safe Mode.   If that suits him fine. If this is not the case, use system restore to go back to an earlier date at the beginning of the problem. To run system restore, click Start-> programs-> Accessories-> System Tools-> system restore. Click on the box that says show more restore points.

  The align tool does not see the items generated, because they are not real paths. There is nothing wrong or unusual here. Form operatirs wirk on rendering / pixelation level, they may not generate paths. You must align things manually.
