PC has amplified by itself

I have a vista pc which was amplified by itself and I can't seem to return to normal, can anyone help, thanks

You use strange terminology to describe your Vista problem.
There's a feature missing in Vista:

http://www.Vistax64.com/tutorials/125037-Magnifier-turn-off.html

http://wiki.answers.com/Q/How_do_you_turn_off_magnifier_in_windows_vista

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
If the above is not what you do refers to:
Restore point:
http://www.howtogeek.com/HOWTO/Windows-Vista/using-Windows-Vista-system-restore/
Do Safe Mode system restore, if it is impossible to do in Normal Mode.
Try typing F8 at startup and in the list of Boot selections, select Mode safe using ARROW top to go there > and then press ENTER.
Try a restore of the system once, to choose a Restore Point prior to your problem...
Click Start > programs > Accessories > system tools > system restore > choose another time > next > etc.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

If the above does not fix it:

Go to the website of the manufacturer of your computer/laptop > drivers and downloads Section > key in your model number > look for the latest Vista drivers > download/install them.

http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-AU/Windows-Vista/change-screen-resolution

Change the screen resolution

Screen resolution refers to the clarity of the text and images on your screen. At higher resolutions, items appear sharper. They appear also smaller, so more items adapted to the screen. At lower resolutions, fewer items adapted to the screen, but they are larger and easier to see. At very low resolutions, however, images may have serrated edges.

See you soon.

  • Mid-2014 MBPr has been restarted itself lately

    My MBP Mid-2014 with Retina display was strange behavior in recent days.  Sometimes the backlight on the keypad turns off.  What is more worrying, it's suddenly the screen turns off, then after a few (or more) seconds, I get a screen indicating that the computer crashed and the dialogue/window box that I restarted my computer due to a problem.  This has happened several times in the last days.  The case feels sometimes hot to the touch.

    Is this a problem of development?  This is a critical system and it must be as reliable as possible.

    Thank you for any assistance.

    You may need a retail store for a diagnosis of hardware... Sounds like the GPU card is broken... its also possible that it is a software problem... You can try to isolate third-party interference by booting in safe mode (try safe mode if your Mac does not commissioning - Apple support) and see if the same thing happens, how often this happens... the symptoms, I personally think that it is the graphics card...

  • I can't watch videos from Netflix, YouTube. Firefox updated itself and I had problems of hue. Flash is updated to 16.0 but it turns off. I use a windows 8

    Flash 11.9 needed to be updated so I did and now have 16.0 but the 11.9 is still in my Add ons and continues to turn on say it needs an update and has been blocked. The 16.0 turns off even if I am constantly turning on and off the 11.9. I have no option to delete each plugin despite all the 'help' in the guides online. I get a blank screen on Netflix, its success and miss out on Youtube (depending on if 16.0 has not extinguished itself again) and I can't watch half videos posted on Facebook. It's extremely frustrating and yes I have uninstalled and reinstalled sliver with no change in the situation.

    If you use extensions (Firefox/tools > Modules > Extensions) which can block content (e.g., Adblock Plus, NoScript, Flash Block, Ghostery) then make sure that these extensions are not blocking content.

  • Vertical spacing of search results display page has expanded without any manual changes having been filed; None of these changes took place in Google Chrome or IE8.

    The result of the problem is that I can't see as much of a page of search results as previously. The change came as a result of an upgrade of Firefox version.

    Sorry for the delay in responding. I had one of these manifestations of the dreaded "blue screen" this morning and have been engaged in rescue operations since then. These included a couple of successful procedures, a Malwarebytes scan troubleshooting Windows and a race of CCleaner. I noticed that the condition that I pointed out in the view of Firefox search results page has subsequently rectified itself as easily and inexplicably as it to materialize yesterday!

    I'll watch points, of course, in the next days and weeks, but everything now seems to be back to norma for the moment. A big thank you to all who have tried to help with this.

  • Error "display driver stopped responding and has recovered" seems to have led to big problems...

    Last night, I was watching a video on my computer and it froze for a minute, and I got the error "display drivers is not responding and have now recovered." I was a little confused, but this allowed me to continue to play the video. I played it again, and 5 minutes later, I had the same thing. He continued, the case most often. Thereafter, whenever I went to play the video, he froze.

    It seems to get worse and worse - the computer has finally restarted itself and made a sort of "Scan disk", which took about 10 minutes. I was hoping this would be the cure but after it loaded up, it happened to go to a blue screen and stop again. This happens everytime I turn on the machine now, a blue screen and it will restart.

    I noticed that whenever I rebooted the computer, the image quality is degraded (i.e. the random colored lines on the screen). It was late, I therefore stop the machine and went to bed. I just started the computer this morning and opened in Mode without failure. This time he opened, however the picture quality was terrible - worse than ever. Multicolored lines all over the screen - I could hardly read the text on the screen, so I shut it down again.
    I now type on PC to my parents because my is pretty useless.
    Anyone has any idea what it could be? Or what I could do to fix it? This was happening to anyone else? This problem is related to the initial error message "display driver"?
    Thanks in advance for your answers,
    Jay.

    Of what you said is probably a problem with your graphics card. It could be the problem hardware or software problem. If it's software problem then it could solve more easily. You could start here:

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows-Vista/troubleshoot-monitor-and-video-card-problems

    But if it is the hardware problem, then you should contact the manufacturer of your computer or you need to replace the graphics card.

    (3) I use a lot of web storage services (google drive, skydrive) and maybe they're trying to connect when I shut down the computer?

    (4) when it is closed and I unplug the charger, the charge indicator light on the outside remains lit out for some reason any. Don't know if that is related but it shouldn't behave like that my understanding of the computer.

    Now, seriously, WHAT GIVES? I'm getting sick of watching videos on YT, then have suddenly cut them to a blank screen. And this journal is maybe 5 minutes at most after the uninstallation of most recent. In addition, this seems to happen ONLY to IE, I literally JUST started FireFox after this announcement, and it works fine there. So seriously, what the hell?

    Search for this file: C:\Users\Chris Cooper\AppData\Local\Temp\install_flash_player_ax_64bit.exe

    If you find it, delete it.

    What files are C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash folder when the problem occurs?

    Have you tried a fresh install? How to do a clean install of the Flash Player?

  • Computer laptop screen vs TV flat screen

    Hello

    I would like to ask a simple question which does not seem to respond directly, and I would like to avoid going to a lot of trouble before this experience, in and of itself.

    The screen of my laptop is about 15 "and I have a 32 '' alternative screen flat tv 720dpi with a bunch of candles fantasies on the back so connect any computer which would make him easily.

    In this particular case, the laptop has a taken a standard vga to an external monitor and the tv also has a vga plug too.

    The problem I want to solve is to get a resolution more / more Visual data on a larger screen?

    For example, if I read a novel by pdf on my laptop I see 3/4 of a page at a time due to my current resolution.

    But if I connect a panel of 32 "to the laptop, I saw the whole page or even 2 or 3 pages on the screen?

    I guess my laptop graphics subsystem would only reproduce the exact screen I get on the laptop on the tv, just be amplified, in itself.

    Can anyone confirm what I suspect?

    In addition, if my suspicions are confirmed there there a method to show more resolution on the TV via the laptop?

    I remember some old gadget that was a video display with a USB adapter, but are unsure if it is a profitable investment and if the product is still made.

    In all cases, any thoughts would be appreciated.

    Thank you.

    The TV has less pixels (points), so it may not display as much information.  That's why computer monitors cost more than the TV, they have a lot more pixels.

  • How ad used regularly can be disabled without my permission or knowledge?

    I use regularly clean printing to save paper and ink. Now, Mozilla has taken upon itself to say that I can't use it? Did I say in this case or this big brother takes over my life?

    Hi bmmills, where Firefox say you can no longer use CleanPrint?

    Moreover, I assume you mean this:

    I clicked on the link in the left column under CleanPrint get for your browser, and then on the next page I could drag a "bookmark" in the bookmarks Menu or Bookmarks Toolbar button.

    Some sites use a content security strategy that may prevent the injection of scripts added. If you only have problems on some sites, a volunteer might check if that's the problem.

  • Sync does not work

    For about 2 months now, I continue to have a yellow bar at the bottom of my browser saying that sync cannot connect, or something, and I need to check my preferences. It comes across several operating systems and browsers. This used to work perfectly, but now whenever I start a Firefox browser I get this yellow bar at the bottom of the window.

    I changed the passwords and user names. This did not help. My browsers are all up to date. I don't have Flash player and DownThemAll as addons. I reinstalled those as well.

    I have also looked for messages for users with similar problems, and then the last message of synchronization problem is starting in 2014.

    Hello and thanks for the replies.

    My network is not the problem because as I've said before that happens on different machines with different OS in different places and on different networks.

    I work in it and especially at home, my internet is very important to me and so unless there is a break in the cable somewhere, he's still in tip top condition.

    That said, two days after that I posted my error logs, this problem has magically solved itself. I did nothing or nothing changed.

    So ja.

  • Firefox crashes, exception_stack_overflow?

    Problems with either

    A. other programs unfocusing for firefox

    B. Firefox unfocusing, even if it is the only program open.

    It always crashes after one of them. I send a crash report, is there a way I can help speed along?

    Well, I had a stroke of genius and identified the issue myself.

    It was an extension tapped (or broken), designed to force youtube to use flash rather than the HTML5 player player, as the reader HTML5 has been bugged itself at the time.

    The neutralization of him did the trick.
