I can't get my serial number was accepted in an attempt to install
My 10 items stop working so I bought the 12 elements ($150,00). Trying to install it, it does not accept the serial number provided (also called Redemption Code). To say the least, I'm pretty ticked off with Adobe... I've only used the Adobe Elements 10 package per year and all of a sudden it is useless. I called your service Dept., has got a 'foreign language' person who told me that he could "fix it" for $150.00. What's next... don't you now wants to 'buy' me another serial number?

I'm unable to access my LR5.7 of my recent holiday catalog. I am running Windows 7 (64-bit) and recently installed and then uninstalled DxO Optics Pro. The error message says it "cannot open another application already has its opening.» Leave the other copy of Lightroom before trying to launch' the problem is, that I can see a copy of the open LR5 and cannot locate the "." lrcat.lock"the specific catalog I want to open the file. I tried to re-boot my computer, but it did not work.
Thanks Geoff. I was finally able to locate the "." lrcat.lock' of the relevant folder to the catalog I want to open. Once I deleted it, LR5 was able to access my images. Problem solved. Thank you

I found this message in the registry and deleted but it keeps reappearing.

The BootExecute key should contain autocheck autochk *. This measure of Chkdsk to run at startup.
You have all Tune Up or optimization programs installed? It is possible, it is distributed with a different brand.

Is it possible to run Windows 7 * 32-bit and Windows 7 * 64-bit on the same computer?
I have Windows 7 * 32 bit running in my computer. But a lot of games that is built on 64-bit do not work in my system. I tried to install Windows 7 * 64 Bit on another partition of my computer. But before the start of the system using the Windows 7 installation DVD, I get an error with the oxc00000e9 status. The info says: unexpected i/o error has occurred.
My question is whether it can run Windows 7 * 32-bit and Windows 7 * 64-bit on the same computer. If so, how to install the Windows 7 * 64-Bit? Thank you.
Yes, you can, but you will need to have a permit for it if you plan to have both on the same computer.
the key that can be used with 32-bit or 64-bit Windows 7 is designed to drive 1. You cannot use install both. 1 license, 1 installation, so choose wisely. If you want to install Windows 7 32 or 64 bit on another partition or another computer, you must purchase an additional license.

I am running windows 7 64 bit and just recently I cannot see my photos in media center. Show folders that contain pictures, but they are empty. Also, I went to the folders in my computer and tried to open some of my pictures with media center, and they will not open. It really seems to me as if you had a temporary problem which has now disappeared and that you probably do not need to do anything.
However, please click Start, and then click Printers and faxes and report what, if anything, you see in the window that opens.

I've been tryig to install CS3 with a serial number from my old computer to my new computer windows 7. I have installed and reinstalled and rebooted the computer, takes off firewall and everything I know to do. I was chatting to Adobe several times during the day and nobody seems to be able to help me refocus on my computer. This is the message I get when I put in place: you can only install a single Adobe product at a time. Please fill out the other installation before installing Adobe CS 3. I had a computer specialist to analyze it and try to help me, even the screen sharing and could not understand it. He told me to call Adobe and as you know there is no one to help you live that can be very frustrating when you've spent the day and exhausted all options. I know it worked on my computer and the fact yet but I use is more than one. Can you or someone from Adobe please fix this.
