  I recently bought a series of opportunity Photoshop upgrades and full versions. which end in Photoshop CS5. I am in contact with the previous owner, who works with me to transfer the ownership of its last program ending with CS5 update.

  A transfer of license includes all the previous serial numbers and versions. It began with the CS3 version and upgraded to CS4 and CS5, will they all to you as part of the transfer.

  The problem is if the previous owner used CS5 upgrade to CS6, this number has already been used for this purpose. Which means that you can not go to the CS6.

  I tried to get something squared away for the last couple days now with no luck.

  I bought a Dell Precision m6800 off ebay from a dealer E-Cycle Green LLC.  The gentleman I bought said that his company purchased in bulk at Dell Financial Services end August.

  Currently, the motherboard has a problem and needs to be replaced.  Dell technical support has confirmed this and took my order ebay invoice to confirm that I actually purchased the laptop.  I bought the laptop earlier this month and neither I nor the ebay seller not who is the former owner.

  I spent hours on the phone with Dell transferred from Department to Department with no chance whatsoever.  The only thing I know is that the laptop is still under warranty until 2017.

  I presented the forms online, only to be refused because I don't know the previous company owned laptop computer while he was renting.

  If anyone can help I'd be very happy.

  1. it is per person and not by the device; After that someone is selling an iPad specific, unless they there buy it back later, it is no longer sell them. The buyer is free to sell again.

  I followed a previous thread.   Followed by a link to the transfer of ownership, and he told me that:

  I bought a machine from a friend of mine.   The first owner was a seller on eBay.

  The machine still has 2 months of warranty left on it, but the supply of bloody motherboard or pwer disappeared.
  When I turn on the machine, all I get is the lights 1 and 3 flashes 4 times.   I have the service the next day if they will just honor the warranty, and they won't, not until I transfer this machine for me.

  This kind of [Admin NOTE: expletives deleted according to the terms of USE] makes me NEVER want to own a Dell machine ever.

  I went to the last page to transfer ownership, and I put no Information for surname, name and zip code.   I don't want to keep waiting for 10-15 days to tell me no, we won't do it.
  If that happens, I'll start their daily hard until I do something.

  I understand your concern. Unfortunately, without the previous owner information, property transfer is not possible. It is possible that the seller could have sold you the system after its purchase by the United States.
