Device drivers for pavilion dv7-1260us base system
Hello. I had a friend put the operating system windows 7 Home premium 64 bit on my computer hp laptop dv7-1260us. He had originally windows vista. Now, Miss me 3 basic systen drivers. under 'other devices '. All say bus PCI 8 under properties. I don't know if I had a 64 or 32 bit operating system prior to this change. I had Windows Vista originally and, as mentioned, now I have Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit. Any suggestions? Thank you!!
Please use the Windows 7 drivers for your computer Entertainment Notebook PC, HP Pavilion dv7-1260us drivers page. For you current issue, you must install the JMB38X card reader driver from the drivers page.

My operating system has been reinstalled (Windows 7 ultimate, 64-bit) and I downloaded the drivers from HP Support - software downloads and the driver. I think everything worked more or less (the wifi has been constantly yellow keyboard until I downloaded the drivers and the laptop finally started to identify the ethernet cables). Note may not always detect the wifi, I use another laptop that is currently using the wifi, but flag does not detect anything. In my device manager there are symbols of yellow exclamation mark under Network Controller, USB controller and unknown device. Here is the hardware ID:

Please fix this as much, I searched but impossible to repair.
Thank you and best regards,

You are the very welcome, Naeem.
You need the driver for this device...
You should not need to uninstall all the drivers to install the card reader driver, but if you have not installed the chipset driver, you must download and install this one first and reboot the computer before installing the driver for PCI device (card reader).

I need a couple of device drivers for the following, as shown in... Device Manager if I had to guess, I suspect that errors apply to the two USB 2.0 slots because him do not work. If someone could point me in the general direction, I would be very grateful.
1 device Type: 61833 Device Class... Geographical area: PCI bus0, device16, function 0...
Driver date: 21/06/2006

The drivers for this device are not installed. (code 28)
PCI\VEN_1022 & DEV_7812 & SUBSYS_358B103C & REV_03
PCI\VEN_1022 & DEV_7812 & SUBSYS_358B103C
PCI\VEN_1022 & DEV_7812 & CC_0C0330

Hi guys,.
After doing a clean update on my HP elitebook 8570W I had a few unknown devices in my device manager.
The first is a device called "base system" in PCI Slot 2 (bus PCI 36, device 0, function 1). I tried everything in my ability to determine what is this device and what drivers to install, so far without success.
In the same section. other devices, there is another unknown device on PCI Express Root complex that gives me the same headache.
I hope you guys can help me understand this.
If you need further information, I will be happy to provide that.
Kind regards
Didier
Hello:
The base system device is certainly the JMicron card reader needs the driver, not the alcor one.
You need this driver...
If the driver above does not installing it automatically, try to install manually.
To manually install the driver, go to Device Manager, click the Base system device.
Click the driver tab. Click on set to update driver. Select her browse my computer for driver software option and find the folder of the driver that was created when you ran the file.
The file is located in C:\SWSetup\sp63637
Make sure that the include subfolders is selected and see the driver installs like that.

Tecra 9100: No sound and unknown device
I have the laptop above and have recently flattened and reinstalled Windows XP pro. I have no sound, I have a speaker in my sys tray, Device Manager detects the card Intel (r) 82801 CA/Cam AC'97 Audio Controller, after I installed the RealTek AC 97 drivers. I plugged in the headphones to make sure that this is not not the speakers who have blown. But still no sound. All volumes are turned upward and the volume on the front wheel is set in the middle. In sounds and audio in the Control Panel, all volumes are increasing and the speakers are set to portable stereo speakers.
Any ideas?
I have a unknown devices in Device Manager States location is a system compatible ACPI Microsoft from what I see on Google it's something to do with the battery. Once again any ideas?
Thank you
I know that your laptop. It s a Tecra 9100 and this laptop supports a Yamaha YMF753 - stereo 16-bit Sound Blaster Pro compatible sound card.
The problem is the XP SP1 or SP2. The audio driver of Yamaha does not support SP1.
Seems that you need to update the audio driver. Please check this thread:

Using PCI and GPIB-Enet drivers set
We need to use a PCI and Enet GPIB controller at the same time under Solaris 9.
Is this always the case that it not there no driver unified for the PCI GPIB card and the Ethernet GPIB for Solaris (Solaris 9) controller, as shown in your post on the forum of April 2004 (pfrogers and JoshuaP)?
If there is no unified driver, is it possible to install two drivers in different directories, and then compile a program that will access both devices having carefully he use different files for header C and libraries, according to what access controller? It seems to me, the answer will always be no, because your API GPIB function calls will have the same name between the two controllers, so there is no way to specify what (PCI or Enet version) function to call.
Thank you.
Hello
Thank you for your message. Yes, it's always the case that there is no unified driver for the PCI-GPIB card and controller ENET/GPIB for Solaris 9. You are also right in your assumption that you will not be able to compile a program that will allow you to access these two drivers in different directories. I apologize for the inconvinience this may cause you.
Have a great day!
Kind regards
