  To manually install the driver in Device Manager, click the controller E/D PCI needing drivers.

  Click the driver tab.  Click on set to update driver.  Select her browse my computer for driver software method and find the folder of the driver that was created when you ran the file.

  This file will be located in C:\SWSetup\sp66974.

  Make sure that the include Subolders and install the driver.  Then restart.

  I have problems to address Windows error 28 on this laptop for the above device.

  Device is identified with the yellow triangle with exclamation point

  I tried "Update driver" without success.

  I tried to uninstall the device and rebooting without success.

  I did several searches looking for a driver for this device but have had no success.

  The device itself will appear in the Windows Device Manager under the heading "other devices."  2 other items also appear in this group:

  000eSMS/MMS

  Peripheral Bluettoth device.
  These two are identified with question marks.

  Windows cannot update either of these 2 devices also.

  Windows 10 forums were unable to help with this.

  Any suggestion to fix this error would be appreciated.

  Yes, you are right, in which the TPM module has no value unless you use the Ultimate or Enterprise Version of W7.

  I'm surprised that the fix worked well.

  Long before MS released the hotfix, I found this basic driver I zipped to the top and attached it below.

  You can see if it works... instead of install, download and unzip the file in its folder.

  Don't do anything with the files in the folder.

  Go to Device Manager and click on the unknown device needing driver.

  Click the driver tab.  Click on set to update driver.  Select her browse my computer for driver software option and navigate to the driver folder, that you unzipped.

  Make sure that the include subfolders is selected and see if the pilot goes like this.

  Just rebuilt new HP 355 G2 for Win 7 64 bit.  The ONLY driver I can't locate or get to work is the encryption/decryption of PCI controller. I have installed all the latest drivers for this model/OS of both HP and AMD sites is still no luck. Utility of automatic detection of AMD and Catalyst installed software all other drivers except this one successfully and when ends says that all drivers, including the chipset are installed successfully and current.

  I am at a total loss where to find this driver from a site of OEM, can you help me?
