  Just in case, back up and restore the information contained in the profiles of Firefox, but before that, you can clear the cache for a specific site in the subject: permissions page.

  Select Yahoo mail on this page and forget about the site. This will remove cookies and active connections for mail. Please, restart Firefox and reconnection to Yahoo mail.

  It is on the coexistence of Indesign CS4 and CS5.

  In my business: I work with Indesign CS4, but a colleague test CS5 in real works to day to day, and every day I met CS5 files I have to correct, so I also installed CS5. Now, when I start it in the morning, and no program InDesign is open again, whenever I double-click an Indesign file, the system will open with CS5, no matter whether the file is CS4 or CS5. I find it quite annoying, of course. I want that each version of file to open immediately in its own version of the program. I think that what is happening to a lot of people, but I find the question in the forums and haven't found anything.

  Of course I use roundabouts as have my colleague write '_CS5' at the end of each file, put CS4 in my startup items (so that once the program is open, the question works on the other hand, and any file Indesign just opens in CS4 when double-clicked...).

  In addition, all Indesign files appear on the desktop in the form of files CS5

  I assume you mean Adobe Reader > Preferences > e-mail accounts.  I did already but get an error message: "Error communicating with the server" when I try to send a PDF by e-mail (file > Send file > Attach to Email), even if the parameters are exactly the same as in Outlook.  Don't know how to solve this problem, although simple workaround is just to save the file locally and then send it as an attachment from Outlook itself.

  But with regard to the specific question that I asked originally, I don't try to send a document as an attachment; I am trying to send an e-mail to a hyperlink address embedded in a pdf document open. It seems the setting that you referenced only affects how documents are sent as an attachment, not what client opens when you click on a link embedded in a pdf document e-mail.

  Anyway, I solved the problem of the latter: in OSX, please make sure that in the native Mail application that the default mail reader is the application that you want to use ALL the programs/applications (Mail > preferences > General > default email reader), including Adobe Reader.  Once I put this in Outlook, click an address for e-mail embedded in a document pdf opens Outlook with the address already in the field "to".

  I've never seen the address book open when you click on to. But maybe you are on that old one version that I have missed to see that. The latest version is 34.
  Open a window of writing and turn on the contact bar by pressing F9. That allows to process emails.

  Try to manually open the CD/DVD drive.
  Near the eject button, you will find a small hole.

  You can use a small object like staple and could push gently into this hole.
