  Hi - I need help. About 5 years ago, I bought Adobe Creative Suite by cnet. My hypothesis was that cnet redirected to Adobe and that you were almost direct purchase off adobe? In any case, we had great difficulties to get the program to sit on my Mac frame. After several downloads, a lot of tweaking and unsuccessfully for about 4 weeks, they said to try to download this version of the Master Suite. I did, it worked like a charm. Then rthey says keep this one with this product key, and we don't charge you more for your trouble.

  Like every human being, I was tickled pink that I got something for nothing. So for the past 5 years, it worked like a charm, with me using about 12% of its capacity...

  Just before Christmas, my Mac has crashed. We had to rebuild, new hard drive etc and reload everything Time Machine through. I have a friendly Mac dealer that does all that, kosher pension and about.

  When we went to use Adobe Photoshop, he refused, saying that the product key was wrong. I contacted Adobe and they said that somone took my key and it allows to get a refund from Adobe. They will not help me and said that I have two options - one is fishing trawl through my 5 years of credit card statements (we run three companies - it's bigger than it looks), the other is to buy a whole new copy of Adobe Creative Suite.

  I feel kind of Adobe is not being not good enough here, but little that is important. Has anyone had experience with this? Someone at - it ideas where I could go to get help etc? I'm annoying to pay for a whole new program - I thought that Adobe would come to the Group and at least I would just buy a new product key - it does not sound as it happens regularly?

  You must contact Adobe Support by chat or phone when you have the serial number and activation problems.  If you have already done this and their decision has been made, there is nothing anyone here can do to change that.
