Percentage in figures
I'm struggling with a very simple formula.
I have a gross figure in a cell and need the next cell to have a deduction of 20%
I also can't seem to find the symbol representing a star I've seen the number of people from the MAC to help? My symbol of slash has also become a symbol of the divide?
If the gross value is in cell A1, then the formula would be:
= A1 * 0.8
the asterisk is the asterisk (SHIFT + 8)

Hello
I'm looking to take two columns of data from different tables in the same document, which should have a high enough percentage of boxes and have another cell tabulate the corresponding percentage. I can the of seem to figure out how to do this, but it seems really possible.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thank you!
C1 = A1 = B1
It's shorthand dethrone select cell C1 and type (or copy and paste it here) the formula:
= A1 = B1
Select cell C1, copy
Select the column C, paste
Select cell E2, and then type 'TRUE '.
Select cell E3 and then type "FALSE".
F2 = COUNTIF ($C, E2)
F3 = COUNTIF ($C, E3)
G2 = F2÷SUM(F$2:F$3)
G3 = F3÷SUM(F$2:F$3)

I am in charge of the follow-up of the participation of the members of a strong team of 50 to a daily activity and have set up a spreadsheet of numbers for this purpose. Members of the team can participate or not, and I would understand a single cell that shows the product of the number of times that the person participated against the number of days that they have been a member of the team. For example, if a member of the team is involved every day while they are a member of the team, their percentage will be 100%. If someone else participates only 9 times over 10 days that they are members, their percentage bed 90%
Does anyone know what forms to use in figures? If it isn't cooked loan formulas, is there a formula I can type in long-hand?
Thanks in advance.
Hi jm,
daysparticipated/totaldays
Percent format.
Total number of days (12) is in B1.
Each total of people is in the B column, next to its name.
Formula C2:
= B2÷B$ 1
Fill down the rest of the C column.
Format cell in column C to display the percentage. Set the number of places after the decimal point as see fit you.

Hello
I have a table 2D (dimensions 62 x 24 models lines) and cary values in the range 0... 20. in addition, there are 3 limits (L1 = 1.22, L2 = 2, L3 = 10). What I have to do is to see how many values in each column, are below L1, how between L1 and L2, L3 and L2 and how many of them are bigger than L3. These figures, I need to be saved in 4 tables 2D.
For example if the original 2D array is:
1 3 7
0 5 11
3-6-2
tables 1 d of output are:
A1 (for values less than L1)
2 0 0
A2 (for values between L1 and L2)
0 0 1
A3 (for values between L2 and L3)
1-3-1
A4 (for values greater than L3)
0 0 1
Please help, I'm new to Labview...
[edit] The title is the percentage of occurrence Data... I need tables 1 d as indicated above, because after that, it is very easy to turn that into percentages (by dividing by the total number of lines)
Sounds like a job for the General histogram VI.
Set the locations (e.g.,-Inf, 1.22; 1.22,2; 2.10; 10, Inf) and enter your data in the VI (a single column at a time).

Sansa Fuze battery: percentage indicated
Hi all - I've noticed recently that the percentage of battery remaining indicated on my Sansa rockets - I have a 2 and a 8 GB - differs the battery percentage remaining indicated through my computer when the device is plugged into the USB port on my PC.
E. g.: verification of my view of "System Settings > Info" on the "rocket", I see 27% duration of remaining battery life. I immediately connect the "rocket" in a USB port (my computer has two; either one). The 'Properties' indicator for the rocket of remaining battery life is 63%.
It's constant and reproducible. There is always a HUGE disparity between the percentage that appears on the "rocket" itself and the percentage indicated via USB/PC connection. Note that the rockets still indicate a much lower figure.
No idea why this is happening? Thank you very much in advance for any answer!
Cyndi wrote:
I run them down. As I said, I charge them when I see they are about 20%. As JK98, mentioned in the "Fuze Battery Life and good practical battery" thread here: "the battery prefers a partial rather than complete discharge. Frequent full discharges should be avoided when possible. »
If you are let off at 20%, which is almost fully discharged. Circuit of the rocket will turn off right around that level to prevent permanent damage to the battery or the charging circuit. Let down this low once in a while is OK, but I wouldn't make a habit of it. Better to load when it comes down to 50% or more. These types of batteries prefer to be crowned often, rather than the older style batteries that worked when deep-cycled.

Reports of SLA - percentage of actual compliance
Hello
When I look at the dashboard of Service levels, there is a nice percentage showing the value of compliance. However, I believe that it is the current compliance, not the number of compliance for the period in question. If you look at the example attached, it is a violation of compliance defined in the time range of the dashboard, yet compliance of 100 per cent of States of dashboard.
Reports generated from this will also show the current level of compliance, not the figure for the time. We want to provide these reports to deliver to our customers to show overall compliance during the previous calendar month. Although the sparkline history shows the dip in accordance, no one will take any notice of it, focusing instead on the percentage of compliance.
Is it possible to change this to be the historical figure of compliance for the selected time period?
Thank you
Brian
Brian,
You are right that this view is set to show the current availability rather averages of the period.
Specifically, point of view "Services/Explorer/SLA" defines this column as:
/baselineAvailability/current/average To display the average period instead, you would change this column:
/ baselineAvailability/period/average
Changes to the system out-of-the-box dashboards will not survive an upgrade, so the best practice is to copy (deep) the target view (Services/Service levels) in a new custom system module, and then change the copied display.
'Dashboard Designer' role is required to create and modify modules of the system.
Kind regards

function formula and percentage of power
Hello
I need to create this kind of report and does not know how to get the formula for the annual.
Total count Cancelled Rest Retention rate 90 days Annual Annual renewal 127 320 5 390 124 867 95,28% 4.7% 17.6% 82.4% 128 450 4 890 124 589 95,23% 4.8% 17.7% 82.3% In MS excel, the formula for the annual is = 1-(retention rate) ^ 4 and the result is a percentage.
All are correct except for annual renewal and annualized data.
I get no response percentage so instead of the figure above, I'm 82415038.70 (for example no. 1 above) of the query below.
Can someone please? Thank you very much
Select c.prod, sc.total_count, count (c.id) as cancelled,
SC.total_count - count (c.id) as rest,
Round ((sc.total_count - count (c.id)) sc.total_count * 100.2) as Retention_Rate,
round (100-((sc.total_count - count (c.id)) sc.total_count * 100), 2) as "90 days."
(round ((100-((sc.total_count - count (c.id)) sc.total_count * 100)), 2)) * 4 as annual.
round (100-(100-((sc.total_count - count (c.id)) sc.total_count * 100)) * 4, 2) as Annualized_Renewal
Customer c,.
(select count (id) as total_count, client prod)
where start_delivery < = sysdate
and paid_until > = sysdate
and cancellation_date > = sysdate
and cancellation_code =' '
Group of prod
) sc
where c.cancellation_date between & < name = "Date" default = ' 01/01/2013' type = ' date' >
and & < name = "Date up to the" default = ' 31/03/2013' type = 'date' >
and c.prod = sc.prod
C.prod group, sc.total_count
I think that there are not a lot of space for improvement of this query.
Like Chris mentioned the exponential function in SQL is POWER.
However, in excel the percentage value is always be between 0 and 1. As 0.83. And this value is then switched on.
From the mathematical point of view, it's the value you need to use (0.83 ^ 4 instead of 83 ^ 4)...
But lets start at your request. You select twice in the customers table. This is not necessary and is simply your slow query.
Here is an approach to circumevent that and other issues.
As I don't have your customer table, I can not really test that. But try to follow step by step and adapt it to your needs.
Step 1 - create a query with countdown and canceled the County.
not tested
select count(case when sysdate between start_delivery and paid_until and cancellation_date>=sysdate and cancellation_code=' ' then 1 end ) as total_count ,count(case when c.cancellation_date between :date_from and :date_until then 1 end ) as cancelled ,prod from customer group by prod;
Step 2 - use the previous query and add the retention and the annualized rate
with cust as ( select count(case when sysdate between start_delivery and paid_until and cancellation_date>=sysdate and cancellation_code=' ' then 1 end ) as total_count ,count(case when c.cancellation_date between :date_from and :date_until then 1 end ) as cancelled ,prod from customer group by prod ) select prod, total_count, cancelled ,total_count - cancelled as remaining ,1 -(cancelled / total_count ) as retention_rate ,power(1 -(cancelled / total_count ),4) as annualized_rate from cust;
Step 3 - format the output
with cust as ( select count(case when sysdate between start_delivery and paid_until and cancellation_date>=sysdate and cancellation_code=' ' then 1 end ) as total_count ,count(case when c.cancellation_date between :date_from and :date_until then 1 end ) as cancelled ,prod from customer group by prod ) , cust_ret as (select prod, total_count, cancelled ,total_count - cancelled as remaining ,1 -(cancelled / total_count ) as retention_rate ,power(1 -(cancelled / total_count ),4) as annualized_rate from cust) select prod , total_count , cancelled , remaining , round(retention_rate * 100,2) as ret_rate_percent , round(1-(retention_rate * 100),1) as ninety_days , round(1-(annualized_rate * 100),1) as annual , round(annualized_rate * 100,2) as annual_rate_perc from cust_ret;

using script to get the values of percentage and not able to sum up to 100%
Hi all

but for a few scenrios even if the amount is 100% of the service I get the PctValue be <>100.00%
the calculation of the function is as follows: -.
code-
{iterating_through_all_the_fields}
PctValue += parseFloat (this.getField("Percentage1").valueAsString);
}

11.11
11.11
11.11
11.11
11.11
11.11
11.11
11.11
amount is 100
but through code mentioned above I return 99.99
Any help is appreciated in this regard.
It is a result using the floating point IEEE standard and conversion from decimal to binary values values. We need to round up all the calculations of money or mils will accumulate and cause errors. For percentages, it is better to round up receipts and total final eliminate the accumulation of amounts below the figure the least significant.
It is possible to use the util.printf of rounding.
The following script will show what is happening:
function Round (nValue, nDec) {}
If (typeof nDec == "undefined") nDec = 0;
Return number (util.printf ('%, 1 0. nDec + "f", Number (nValue)));
}var nValues = new Array (11.12 11.11 11.11, 11.11, 11.11, 11.11, 11.11, 11.11, 11.11);
nSum var = 0;
for (var i = 0; i)< nvalues.length;="" i++="" )="">
nSum = nSum + Round (nValues [i], 2);
Console.println (i + "" + nValues [i] + "" + nSum);
}
Console.println (nSum);
nSum = Round (nSum, 2);
Console.println (nSum);Progression of the sum at each stage.

2 11.11 33.339999999999996
3 11.11 44.449999999999996
4 11.11 55.559999999999995
5 11.11 66.66999999999999
6 11.11 77.77999999999999
7 11.11 88.88999999999999
8 11.11 99.99999999999999
99.99999999999999

It's a good idea to use decimal values a percentage and leave the determination of the field format display and the borough. But for applications of the sum, the user can round up the value of the actual field and not only display.

Calculation of the percentage of a certain point in time
I'm figuring the success rate based on that ID has studied a particular UNIT.
If I want to get the rate AFTER they studied their unit of PREP01
Right now, the code below works fine, but it considers that all the units.
1 ID looked a UNIT in 2010 before the PREP, if I do not want to look at it.
Also studied FGT459 in 2011 SP 1 as well as their FIRST PREP unit in SP 1 so I DON'T want to consider. IF a DEVICE WAS MADE in THE SAME UNIT of TIME THE PREP01 I WANT to IGNORE IT.
After the PREP unit, I want to review any unit that has the status as a GIFT. so on the 3 remaning units, they passed 1 and has no 3 so the percentage is 33.3%
Right now my code gives me 66.7% coz I condier all units.
Suffice it to consider after PREP has been studied (PRESENT) IF a UNIT AT the SAME TIME AS the PREP01 UNIT I WOULD IGNORE IT AS.
Thanks for any help.

I have a report based on a table for tasks.
One of the columns is a percentage complete and keep always a number between 0 and 100.
In my report, rather than the figure I want to display a bar.
I have seen this before, but not could not he track down.
I had a look at the attributes of column and under number/Date Format is an option to use the graphics layout of percentages.
When I click this, it affects the PCT_GRAPH:cccccc:777777:150 format.
When I run the report, nothing has changed, by displaying the number.
See you soon
GusYou're doing something wrong here. Are sure you you have the column displayed as a Standard report column, the column is of type number and there is nothing set up in the column formatting section?

Result in calculation display with percentage sign
I'm using FormCalc to sum a column of
values of drop-down lists, and then multiply the number of points divided by 100 times. The calculation works fine, but I'd like a percent sign (%) to appear in the field where calculation is after the calculated number. The number appeared, I just can't figure out how to get the percentage symbol to display.
Thank you

Hello
You can set it in the object > field tab, by selecting models.
In the view tab, select the percentage.
If you want to define the number of digits after the decimal point, then, you can use a general model of number and then add '%' in the braces.
Hope that helps,
Niall

Problem with the display of the percentage value
Hi all
I have a report that calculates a percentage based on 2 digits. For example, Actual_count = 15000 and forecast_count = 14900. To calculate the percentage that I use the following SQL statement
This gives me the result of "-.» 7. " It's the right answer, but what I would like is the answer display "-0.7".select ROUND(((ACTUAL_COUNT-FORECAST_COUNT)/FORECAST_COUNT)*100,1) as "PERCENTAGE" from table
Of course, I only want this when the percentage is less, when more is not a problem.
The reason I want it is because it is easier to read, my manager has been confusing figures think that negative numbers are numbers more (seemingly his eyesight is not what it was 8-P).
Would this be possible?
Thanks in advance,
-N.S.N.O.Hello
Go to the attributes of the report, click on the link Edit next to your percentage column, then enter a format of 999G999G999G999G990D0 mask
This should do the trick.
See you soon

iPhone battery percentage 6 stuck
Hello, I have an iphone 6 purchased from Apple about the release two years ago, never had any problems until this Friday, 10 March 16 when I noticed my battery percentage was is no longer draining after moderate use. He would stay at 100 percent every day and then turns off randomly. I have iOS 10.0.2, have tried to reset, power on/off, restore factory... nothing works! Is someone able to please shed some light on why this might be the case? Google tells me that there was a similar problem earlier this year when those who have no zone defined as auto has encountered a similar problem with the battery percentage being stuck and not up-to-date (i.e. no reflective battery drains with use). I went to settings and noticed that my time zone was not set as automatic. Does anyone else have this same problem and what is the reference for this?
I'm surprised that factory reset did not fix this problem... help...
Hello.
First, plug in your iPhone, let the screen off and do nothing for a long period of time. Leave it plugged in all night while you sleep is perfect for that.
Then, restart your iPhone by pressing and maintaining the sleep/wake and home buttons.
You can also try following the suggestions of battery life. Go to settings > farm > find 'Suggestions of battery life.
In addition, it is preferable to follow the Apple recommendations given in this article http://www.apple.com/batteries/maximizing-performance/

iPhone battery percentage 6 unreliable
Hi all! I use an iPhone 6 with the updated iOS (10.0.1 for now). Since iOS 9.3.4, I noticed a lack of reliability of the battery of my iPhone.
During normal use, the percentage jumps down about 10-15%. If at this time that I plug the battery pops up by about the same percentage. In other cases, the iPhone still for a long period of time even with the battery that may not be true, or it shuts down even if it is not 1%.
I went to the Genius Bar and the genie made a diagnosis called 'mobile Inspector' who has not revealed something strange. The employee told me to calibrate my battery, follow these steps:
(1) restore settings (no);
(2) use the iPhone until it stops;
(3) leave here 2 hours without connection;
4) recharge 100% free to use it and leave it there for 2 hours more.
(5) repeat step 2-4 once.
I did what she suggests, adding a force restart after point 4.
The problem is still there. Day before yesterday, the percentage rose from 85% to 90% (without connection) and yesterday he jumped from 40% to 30% and then stayed at 3% for 1 hour.
I booked a call of support for tonight see what I can do. The iPhone is still covered by the warranty of 2 years Italian.
I encountered this problem a few months ago. I went to a Genius bar and my iPhone has been replaced. I don't know if genius made the same tool of diagnosis or a closer, but he acknowledged that the problem was due to hardware, perhaps due to the battery connector. They do not have to replace the battery, but gave me a refurbished iPhone.
Someone at - he seen this problem and found a solution?
Thank you
Hello, first try the following general steps. They could help.
1 reset your iPhone by pressing and holding the sleep/wake and home buttons.
2 disconnect you from your iCloud account and reconnect again.
After you do this, look at this article, it will help you set up the iPhone to save your battery http://www.apple.com/batteries/maximizing-performance/
