Perhaps having been scammed by someone representing Microsoft, how can I clean my system / should I change all passwords?

I bought the protection system. yesterday I wasphoned once again, informing me that my microsoft license had expired and I was required to pay for it be extended. I felt that it was a scam and refused to go forward.

Hello alexanderdiack,

Product license remains for always with the product. It can be cancelled by Microsoft, but it is very likely. If your product (used for activation) key was having problems then you would get a message on the screen of your PC to the effect that necessary to reactivate Windows.

Unless you have a support plan prepaid or you raise a support ticket Microsoft will ever contact you. Obviously, you should contact your company credit card and to tell them what happened. They may be able to stop the payment to this company.

A give them remote access to your computer? If Yes, then your system has been compromised and I would say that your reinstall Windows from scratch.

If you don't give them remote access, then, Yes, by all means, as a measure of protection, change all your passwords. It would be wise to change banking passwords online too.
