In the new office, I can't figure out how to remove photos from my 8330. If I click on a photo, I can't delete it individually, and I certainly can't select all, which means that I can't remove all non more.

  Can I delete a photo using my BB, but I would prefer not to manage my BB shutterbug photo usually both.

  Welcome to the community of BlackBerry Support Forums.

  In BlackBerry Desktop Software, connect the BlackBerry to your computer and turn on mass storage mode.

  Click on the pictures on the left side and then right-click on an image and select Show in Explorer.  By doing this, you can select several images and remove several institutions.

  Hello.  Because I've recently updated my software (around the week of 09/12/16?) on my iPod Touch (iOS version 10.0.1) and iTunes on my laptop, I was unable to copy and paste pictures of my iPod on my laptop.  Before I could access my iPod similar to an external (E: /) cross Start/computer, double-click on "E: / drive", then follow from there.  My laptop running 'Windows 7 '. When I contacted Apple they could not directly solve the issue, suggesting I acquire a "drop" or use "Facebook" as a gateway to transfer? I downloaded transfer 3rd party software that works, however, I will ask you to purchase a license after the 7 day trial period.  I noticed others in the 'Microsoft community' have experienced the same problem, and tried the 'auto play' suggestion without success.  Any help would be appreciated.

  This an icon for one of your applications.  One of the easiest ways to understand that one would be to go into your main folder Messages and then search for all unread messages.  Once you have found the message, you can simply open it, and it clears the notification.

  To connect the phone to the computer, you need a PC suite installed on the computer.  If the phone manufacturers have supplied PC suite CD, then install the software on the computer.

Look in Event Viewer to see if you can see any represented pattern that would cause the stop.  Is this a full power off shutdown or a blocking of the screen or the BSOD?  Describe please.

• BlackBerry smartphones transfer photos from the memory of the unit storm 9530 for computer

  I've seen a few similar posts, but nothing worked for me.  I recently went on a trip and took more than 200 pictures on my Blackberry.  I need a simple way to transfer all of them to my computer because obviously send them one at a time, or moving them one at a time is not practical.

  When I go to Options > memory, all the options are defined on the (card, Media Transfer Protocol Support) and Mass Storage Mode Support.

  When I go to media > pictures > all pictures, I see all of my pictures.  When I go into photo files, it says the device memory.

  When connected to my PC via the USB port, I try to pull up in Windows Explorer.  I see options for device MTP - device memory and device MTP - Media Card.  There are only empty folders in the device memory.  Multimedia card has nothing under the data and only my music files in the media.  Similar behavior when I pull up in Windows Media Player.

  Any suggestions?
