Please provide some tips if anyone has solved the same or has a solution!

  You have access to a Windows Vista installation disc? If so, follow the steps in this document to perform an InPlace upgrade. This will reinstall Vista without making any changes to the files and programs on the computer. Even if your data and programs must be safe, it is always advisable to make sure that you have a recent backup before major changes on the computer.

Had a discussion with a friend, maybe something he said... in any case I went back to the site download and tried Service Pack1 for 1 language! Has worked as a
