  I thought about it, I suspect me that 1 of my desktop gadgets was perhaps to blame, I had 3 gadgets. Notepad, weather, and a cpu monitor. so I took the time and CPU monitor and now the jumping has stopped for now.   2. you receive messages or error codes?

  3. are you able to use the other features/devices built on the laptop with no problems?

  This problem may occur if the touchpad and webcam drivers are not installed properly.

  I suggest to refer to the Dell Support website to install the latest version of the touchpad and webcam drivers for your laptop and find the issue.

  Have you tried a forced reboot? Hold down the home and Sleep/Wake buttons simultaneously for about 15-20 seconds , until the Apple logo appears. You won't lose anything.  Then sign out of the iTunes Store and log in. (for applications not updated).

  Also try by going to settings > general > Restrictions > and make sure that iTunes Store, Apps install, delete the Apps and In - App purchases are all under the section allow. Try to install again.

  Thanks clbeech I actually found an easy way to do it. For your dynamic text box, you can click on the 'html' box in the Properties window for the text box. (Its a small square box with this <> inside her and it's just right out of the box single and multi-line dropdown.)
