  I had just use the tool burn on those.

  Since they are little blue, you will want to do separately on individual color channels.  Place the tool burn shadows, and a small amount of exposure, say 10% and the airbrush mode.  Slowly, work the brush in compared to the size and toughness to match the spot size, sizing and try not to rush anything.  Once you get the place removed from all 3 color channels, you should find that it looks pretty good in RGB (color).  If you find you need more space, or go too far, use history and go back and try again.

  I never dropped my Torch 9800 before in more than 2 years I had it, but when I finally did it was in the bathroom.  I immediately took battery, sim and wiped with a soft paper towel.  Within 30 mins it I plunged into the rice.  The indicator of moisture on the phone itself is white.  There is a small tuft on the battery that is red, but since I never noticed before, I don't know if it is an indicator of moisture or what.  About 24 hrs in the rice I reassembled it and it came on well, but I had in my haste put wrong sim card.   I have a RAZR MAXX HD Droid with version 4.1.2. The issue I'm having is the Bluetooth of my helmet (one is a Motorola and one is a Plantronics) keeps dropping out and switch on the handset. He made this constently. Lately, I've tried just switch to speaker phone mode and that ALSO falls back to the handset. The timing is random and I tried to re-pairing of two headsets. The remains of connection bluetooth in tact, it switches just randomly to the headset. Two of these helmets worked perfectly on my old Droid Bionic.   Excellent suggestion! Safe mode turned in fact that it was an application at the origin of the problem. So I worked backwards with the apps I installed check permissions on each. Believe it or not, Viber requires authorization of phone. I uninstalled and have now been on 2 phone calls from Bluetooth headset, 15 to 20 minutes each without ANY problem whatsoever.
