• Do the photo album, date and time taken?

  Just downloaded all my iPhotos to Photos from the old to the new iMac. All the old photos transferred with the intact title (date and time). How to activate this in Photos? Added some new pictures for the first time to Photos and may not know how to make the title the date and time the photo was taken (without manually typing in the date and time).

• Photo album not in the right order

  When I discovered an album photos are not in the order of time, even if it's the sort sequence that I selected. They are mostly in order of time, but there are pictures (often several in a row) that are out of sequence. However, when I view the same images in the album "All Photos" the sequence is correct.

  I tried:

  (1) fix the library

  (2) remove all photos of Photo, defining the location the same in all of them original, and then re - import in Photo

  None of these permits.

  Am I missing something or is there a bug in the way that the kind of app Photo photos in albums? It seems strange that in the album 'All the Photos' photos are sorted in their good time sequence, but not in an album that contains a subset of all the photos.

  Using iCloud library in Phoyos? If you're perhaps all the photos in your album have not been downloaded in high resolution.

  Try the settings/iCloud and remove the synchronization. Wait a few minutes and then resynchronize.

  Of course, not as the sorting, the viewer sees is defined by them not by you - given the same USB you can use the finder to display in alphabetical order, last updated order etc. size - files have no command - the viewer defines the order

  You can select Photos and export using a file for sequential access to export name so if the Viewer uses an alpha sort they correspond to your order desired - you can facilitate this, but they must define their queue viewer correctly for them to see it as you wish

• How to import Photos album of iMovie.

  I used to be able to import a photo album in iMovie. I would like to edit my pictures, put in order in an album and then imported into iMovie. It was working fine! He kept the order too.   It is ridiculous that there is no possibility to sort the photos in an album by the date and time taken.  I imported the photos of several cards, two cameras take pictures at the same time, there is no way to sort photos, so the photos appear in true chronological order.  This should be added to the Photos, I think it's available in iPhoto.

  On Photos for Mac you can sort photos by date and time.  This was introduced with the update to El Capitan.  What version of Photos are you running?

  If you select one of your albums and ctrl-click, you can sort it by the titles, oldest first or newest first.

  Then, you may need to adjust the date and time for pictures from camera cards different.  If you imported the photos while you were in different time zones, photo interpreter differently dates.  It will use the time zone of time current system at the time the photos are imported to interpret dates on cards.

• Problem of Web Photo Album

  It worked fine except that my images are not in the right order. I have
  becomes the Group twice and Redid the album time 2 or 3 photo with the

  Hi I have an iPad running iOS 9.3.5. I turned off to iCloud photo sharing, and I am not sync the iPad with a computer. I now have a photo album Photos (I had more before I tried to solve this problem), but when I put a picture in and then delete it, it says: "this photo will also be removed from 3 albums." As I said, I currently have 1 album. Any time that I remove the album, create a new and put a picture in, the number of albums in that it claims that my photos are rises, although there is a single visible on-screen. I don't know where these zombie albums are; Anyone know why this is happening? Thank you.

  Have you looked into the album recently deleted in the Photos App? When you delete photos they will reside in this album for 30 days unless you delete them from there immediately.

  This seems to be a basic question, but I can't understand it. I know how to share a single photo on Facebook, but I just spent time creating a photo album, choose the pictures to include, and I want to publish the entire album on Facebook as-is, with a post. When I select the album, I'm not able to select all the photos in the album. Only, it selects one photo at a time. I don't want to display each picture individually. I could probably select several photos, if I switch to the display of Photos (one that shows all the pictures in my library), but I don't want to have to re - select the pictures I want. This work has been done. Why don't I just post the edited together album?

  I had a book (photo album) ready to order, but I was asked repeatedly to change the lay-out of some pages.

  Are you trying to order a book in iPhoto or Photos for Mac?  I ask, because you send messages in the forum of iPhoto.

  Apple does support is no longer printing of books from iPhoto, from Photos to Mac. So, you will not be able to submit an order for the book in iPhoto.

  Photos for Mac you can not order a blank book with Picture placeholders. But you can simply drop a screenshot of the empty page in the placeholder pictures so there will be something included and the box is not empty.
