  A couple of things...

  -If you have an Apple laptop or desktop, with a software update system, so there is no way to 'install iCloud Drive' to this topic as it is already there as a function of iCloud.

  -remove the iCloud (app) drive icon on your iPhone will do nothing.

  -If your data is already in iCloud, so rest assured, it is already safe.

  You can only import pictures by connecting to USB, which lie in the film of your iPhone album.  You cannot import photos that have been synchronized to the iPhone by iTunes, and you cannot import photos that are not stored locally but in iCloud photo library.  Are your photos in the camera roll, that you can't see on the pictures?

  Then try to import them into a folder on your desktop and launch the application of Capture of the Image instead of Photos.  It should show you all the photos in the camera roll, even the photos already imported the photos earlier.

  Have you disabled - top right of the import dialog box?

  It should be checked when you do not want "old" photos to import again.

  To download my photos, I plug my iPhone 6 on my Windows 7 computer and cut and paste in Windows Explorer.

  But I noticed that about 1 to 2% of photos are not copy across properly. There will be files for some of them, but when you click on it you can preview or view the image.

  For awhile I was trawl through all the photos and re - compose the individual files which do not have copied through & this resolve. But it is incredibly tedious (I take a lot of pictures).

  Is there a better way to get a large number of photos on my phone?

  Hi guys.  I have 450 photos that have been synced to my 5s when I upgraded to 4S.  I am trying to transfer these photos - now named ' my computer' - on my PC.  I tried to do in iTunes, however, the folder does not appear as a choice of synchronization.  All I get is Camera Roll ControlCenter3 and images - which have zero points.  When I go into my computer, I have only my photos from camera roll in the DCIM folder.

  Synchronization of photos is a way - computer to iPhone.

  Your photos have come from your computer in the first place, so they should still be there, and you should always have a backup of your computer.

  The iPhone is not a backup/storage device.

  Since installing Windows 10 and 4.5 of the ADE, when I download a book in a public library it just downloads the file to some directory .epub I chose.  To get it in ADE, I have to go through the "Add to library" function in the ADE.

  Well, I got the answer today at our local library.

  Books, that I was just downloading was be books "Open EPUB", which means they have no DRM protection.  I can keep them as long as I want.

  An unexpected consequence of these 'loans' is that there is no way to return the books before their expiration date, so that they are based on my library account, running the number of books I checked.  The librarian told me that if I really need to send back them at the beginning so I can consult books more I could send a request it and it can return manually.

  Problem solved.

  I connected my iPhone and used the Import Wizard to import pictures and videos.  Once the completed import Windows Photo Gallery opens and displays all the photos of 418, but I do not see the 46 videos that are in my Camera Roll.  When they are registered or have I just missed a step?  Thanks in advance for the help!

  1. have you checked in the libraries of the video section of Windows Explorer?

  You can also search by names of video in Windows Search , made a special right-click on a video file and selecting 'place of the folder', in this way, you know where the video files are.

  You can also check for them in Itunes.

  Unless they jailbroke your phone, it is unlikely that you have a keylogger on it.

  They may have installed some profiles that would be used to work within the security of the iOS and a better level of control over your device, but away from logging.

  Check first for profiles. How tell if an iPhone, iPad or iPod touch is overseen - Apple support

  Restore your device using iTunes is a better choice.

  What version of Premiere Elements do you use on your iMac? For now, I will assume first items 12/12.1.

  If you try to import via a USB port connects to your iMac, you explore

  for Photos, use Add media / 'Photos of cameras and devices' / "Adobe Premiere Elements - Photo Downloader"

  and

  for videos, use Add media / "Cameras or Flip Videos" / "Import Video".

  Or if bad comes to worse with the connection between the iPhoen Mac and Elements first, then download

  the computer files and import them into Premiere Elements with its add media/files and folders.

  But let's see what happens when you use the choice of photo for photos and video selection of videos.

  I am trying to import all the photos currently on my iPhone 6.  The unit is showing that it is about 18 000 photos on the phone (under the settings-> general-> has comments).  However, when I connect the phone to my MacBook Pro and throw iPhotos, ImageCapture - or even Adobe Lightroom - I gives me only the opportunity to import the last 4 500 images!

  What are the parameters for iCloud > Photos on your iPhone?  Is iCloud library enabed storage "optimize"?

  Then, your photos are actually in iCloud and not all photos can be imported from your iPhone.

  If iCloud library is not enabled, the photos on your iPhone could have been synced to the iPhone via iTunes.  Photos you sync with iTunes on your iPhone are not in the film and you can not download using a USB connection.
