  Please, try the following steps and let me know if that can help you:

  1. In the Control Panel, select uninstall a program and uninstall the driver software base HP Deskjet Ink Advantage publicly traded 1515.
  2. Click the R keys on your keyboard and the Windows Logo appears in the Run dialog box.
  3. Spool type and click OK.
  4. Open the Drivers folder, and then select the x 64 folder if you have a 64-bit OS or the w32x86 if you have a 32 bit OS
     Note: visit http://whatsmyos.com/ to find your type of operating system if necessary.
  5. Open the 3 folder, locate the HPBXPSRENDER. DLL file and rename it to HPBXPSRENDER. OLD
  6. Reinstall the latest version of the HP software:

• Windows Photo Gallery: changing/deleting profiles from scanning?

  In Windows Photo Gallery, I can go to 'File' > 'import from camera or Scanner... ". "> Select the scanner to import from > to the"New Scan"select a scanning profile.

  Problem: There is the option 'add profile... '. "for the drop down profile, but not visible in the way to remove or modify existing profiles. I looked into some Options and properties I could find in the Windows Photo Gallery, but nothing comes of these profiles.

  I can't add a new profile with the same name as an existing profile. So, this led to a bunch of useless profiles which can be removed and confusing things. Very annoying.

  I had the same problem, but found the answer. I use Windows Vista.

  If you go to control panel and open "Scanners and cameras", you select your scanner and then click on the button "Scan Profiles. This allows you to change the existing profiles and even reset what is the default value.

• Can Windows Photo Gallery - I remove profiles of scanning?

  I use Windows Photo Gallery > import from a Scanner or a camera to scan documents.

  I've created a few different profiles in the scan dialog box, but I want to get rid of some of them.  Someone knows how to do this?  I tried right clicking, pressing DELETE, looked in help, etc etc, but I don't see a way to organize/edit/delete these profiles.

  Any help is appreciated!

  Windows Photo Gallery uses the same control panel scanner and camera profile.

  You can try the following steps and check if it helps:

  1. click on Start

  2. Select Control Panel and go to the scanner and camera

  3 select scan profiles of boards and delete profiles from there to remove from the photo gallery

• Photo Gallery will save not videos

  I now have 10 Windows, but this problem started before 10 and continues.  When I receive a video of a phone it won't save in Photo Gallery.  I can save my camera, or an attachment sent to me of the camera to someone else, but not one made by an iPhone, for example.  I get it as an email, save to my desktop, and when I opened the Gallery of photos, he's there.  But if I delete it from my office, he went from Photo Gallery, too.  And I can't find an option to save in the photo gallery.

• Photo Gallery module - is not admissible

  Hello

  I want to know if someone can help me with the photo gallery module. I used the photo gallery module in a responsice model, but it's not admissible when you look at it on a phone. I asked for help to support, but they said that it is a css / html question so that they cannot help. This seems a little odd that the module has been provided in a sensitive model - and should really work as sensitive.

  Microsoft first told me that many programs use the program "PhotoGallery".  Most of the printers HP and Windows live.

  I put in my HP printer disk when the error happened and an hourglass appears and the error message disappeared.

  I have a HP Officejet 5500 all-in-one and an IMac with OS X 10.6.8.

  Never before shot with this HP and this computer.

  When I press scan on the printer button lights a flashing light with the following message: "You Normand to install or run Hp software for feature." In response to this message, I searched on the HP site for the driver software for my printer that match my computr. Downloaded and installed the software, but I still have exactly the same error in the printer.

  The printer is probably more than 5 years. So far I used it only as a fax (hanging on a telephone jack) machine and a machine Fotocopie. I print to a HP Lazerjet printer that has no option analysis.

  I'm not sure how long it takes, however, here are a few tricks with Capture of Image:

  1. After choosing your scanner on the left side, click "Show details" on the bottom.

  2. on the right side of the screen will be a lot of options, including the location of the format and scanning to file, resolution, and color / B & W.

  3 select the file you want first, then the scan store then the other parameters.  When you have finished changing the settings, click Preview.
