  Ever photos first? It should have been included when you first update of Yosemite and now El Capitan. I know that iPhotos updates get a message like that, but I didn't know the Photos app with a message with it.

  More than likely your MBP has a hardware problem that cannot be properly addressed at an Apple store genius bar.

  You can try to reinstall an OSX, but I doubt if that will be successful.

  I have updated to iPhone 5 s 6 s iPhone. I backed up on iTunes and then restored iPhone 6 s. My photos and apps sit iTunes but will not restore on the new iPhone. The apps show but all from new for example. The progress of game has been erased. I wiped the phone and restored again but without success. iTunes and the iPhone has updates.

  Can someone tell me where I'm wrong? Help!

  Pictures in your camera app and roll data are part of the iTunes backup.

  Apps are not part of it.

  Your description is not sounding like you saved your 5s.

  I have a question on the registration form course Super App Developer Challenge. I don't know if this is the right place for this request, but here goes:

  Well, our app uses the dynamic web-based licensing, but it is based on the PIN on the phone and NOT a name of user and password. Am I misunderstanding something here? Must I provide 10 MobiHand usernames which accounts have the PPA in them OTA links?

  Just to confirm - the purpose of this section of the form must provide judges with the possibility to test your application without having to buy a copy of your application.  There are a variety of options - provide a version released via a URL as shown above, provide free licenses for the app or provide instructions on how best to access the app.

  5 Lightroom is not compatible to El Capitan. It is more than three years.

• can I switch from icloud photo library app photos without losing the photos

  I have my settings so that all my photos have been removed from iTunes and are now accessible via the iCloud library, but I don't like the way they are stored in all THE PICTURES rather than in their respective albums that I spent hours and hours of sorting.

  If I drag iCloud photo Library, everything returns to how it was (basically, my photos will appear on my iPad in their albums?)

  The images are not stored in iTunes, so I don't know what you removed and hence. Your photos and your videos are stored and organized in the Photos app, on your computer and on your iDevices. iCloud library is how they are synchronized between all of your devices. This includes your albums. If you don't see any albums on your iPad, maybe not looking in the right place? One caveat is that you have nested folders.

  You can disable iCPL on your iPad and then return to using iTunes to sync photos, but like I said, you should see your albums with iCPL.

• Photos of phone not appearing is not in the clouds or Photo Mac app

  Hi, I'm under 10.11.6 and my OSi objects run 9.3.4 so I'm updating all areas.

  My question?  For the past two weeks no matter what picture I take is not appear in the clouds / or a Photo on my Mac.

  When I run the Photo app I see black squares with an icon of clouds in the middle and where the photos were taken and he sez its downloading... but nothing helps.  I connect the phone to the computer and receive errors on the photos... but I can send them a mail and open it in preview and save them and WHAM they are cool... something was happening with the latest two updates?  Cause, we had a week or two ago today.

  I suspect that there could be something wrong with the photos themselves.

• Sharing photos between apps?

  Many third party apps, to import photos, can only look for them within the app Photos (because no file on iOS system). So, to get them in the Photos from another application, you must export them from this application.

  Unfortunately, I'm looking in the menu share standard integrated iOS (share icon), and I do not see a part of option of Photos! I see no email, Pocket, Evernote, Apple Notes, reminders, etc. but not pictures!

  I looked at more... option and no pictures here. I even tried sharing notes of Apple and then trying to share photos from there, but who took me to Safari and there is still no share option Photos here!

  I am trying to find a solution of 100 GB storage of photo files and video, all structured in folders, on a Macbook running El Capitan. I'd take it with an iPhone.

  I want that all the pictures to move OFF the macbook in the cloud somewhere in space. I don't want their synchronized everywhere - this is why the new Photo app does not seem to do the trick. I looked at Flickr, but will not store video files to m4a.

  I wonder if I can simply move photos/videos, in their cases, in the iCloud Drive on the Macbook? While they would be accessible and stored only in the cloud, not on my devices. I don't want to look on the Mac and the iPhone. Ideally then as I would an automated solution to copy new photos taken in the same place, where I will place the in albums/folders periodically.

  iCloud is a synchronization system, not an external storage system. If you delete them from the computer/device they will be deleted to iCloud. For the computer, go to preferences/Photos/iCloud and select optimize. That will reduce the space required by 90% when it is fully effective.

• Photos iPhone app using more than 5 GB of space with very few photos

  I decided to get the Apple forums for help regarding a problem that my mother is with her iPhone 6, iOS 9. (I think she just recently updated to the latest iOS operating system 9 as well.)

  When my mother going into settings > use (or whatever he says now with iOS 9.0) > manage storage, it shows his Photos and the camera are well more than 5 GB, although it has only 100 or so photos in the camera roll. Recently deleted folder is empty, everything has been removed from it.

  Now, I had the same problem just now, where I had very few photos but I apparently got 3GBs is photo taking my storage space. I looked online and found that the problem could be the photos to try to load it on the library to iCloud? I don't use this feature, but someone had recommended to go into settings > iCloud > Photos > click on iCloud photo library and then turn it off. Miraculously for me that works to get rid of 2 + space GB of Photos & camera on my iPhone. It is as if it were an invisible compensation cache of photos or something.

  I attempted to try this technique of "turn on the library to iCloud and then clear it" even on my mother's phone, but every time I clicked on, she says there is not enough space storage iCloud. She has a limit of 5 GB, but has about 5.9 GB of photos apparently cached somewhere.

  Finally, my question is, is there a way to delete this absurd amount of space which is be resumed without the need to restore to factory settings?

  Make sure you first what iCloud p. l. is off his phone. Then try to reset the Photos App close pictures completely from the window of the selector app by double clicking the Home button and slide up the photo preview pane until it disappears from the display. Then perform a forced reboot. Hold down the home and Sleep/Wake buttons simultaneously for about 15-20 seconds , until the Apple logo appears.

  If this is not enough, you may need to do a restore. You can do a restore of backup first and not come back again or factory. It is possible that the backup can be damaged, and if so a restore as new would be your next option but try to restore everything first from a backup.

  in this soft - 128 GB iPhone photos appear in less than a minute, and you have the ability to save large images videos 4 k, voice memos, etc. simply by dragging them to the location desired. The good old MAC intuitive way that attracted us to Apple in the first place.

  Perhaps Apple simply tries to leave the free App company.

  Do this for each device you have.  If you have memory cards and reformat them, you will have to repeat every time.

  Open a terminal window

  Type the following in the terminal and press enter

  defaults write currentHost - com.apple.ImageCapture disableHotPlug - bool YES

  (followed by the return key or enter - ed)

  The exit of the terminal.

  Photos will run if you run, but it will not autolaunch on each connection to a camera or the card or reformatted the card.

  If you want to return Photos auto-launch almost everything, use the same command change YES no

  I don't know what you mean by that last statement.  Are you referring to export photos from your library to the EHD? Or are you referring to place your library on the EHD and its use here? The export window to select any location you want to save to.  By default, it opens to the desktop on the startup disk. But you can select any volume which is mounted by clicking it in the sidebar of the export window:
