Photomsart D110: HP Photosmart D110 printer not printing color

I have a Photosmart D110. I've been using cartridges remanufactured for some time now without any problems.  The printer was unused for some time, maybe a month. When I went to print a color page, there was no color in the output, only black.  I thought that the ink cartridge is exhausted. I changed the color to a remanufactured cartridge. Once again, no color.

I did a basic test, like a color copy of the control panel to eliminate problems of color generated in software rendering.

I ran the procedure on the printer control panel, clean print heads. After having done that, I don't always get no colour. Is there some

other printer parts that can be cleaned to get the printer to print in color?

I understand that you don't have problems with your printer using remanufactured cartridges, until recently, looks that there could be a problem with the cartridge or the distribution of ink system.

To determine if it is a hardware problem, I would use this guide:

Note: HP recommends you to use genuine HP cartridges. HP does not guarantee the quality or reliability of cartridges HP cartridges refilled HP. If you use genuine HP, the following cartridges no can not solve the problem.

If the problem persists and the cartridge is no longer under warranty, you can try the solution proposed in the video below.  Please use at your own discretion.

There is no new update at this time. »

    I have just connected my HP Photosmart D110 printer to my home network and all PCs connect to and printed pages of test successfully.  2 days later, none are of the PC can connect to the printer all show the printer is offline.  I go to the printer and check the connection and everything is displayed on the status page that the printer is connected to the network - I have 4 or 5 bars, what is my IP address and everything is going well.  I connect to the router Cisco E3000 and shows me that the printer is connected and the IP addresses match.  When I run the software of HP network troubleshooting, it is still impossible to find the printer either.  I completely reset the printer to factory and re-configured specifications.  No luck.  Printing software was loaded from the CD on each of the 5 PC on my network and in each case he originally found the printer.  The only thing I did after the initial installation was to activate the e-print service.  I have not tested to see if it works.

    Hello, I'm sorry you have a problem with your solution center. You can uninstall and reinstall the drivers and full software features.

    Welcome to the Forums of HP Support!

    It seems that the printer has a network connection issues, despite the report showing the other wise. I suggest to restore the default settings of network on the printer and it reconnect to the network. Before that, if you have not already, power cycle the printer, router and all the devices you want to print with. Give a minute before moving on, feed the router on first and then all the others.

    Try printing, if the printer is not yet seen, touch the white dashboard next to the key icon. Go wireless > settings > restore default settings from the network. Go back to the wireless and make sure that the wireless is turned on. Run the Wireless Setup Wizard in the menu and connect to the network again.

    If you are using Snow Leopard or Lion and you have the HP software before Snow Leopard (either from a CD that is not marked as compatible with the 10.6/10.7 or you recently upgraded to Snow Leopard or Lion and had the software HP on your Mac before you upgrade - even if you made a standard from the old software uninstaller or installed new software on top of it) , you must uninstall the software by using the "scrubber":

    Go to Applications/Hewlett Packard / click Uninstall HP
    Click on continue
    Highlight your device in the left pane
    Press and hold Ctrl + Alt + Cmd keys on the keyboard at the same time as you click on uninstall< this="" is="" the="" scrubber="" option,="" there="" is="" no="" button="" labeled="">
    There will be a pop up that asks if you are sure you want to uninstall all hp software. (At this point, if you continue, all HP printers you have installed will need to be reinstalled)
    Click on continue and let it finish

    Restart your Mac.

    Now reset the printing system:

    -Sys Prefs, Print & Fax
    -Right (control) click inside the box that lists your printers and select Reset Printing System.
    WARNING - This will remove ALL your printers!
    -Select the sign + to add again. Search for the printer, select it, and wait until the button 'Add' becomes available. Until it clicks.

    HI - first time here - I have a HP Photosmart C4480 printer and have recently installed a new black ink cartridge - genuine HP 350XL - bought in Tesco and already used a few times.  I printed a page today, and when I went to another printing, the printer says that the cartridge was incompatible.  I had not touched the printer between the prints.     If you are still in warranty, HP can replace the printer without cost to you. I'll link the information to get in touch with them below. The link takes you to a form to fill out.     If you have a 7520 Photosmart all-in-one that doesn't seem to not want to print on color construction paper?
