  Please follow the steps below.

  Open Lightroom

  Go to Lightroom preferences in the Edit menu

  Click the performance tab

  Deselect the graphics processor

  Restart Lightroom

  Open iTunes, plug in the iPhone, select what you want, sync. Whatever this is not selected synchronization is deleted.

• My raw D7200 photos do not appear in the catalog but my D7000 are.

  I can import it, edit and export the photos of my D7200, but they do not appear in the catalog folders in Lightroom. I have Lightroom CC and Windows 8.2. When I try to re-import them, it is said that they apparently are duplicates of those already in the catalog, but they are nowhere to be seen. If I import with the D7000, they show in the file immediately.

  Check your setting to import when importing this D7200 camera images. Check the location for the same thing. Check if a preset is applied.

  To find this folder, they go to right click on one of the images D7200 and select Show in Finder/Explorer (according to your operating system), and a file Manager window opens in the folder in which it is located. Search for this file in the folder list in the LR library module (must be there).

  I just discovered a quirk in the photos that might confuse some users how it confused me for a while.   It seemed to me to export successfully to the photos and videos from the photos app in a folder on my desktop, but they do not. Everything seemed to work. What was wrong?

  I used the Terminal command to "show all files" and... that is, they were there exactly where I put them. What happened is that I have selected 'use the title' for the name of the file, but I had deleted all the titles, there is no information. Now I realize that I would have changed my preference finder to show all file extensions, and would have shown the speed to the top with nothing else than the extension:

  .jpg (2)

  .jpg (3)

  etc.

  The lesson is, do not delete your pictures titles or if you do, do not export your photos by selecting this option.

  I tried to reproduce this, and of course, I see the same thing on OS X 10.11.4.  The problem is, that a title erasing does not remove the title but creates a blank title, so that the picture has a title that is invisible.

  As a test, import three new photos to multiple:

  

  The first has a title, the other had a title, but deleted, the third party has never had a title.

  When I select and export with title use 'as filename', only two photos will be displayed in the Finder.

  The problem is, that deleting a title does not remove the title, but adds an empty title. If the photos are exported with the filename ".jpg".

  And even make the Finder always show file extensions will not reveal the exported '.jpg' files in the Finder.

  

  As a workaround solution, do not erase the title completely, but use an underscore character, as in the empty title '_' or similar. There needs to be a visible figure, a space is not enough.

• Why fusion photo does not appear under the Options of Photo?

  I just downloaded the latest version of LR CC v 5.7. It is upposed to have fusion photo and panorama photo. None of these appear in the PHOTO menu.

  You have indicated that you have downloaded CC 5.7. That is what you were doing, or did you download and install CC 2015? There is a difference, a big difference.

• Restored photos do not appear in the window to organize

  I did a full restore on my laptop, and I reinstalled just all software, including the Elements 8.

  I had a backup of my catalog photo on an external hard drive, and I am now tring to restore the photo catalog. I ran the restore, and the photos are back in the folder my pictures on my laptop. But no pictures in the window to organize it.

  Depends on where you have restored your catalog.  Use Windows: Start... and the 'search' box type

  *.pse8db

  When you get the search results, click on "See more results" and do another search for that file, by using "search again: computer.

  Note in this window and the largest file which is Organizer Catalog Manager, click on "Custom location" and navigate to the location of this large catalog file.

  I placed a Lightbox Slideshow on my site and when I saw in a browser, only the thumbnails appear, not the enlarged view of the photos. However, when I click on the thumbnail, enlarge the picture appears. Is it possible to have the picture appear initially with thumbnails?

  

  

  

  Not exactly, in slide show thumbnail, it displays the magnified image when your page is loaded. Using thumbnails, you can navigate between images. In miniature show, there is a light box option, if you check, it will start to behave like slideshow Lightbox.

  After upgrade to LR3 LR4 when I go to the library and click on "All photographs" none of my 86000 photos appear.

  The same thing happens in the module files... for example:

  1. my photos in folders titled 20120306

  20120201

  2. these files are siored in a "single parent" folder called 2012

  3. all records of the year of 'parent' are in a folder called HAND

  When I click on main it does not display the photos but it tells me how many photos are in the folder

  When I click on 2012, it does not display the photos but it tells me how many photos in the folder

  When I click on 20120306 then it allows pictures.

  I don't know why clicking on 2012 he not show me ALL photos taken in 2012, it's what did LR3...

  Please help as I am very intrigued by this!

  This problem has been fixed in Lightroom 4.1, which is now available.  To download the 4.1 update, go to the Help menu in Lightroom and choose "Check for Updates".

• Adding Favorites to the Smart Album

  I have a bunch of pictures, and they were all taken on March 7, 2016. And there are 500 of them.

  And only 150 of them are "Favorites" with the symbol of the heart.

  So how can I configure my selections smart albums for taken March 7, 2016 FAVORITES are all in the SMART ALBUM?

  There is no drop-down list in the smart album to Favorites.  What is happening is that all 500 photos taken March 7, 2016 will appear in the Smart album.

  Open your favorite smart album, select all the pictures and assign a key word, 'XXXX '.

  Now create a smart album with the following criteria:

  Key word is 'XXXX '.

  The date is 03-07-2016.

  It was to be expected if you have made a backup from external software instead of using the recommendations of backup / restore of the Organizer:

  If you "import" the backup made by other software, you can only retrieve the metadata that you have voluntarily registered in the metadata section of your files.

  The albums are NOT written in the files. They are lists of files stored in the catalog, like playlists for audio.

  Because it is saved in the catalog, you have to run the process described above to retrieve the catalog or (if you install on the same computer) to 'convert' catalog.
