  Make sure that Photoshop is closed.

  1 - go to this place C:\Users\user name\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe 2015\AutoRecover CC in Photoshop

  You will be able to see all the. PSD file that opens automatically when Photoshop is open, delete or move all the files in this folder.

  2 - restart Photoshop and go to edit > preferences > performance UN check the gpu processor use and restart Photoshop.

  It should be working fine now.

• 3D Photoshop CC 2015, does not automatically

  Hi all
  I have a problem with the 3D in Photoshop CC 2015. When I look at all the tutorials on 3D, all the objects that gets extracted, remains in the same nice color, he had initially. It also gets a shadow. When I extracted an object, for example a text in a bright red color. extraction is going well, but the color darkens to almost black. Also, I don't get this shadow. It is only when I returned the object that the color returns to normal, and I can see something of a shadow in the background. I wonder how I can change this. I haven't shot GPU, and normally my pc should have no problem with the calculations.

• Photoshop CC 2015 does not remember that the last used tool after restart

  I think it happened after the last update (2015.1.1). Whenever I have quit Photoshop and run it again later or the next day, it does not preserve the last tool that I used. For example, if I was using the Healing Brush, the next session opens with the Spot Healing Brush tool as default instead of the Healing Brush, and I have to remember to change the tool. It didn't happen until I'm positive if I pressed J he lurched to the Healing Brush, as it was the last, I used.

  During a meeting, it is normally. For example, I use the Healing Brush tool, move the clone to another task stamp, and if I press J, it jumps to the corrector. But if I stop PS is going on what I mentioned before, if I press J selects the Spot Healing Brush tool instead.

  I know it's a very small problem, but it is perhaps worth mentioning.

  My Photoshop does not open. The PC reacts as if its about to open Photoshop (mouse turns into a little loading circle, hard drive speeds up slightly, etc.), but then everything goes back to normal.   Can you show two screenshots like this.  I opened CC 2015.5 Edit preference Interfaces, it has shown 100% IU. I have PRTSCN to copy the screen to the Clipboard. Change IU 200% hit OK and close Photoshop.  Open Photoshop opened a new document Clipboard format and Pasted in the screenshot. 100% relative additional canvas. Change preferences Interface saw 200% and click on Prtscrn to screenshot. 200% changed to 100% and click OK. a Pasted in the second screenshot an aline layer down, you can see the Interface preferably did not fit my display 1920 x 1080 to scale 2 x it becomes a display 960 x 540 and responds PS status of 1024 x 768.

  Usually Photoshop will not launch if its process is already running that's why I asked that. Can you pause the process window and check there is no a second instance of hidden photoshop.exe lowest on the list?

  A few things to try

  (1) make sure that you run Photoshop with full administrator permissions.

  (2) hold the ctrl-alt-shift keys still hold their attempt to run Photoshop with the mouse. A dialog box should appear on the screen allowing you to remove the settings preferably Photoshop, you need to do.

  (3) try to run Photoshop with the SHIFT key. This is going to pass loading of plugins because sometimes the third-party plugins cause a problem.

  (4) in the Adobe desktop application try again and then logging in. Sometimes Photoshop will think that this is not valid and behave as a trial will expire.

  So I went and created this folder, but PS still does not automatically creates a recovery file (I put it to save a file of recovery every 10 minutes).

  What can be wrong and how to fix both PS will start to save recovery files?

  

  I use CC 2015 too many bugs.  But I just test CC 2015 has a document open caught some changer one expected the auto recovery time and look ant sat a PSB to recover file has been created. I didn't kill PS so I did not test it from Psalm
