Photoshop does not open all the files on my Imac it will open work and recent files very well but will not save. I have the latest version. What is "cleanmymac3" that prevents the loading of files?

  Thanks for the links c.pfaffenbichler. I ran through most of these things two and three times more. Last night, before giving up, I have reset the preferences with the keyboard (shift, option, command) command when Pshop starting... He has nothing. This morning, after you completely uninstall then reinstall Pshop, I advanced and open preferences Pshop file and drag on the pref.psp file. Restarted Pshop and managed to save the files I need to get out today. Why is the solution is beyond me.

  Upgrading my video card would help? This is the fourth or fifth catastrophic Photoshop problem I've had in the past months which has implemented a complete stand still...

  The answer to your question depends entirely on what camera Canon photo come from your CR2 files.

  CR2 is the file used by Canon Camera Raw owner format. CR2 files are different for each camera model which is Canon. As a result, Adobe has update the mounting bracket in the Camera Raw plugin whenever camera manufacturers release a new model of camera.

  Different versions of Camera Raw are supported by different versions of Photoshop.

  It is likely that your plugin needs version of Photoshop Camera Raw updated via help > updates.

  Don't know not if it is a bug or not, but when I save .psds google or creative cloud storage drive, photoshop does not seem to remember, so when I return in photoshop the next day these saved files do not show up as recent files, so I just use 'open' and still find them.   It seems to work for my purpose when I tried to record a test file in creative Cloud files storage.

  Make sure that the local storage is allocated on your machine for this network place like Creative Cloud Files folder of creative cloud storage.

  Suggest you go to the file menu > open recent item > clear recent files list > restart Photoshop and then check out.

  I have the same problem with. Recording with my camera JVC Everio MOD files.

  The problem is that. MOD files. All thumbnails of film appears correctly.

  I have not had the problem on Windows 7, but my new 8.1 Windows based PC does not display thumbnails for previews. MOD files... but the other movie previews shows correctly. 'Show thumbnails instead of icons' is checked.
