  I have a HP photosmart 145 printer that I use on one or two times a year. I recently tried and nothing appears on the LED display. I unplugged and wait 60 seconds to reconnect. I pressed the button several times. Nothing runs no info is displayed on the LED screen. Is there a quick fix for this? If this isn't the case, it is useful to take to an HP repair center authorized for a fix. I got as a gift a few years ago and would think that a new replacement could cost no more than $100, so I wonder if a repair would be wise.

  An extra step for the statement above - you may need to click on "Windows Update" to get the list up to date with the Photosmart 330.  It may take a few minutes for the updated list complete.

  07/07/14, I was able to download the update to the Shockwave flash 14.0.0.125 to 14.0.0.145. Now, I followed the same steps, download, save, and run. Nothing happens. I checked the web site who told me that I still have the version.145.

  Now, I have version adobe flash player active x 14 176, but still have the 145 plugin version. Thanks to try - I'll look at the forum again tomorrow and see if there is anything else I can do. I appreciate your trying to help.

  You can check for problems with the current versions of the plugin Shockwave Flash and try this:

  Can you explain if this happens with all pages or only PDF files open with Firefox 29,0? If it's from PDF files, I have been informed that this a bug that will be fixed by an update published Friday morning time Pacific.

  A new firmware to restore the ePrint feature are available on hp.com, however it is currently available for MS Windows :

  I don't know if / when it wil become available for Mac OS, that's why I suggest you get a Windows PC and update of the printer, if you can have such an or can borrow a laptop to a member, family, etc.
