  I think you are something! I suspect that the problem is probably related to the book, but it might be better to use the following document to completely solve the problem: the problems of quality Print to the HP Photosmart 5520 e-all-in-one-HP Deskjet Ink Advantage e-all-in-one 5520, Printer series.

  Printer HP Photosmart Premium C410a, just replaced all THE cartridges (genuine HP) - he always tells me cyan and magenta are weak, but the test page printed fine and I cleaned the print heads. When I print a picture (of the program Apple Photos) the ink begins to blurr and run. It is a new problem, all worked well.

  I just bought a HP all in one Photosmart 5520. It works fine as a printer, but when I scan or copy I get a 'white' scan / paper in white. And Yes, the text on the paper was facing the Analyzer anyone know whatcould wrong?

• HP Photosmart 5520 - cannot print - using windows 7

  I have a wireless laptop and can go anywhere.  I can print the wireless network test results and Page of Configuration of HP network.   However, I can't print other documents.  My test results all the PASS and signal show as very good.  Current configuration as expected except DO NOT CONNECT Internet.

  I tried various tools and options on the HP Site and others.  I have reistalled printer driver and printer and wireless details says it is connected.  I don't have the ability to use a cable.

  It was suggested to my static ip address, I thought I'd made however on the prints on (and I have a lot in the last hours) the ip adddresses seems inconsistent.  After 5 hours, any help would be greatly appreciated.

  I noticed that you are unable to print with your HP Photosmart 5520, on Windows 7 using a wireless connection. I'm happy to help you with your print!

  Please see the following guides:

  • "Printer is off-line" Message appears on the computer and the printer does not print: Windows 7.
  • The printer keeps Wi-Fi connection.

  Also, I recommend the HP wireless printing Center, Web site. You want to make sure that the router broadcasts not 5 ghz to 2.4 ghz.

  This post, incoming and outgoing Printer Ports, of @VisionAiry. I will tell you what ports must be open not closed on the router.

  I bought this HP Photosmart camera in the month of August, I changed the black cartridge once and it worked well. But now, replacing the black cartridge for the second time, I had a few problems. Printing is faded, I can barely read what is written on the page, even if I chose 'Grayscale - black print cartridge only' and 'Best quality'... the print quality is very bad. What can I do?

  It is possible that a print job waiting in the queue is getting printed whenever you turn on the printer. To do this, please disconnect the printer from the computer.

  1. If the printer is connected by USB cable, simply unplug the USB cable at the end of the printer.

  2. If the printer is connected wireless, disable wireless by following the steps below:

  (a) tap the wireless on the printer control panel.

  (b) select the setting wireless as the 'Off '.

  Now, check if the printer still prints the test pages. Let me know what you find.

  My Photosmart 5520 worked beautifully for centuries, but all of a sudden it is not found on my iPad, iPhone or MacBook Air.  I uninstalled it and I tried to reinstall, but it will not show anywhere.  I use OS X Version 10.9.1 I tried everything I can think of in recent weeks and I'm ready to throw it out the window! (o).

  I have no virus protection to block this and as I said, it worked very well, but he just suddenly stop.  Please can anyone offer any help?

  What router are you using?  You've restarted the router by pulling on its feeder momentarily?

• PhotoSmart 6520 diagnostic print quality without shades of gray

  Have a PhotoSmart 6520 printer which worked fine for 6 months.  Used several black cartridges within 6 months.

  Black ink again ran and to replace the cartridge, new cartridge would not work.  Then put in another, which seemed to work at first, but what any other dark black printing black complete, there is little or not provided ink.  However, it will be still print black text.

  Now, after having changed twice, printer cartridges when you print the page 'Print diagnostic quality', the text prints very well, but grayscale bars do not print.

  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  I found the answer in the forums!

  The cartridge was not properly ventilated.  I used a knife to scrape back the plastic & covering the evacuation of the adhesive area and it works now.  Strange thing is that we apparently have two or maybe even three cartridges in a row that were not properly ventilation.

  I see by your post that you want to know if have a color cartridge installed in the printer for over a year can affect the printer. I want to help you.

  With empty spaces in the head of printing and impoverished cartridges can affect the quality and may damage the printer.

  The printer will regularly work maintenance cycles that use small amounts of ink to clear the nozzles and keep them clearly, if the printer is not used for long periods of time. Without regular maintenance cycles, the print head gets dirty. (months to a moment turns off)

  The printer is adjustable for B & W by default >

  The printer can be set to black ink only. The steps are below.

  On Windows: Open the printer software, click on set preferences. On the paper/quality tab, click
  Advanced. Select black ink only in printing in grayscale in the drop-down list under the characteristics of the printer.

  On Mac: In the print dialog box, choose paper Type/quality pane, click Color Options, then
  Choose grayscale in the color dropdown.

  I had a document that I scanned and I wanted to print it. The original size is 5 X 7 and I want to print at 8 X 10.  He printede very well, but when I printed it he left a border on my the sixe 5 X 7 original work. How can I get rid of this border so I can print borderless on this entire page.  I have change my 8 X 10 printer options, but still the same problem.

  I tried for more than a month to get my computer to print wireless, and I can't make it work.  It will print the test pages, but when I try to print anything else I get the message "Printing - the printer is not responding.  I deleted and reinstalled the software of the printer 5 times.  I restarted the printer again and again.   I downloaded and installed this: http://support.apple.com/kb/DL907 but I still can't make it work.

  Well Yes.  I highly recommend you uninstall - you don't really need it.  Use its uninstaller in Applications > Symantec.
